Kleen -rite Corp customer service reps are always friendly and very knowleageable of the products offered online and the catalog. Order placed was correct and delivered in a timely manner. All orders are timely shipped to our place of business.
I only purchase my car wash supplies from Kleen-Rite. They usually have what I need and they ship it fast.
Order arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered
When placing an inernational order I do get confirmation that my order has been placed and Kleen-rite will need to confirm freight costs and get back to me, which is great and understandable. It's at this point where it seems to get lost in the system and I have to remind Kleen-rite via email to send me a total cost, with freight so I can pay for the order in full to be processed and sent. After that point it seems to run smoothly every time.

They delivered to the wrong address. The other car wash figured out that it wasn't theirs and called me. T force picked it back up. The pallet had been taken apart. I bucket leaking.
I cannot state my anger and frustration of waiting for most of two months to receive a $5 motor brush.
I both called and emailed multiple times and no one could tell me when the product would ship. If I had any idea of the timeline I could have placed an order elsewhere and gotten it in a week. I only placed the second order because no one thought to inform me that I would get a single brush for a motor that needed 2 brushes. The other sites that carried the same product sold them as pairs as no motor needs just one brush replaced. So it took from September 24th until December 8th for me to get two $5 brushes.
