I have been a long time customer with Kleen Rite; way back when the sales flier looked like they came out of a copier. I worked with Mike and Keith, but my everyday contact was with Keith. I ordered with Keith for years, eventually he handed me off to Steve Kelly. I know I am a high maintenance customer; probably why Keith handed me over to Steve. He has been GREAT!

I prefer to look at the catalog in addition to the website while deciding on what products to purchase. There are a significant number of products that you choose to not list a specific price for while your customers are shopping I would lean towards a vendor that will list a price upfront. One wonders why you choose this business model in a very competitive market.
