Excellent. Never a problem with any ordering. Customer service people are awesome. Just make sure you don't use the United States post office for shipping. United States post office is awful. I always use UPS or FedEx. I tell that to the customer service order taker and he gets it done.

Order was placed and gathered very quick for pick-up. All items were in stock.
When I placed the order, I told the gentleman I will be using a purchase order, but he did not mention that the payment had to be on a credit card. It will be more convenient if I could use a purchase order for ordering instead of a credit card. I have a limit for CC purchases and was only able to purchase one pump instead of the two that i needed.

The ordering process was easy,. Customer rep was helpful with questions that I had. The only issue I had was with the freight company who unloaded the full pallet into a snow bank in the driveway of my yard and never called first. I know your supposed to inspect the order at delivery but that's hard to do when you are not notified. Thankfully nothing was stolen or frozen in the time before I went home

While I have very few issues with Kleen-ritecorp, when something is not right, they fix it right away. Not a lot of companies do that anymore and I appreciate the time they take to make it right.

Ordered over the phone, confirmation email within 15 minutes. Shipping confirmation email a couple hours later. Really like the fact that I can check that task off my list and go about my day.
