I can't stand that I do not know the shipping rate until after I already made the order. I often get charge ridiculous amounts for shipping.

I ordered some nozzles 2 months ago and have not received any information about the order. I'm not even able to view what I ordered in my orders section. Website said usually ships in 2 weeks but it's been 2 months without any communication and no product. Your customers should get an email at the least to say "your order is on back order as soon as we get an update on shipping we will let you know" then once there's an ETA actually inform the customer of when the product should ship. I finally got a customer service rep to email me back and give me an expected shipping time. Leaving a customer guessing as to when or if they will ever receive their product is just poor customer service.
Everything from going to Kleen-Rite webpage to processing order is so slow, please fix... it has been this way for years for order processing. Now the webpage is a new slowness!

I have had nothing but great service from Kleen Rite, the only thing I have problems with is when I look for explainations or descriptions of items that are missing and have to call in to get them.
KR's customer service was stellar in correcting a recent purchase of gaskets. I will not hesitate to buy from them in the future.
We usually add items to our cart while logged in over a week or two to place the order. Last night I logged in to place an order, and when I added the last item to the cart all the items deleted, so I had to go back and find the items again. This can be a pain if you don't remember the part numbers.

Called to get help from your sales rep for parts I didn't know about and was treated with minimal help and obvious impatients because I didn't just give him part numbers I needed help with and needed help figuring out. Searched through your website for another hour and found part numbers I needed

I was told that I only get UPS options because my total wt was 14.80 lbs. I know I have had the USPS deliver to my house with packages heavier then 14.80 lbs. Its frustrating not having more inexpensive shipping options. I called the 800 and the sales agent told me info on the 14.80 lbs being the reason for only UPS options. NOT COOL!

I like the online order system but even better is the customer service. If I'm unsure about a product or even have a technical question, a quick call gets me what I need. I'd love to see just a bit more info included on some of the product listings, but overall a good experience.
Great website and huge inventory but the shipping has got out of control! You all need to find a better partner for shipping! Amazon is what they are because of their fair prices (like you do) and free or very cheap shipping.
