I am a repeat Customer and have purchased from Kleen-Rite many times over the past several years. Each time I log in, I can quickly locate either parts that I have previously ordered in my history or decide on a new item.

Your personnel needs trainig and customer service skills respect for buyers. I ordered this item three times because your people where more concerned in hanging up to the phone than taking the time to properly guide the buyer. The least you can do is at least pay for shipping back the items that your rude agents placed in the order. One expects an agent to be knowledgeable as to which parts a pump needs based on model number which was provided since there are three choices. No t just pick up the first one and tell that's what you requested. A total shame

I had a choice of a $5 and $10 reward when I was buying my item. It wasn't clear that I could only pick one. I thought I could pick both. I picked the $5 reward first and lost any chance of the $10 reward. I didn't think it was clear to pick only one of the rewards options.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions and actually solve a unique situation dealing with slugbuster2 issue that the last guy I spoke to over the phone last week punted. He didn't respond back and I could tell he didn't want to do the legwork Dave was happy to do over the phone.

I feel that the cost of shipping with you is really high but there are products I can't get other places and you know it and that's why you charge so much. I own a small, family run car wash and if I was a big corporate place it wouldn't matter but it's really hurting us little guys.

I would like better understanding of what's in-stock locally vs nation wide. Ie if something is in stock in kansas city vs in Pennsylvania so I coild locally pick up faster then ups

NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT A COPY OF INVOICE RIGHT AWAY AS SOON AS ORDER IT PLACED. OR EMAIL A COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH YOU DO BUT THEN BEFORE ALL THAT COMES SEVERAL OTHER USELESS EMAILS WHICH YOU NEED TO STOP BECAUSE THEY ARE JUNK AND THEN THE INVOICE WITH NO CLEAR TITLE STATING ITS THE INVOICE GETS LOST IN THE TOO MANY EMAILS FROM YOU.

Easy to enter item numbers and quantity needed. It is also very easy to search for an item by description if the item number is unknown.

I buy repair parts from Klean rite 2-3 times per year for our coin op car wash. They usually have the best price and most everything in stock that we are looking for!

I have been able to find most things on your site, but I always find myself trying to find some rewards points or free shipping coupon because your shipping rates are too high. With all the money Im spending I shouldn't need to pay shipping.
