Even when it says out of stock I get my product it two days or so. Had one issue with them took a while to resolve it but they corrected there issue.
Would like to know where the items are in stock. I am in OKC, if the items are in Dallas, I get them the next day. If they are in PA, it takes a few days to get to me via ground. I would pay for better shipping.
Always seem to have what i am looking for, regarding carwash parts. Just that the shipping seems to be higher and cant get a estimated delivery while choosing the different delivery options that can very a lot.

I redeemed rewards points for free shipping, but the amount did not come off the total. I spent way too much time trying to figure it out.
A few mistakes were made on a recent order as well as some of the items taking an exceptional long time to arrive. Now I have to print the label, re-package the items and send them back as well as spend the time creating an email explaining the mistake.

I have had a pretty decent experience with Kleen Rite. It took a few months calling multiple times to get some of the products that were missed in my order. This has happened multiple times on separate orders.
Not my first order but your site needs work certain parts do not explain or put you too the right link! Not the first time i have had this happen with you guys!

I've never had a bad experience with Kleen Rite. Always quick and easy ordering, products arrive quickly and exactly as described.
Can't look at history to make it easier to order a part that I have ordered before because it's never updated fast enough... it takes months!

Shipping is way overpriced. Most items cost more to ship than the actual item itself. Shipping is not this expensive when buy other business items elsewhere

Your shipping is pathetic. $31 to ship 10 rotary dial KNOBS with a combined of maybe 10 ounces and fill up a shipping envelope or 4x4x4 box. You guys should seriously be ashamed of your business practices.

Love ordering things from Kleen-Rite. Keep your system the way it is for quick and easy access. Only improvement would be to be able to pull up previously ordered parts by account easier.

Website needs some serious work. Very hard to find what you want unless you know the exact part number. Hard to search old orders to see what i've purchased in the past. Look at mcmaster carr for a great example of a website.

The help with ordering the right part was great, nice to talk to someone who knows what they a talking about.
Every time I order I have to request an invoice with the taxes included. Why cant you be like other sites and post it up front to make both of our lives easier?
Payment portal was a pain, had to retry 3 times to get my purchase to go through.
