Have been trying to deal with my bill which should be zero since i returned an item and payed for shipping and handling... They are telling me I have to pay for the full amount of shipping and handing $25. There customer service has been horrible and every time I try to talk to someone no one has a record of whats going on... I live in Las Vegas and work in the casino and hospitality industry and if we didnt satisfy or resolve a problem the day its brought to us there would be consequences... Will not give up the fight. Cant see paying $25 for nothing... Like we all have money to throw away these days. Unbelievable..

Recently I had ordered and received my package. It was 3 pr jeans, supposedly to be 14's but turned out to be over sized, such as 16 18's. Sent them back and $62. Order cost me $48. To return them and not order anything else, so I was charged for restocking, which I could understand, but not that amount.

This is not a website you want to do business with.
I was sent a pre-approved catalog back in 2008 with them. In 2009 I had lost my job, $3000 a month in income, and then we lost 2 homes because of loss of income.
We included Kjordan in our bankruptcy. It was not a big account, maybe $300 on it.
Recently I was sent a pre-approved catalog with them. I thought they were giving us a second chance.
So I ordered and I paid off what I ordered. I went to order something else and they didn't alert me to any problem. They just didn't send it out. So I called today and the lady said these words to me.
" We just caught up with you" re my account not paid in 2008. I told her that it was part of a bankruptcy. She said "we don't want to chance not getting our money again" I told her that I had already paid off an account with them and had good credit since my bankruptcy.
It is very frustrating to have a very rude creature tell me that per their policy they don't have to care about bankruptcy law and will hold it against me. Her exact words.
What mostly frustrates me is that they send continuous publication and emails saying they have upped my credit limit and whatnot. I've asked them to close my account with them.
