I love the clothes and shoes I have seen online and in the catalog but the reviews are awful and its not just one or two bad reviews
But its dozens of bad reviews, all these people can't all be wrong... I am sorry as fun and appealing as the clothes are I don't want the headaches.

The customer service is good that's why I gave them a 2. But the shipping is horrible takes forever the clothes are over sized I bought a medium too big returned it for a small still to big I just got off the phone with them with the two shirts that did fit it cost me 19.99 for shipping Wtf I'm done with that place their close ain't made that good any ways one of the shirts I can wear as a night gown yeah it's that long don't make sense

K Jordan has nice catalog photos but the clothes are poor quality and overpriced. Blouses have huge armholes, seams are twisted and out of shape. Pants are made for trees or something... there's no fitting, just baggy unflattering appearance. I'll never buy from K Jordan again.

I ordered 4 items from them... I received them and the sizing was off. So I sent back for an exchange. They sent me an email saying the size I needed was no longer available... then I received a bill for 40 doll... for restocking fees and shipping. Are you kidding me. Its not my fault you were out of the size I need and I have to pay. I called customer service. She totally agrees with me that I should not have to pay but said there was nothing she could do about it... what a joke..

I ordered frim K Jordan and they mixed up my order 3 times in a row. Not only that, but every time I called each customer service representative was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering them. I had to go through numerous people to get my order right. I was original told to return my items and then they would exchange them. Instead, they ordered my items and charged my card again without my knowledge and again sent the exact same thing (which was not what I ordered. I ended up speaking with them around 9 times toral. Only ONCE wasI treated kindly and that was a supervisor. Terrible experience. Will never order from them again and spreading the word.

First iron took me forever to get my items Oh and they came separate and super spaced out between shipments. Two, I could not fit one of my items so I sent back immediately it had been 4 weeks still have not been credited. Third, customer service is awful! Returned everything I ordered Never Again!

I was surprised to read these bad reviews, I have had a Kjorden account for about a year, have ordered several times always gotten my items on time, sizes fit well, always looked just like the pictures and the quality was always good. I did have to call them once and was left on hold for about 5 minutes but the problem was resolved immediately and the customer service rep was great, Kjorden will continue to get my business

I placed an order on 12/02 my order was pending for a week, I found out through a letter that I needed a deposit. All that was fine I could not make a payment onine AT ALL. It had to be through mail with a check. (Who use's checks nowadays?) I went and bought a money order, followed instructions... send it 12/9 over night shipping because I wanted items for Christmas. Well I called back yesterday 12/19 because my order is still "pending" online. No way I'm getting this items by Christmas now. I asked to make changes to my order, I was told I can't make changes. Then I said, I would like to change sizes to the shoessential I order. I wastill told I can't. Then I asked to cnl my order and have my check refunded, they said that was impossible! I can't cancel, I can't change my order. They said to call back. Well I got an email today 12/20 stating my check was accepted and they will be sending my order shortly. I caled and explain I called yesterday when my check hadn't been received that I wanted to cancel. They told me my order was in a truck already. So I asked for tracking info and was told that they can't supply me that info either?! I've never in my life had such a horrible experience with any business. They're clothes is over priced and their customer service team is a joke! Now I'm finding out that to return items I'm needing to pay for shipping myself? After I spend about 20 dollars to send check, I don't need those items any more since I'm not getting them for christmas. This place is a joke. Don't do your shopping there.

I ordered for the first time.the clothes weren't not advertised right and didn't fit right. I sent it back and ordered something else and now it's been a month and I still don't have the article of clothing I ordered. I keep calling back and they keep hanging up. Forget it. Never again scam artist.

Order two items from K. Jordan and returned them immediately after learning that the quality of the clothing looks nothing like what is advertised. I received a bill for $24.94 after returning both items and when I called to inquire about the charge was told by Lee, a supervisor, that the $24.94 charge was for shipping and handling. Really? What a ripoff. And, after speaking with Lee requesting that the $24.94 charge be removed they refused to make any adjustment(s). As a first-time customer, I have no intention of dealing with these con artists ever again. If they were not willing to acquiesce on charges they tackily added on for returns, I definitely would not feel comfortable making purchase with them. In fact, their clothes are overpriced and of poor quality. This company reminds me of horror stories you hear of from dealing with payday loans. Overpriced and high interest if you "buy now, pay later." Don't bother yourself with being ripped off. Run as fast as you can from this clothing distributor.

Ordered jeans for my daughter. Didn't come on time sent back with new sizes waited 4 weeks for them to just credit my account back. Now the pants are no longer available. So I pick new items with my credit. It's supposed to ship now they won't a deposit from credit. Now I'm waiting on it. Now it's no longer available. Their not reliable. Not at all. And doesn't try to rectify the problem. Sorry company.

Huge mistake
September 12, 2016

Did not receive the items when quoted. I returned them since no. 1 they were not true to size and way smaller than they should have been and no. 2 I no longer needed them for event they were ordered for because of the delay. I returned them in their own shipping boxes with their own labels and I am still receiving a bill for $38.00. Cannot get anyone at customer service to advise I am not paying the bill and have not received a response from the "contact us" on the website. Reporting the company to the better business bureau if at all possible.

Rip off

I ordered a top when I got it it was cheap and didn't fit right. I would have sent it back but they charge $7.95. The top was $13, they wouldn't work with me on the returning it without charging me. They don't care about their customers at all.
