More than a month ago i order 5 items from K. Jordan recieved and returned. They are just now crediting my account and they want to charge me $75.00 and i did not keep anything. The pants and jeans i ordered wear paper thin and didn't fit right and all 3 tops were way too big, their sizing charts are not correct. I have officially been on hold with customer sevice for 53 minutes. After all is said i owe them $30.94 and i get nothing for my change. You had to select a star, otherwise i would not have gave them any stars.

Ripoff!

Ordered from them, sent items back, I paid the return shipping stated on invoice, they tried to change me another 8.95 for return shipping when I already sent them the money. This company should be shut down, not allowed to sell anything!

I ordered a top and jeans, I got the top today and it is huge.it looks more like a dress.and very cheap quality. They emailed me saying the jeans were out of stock and would be shipped in 3 more months, I'm sorry what? So I called to cancel the jean order but they told me I would have to call back in 2-3 days because they couldn't cancel that order since I just got the top today. This makes no sense to me. Long story short I will not shop with them again.

BULL$HIT COMPANY

I placed a order, they asked for a deposit, I mailed the deposit, it has been over two weeks and my order status has NOT changed and my deposit was not returned, so I have no items and no deposit refund and all customer service says is we sent out a deposit letter request. Customer Service is USELESS and this company is a JOKE!

I placed one order with this company for 4 items, shipping was slow, one item was on back order and arrived later than stated when ordered. Made payments on time every month for a few months, no problem with them posting to the account. Paid the full amount due to wrap it since I had no intention of ordering anything else. The payment was deducted from my checking account but was never posted to the KJordan account so I received another bill with additional interest. Kind of odd my payment never had a problem getting posted till I paid the account off.

I contacted them through their website and provided a screenshot from my online bank account showing the transaction posted. That should have solved it, but no. I get a response that they can't talk about credit issues through e-mail and to call them. I call, the woman says oh yeah we had some issues with payments not posting. Please give me the exact amount paid and the first four and last four digits on your debit card you used to pay.

I then get a call from KJordan today, they still can't locate the payment and now I need to send them or fax them a copy of my bank statement. So I have to waste even more of my time to correct their error. They're an online company but can't do business electronically. The woman that called couldn't even e-mail me the address to send the hard copy to. What a joke?!? The clothes and company aren't worth the money or time.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order with K Jordon on Friday evening. It was the first time I've ordered from them in well over a year. I really like their blue jeans, but I don't like that every time I place an order - they run a credit check. Even when my account shows a large amount available to me on my statement. They ping my credit every time.

On Friday, I realized the moment I hit submit on the order I had not updated my address. I emailed them instantly with the request to correct the shipping address. They responded to me the next day that it was impossible to correct my address me because the order had been processed for shipping. Of course that's not true. It was a Saturday. And I expect they'll run the usual credit check before they even process the order. Plus they didn't pull stock and pack that up to ship yet. Get serious.
I replied I don't live at or have access to the old address, and I WOULD NOT receive the order. They emailed me again telling there was nothing they could do about it.

So they're going to knowingly ship that order to the wrong address, even though I've given them AMPLE time to make the correction. It demonstrates a total lack of willingness to do anything about the mistake. I will not pay for these clothes because I'll never receive them. And I will never order anything from this company again. Buyer beware!

I sincerely wish I had read the reviews online about this company before placing an order. You think I'd be smart enough to do that by now. Duh! I agree with everything that has been said by other reviewers. The clothes are very nice... Stylish and what I received were quality items. However, the plus sizes are cut large. Most of my order did not fit and had to be returned. The initial shipping was very quick but the return is taking forever! Going on 3 weeks now and I still have not received notification of the return. Some items were missing from my initial order and I am still waiting on those. Right now my account balance is 460 bucks and all I have to show for it as a pair of jeans. They are nice but WTF... I agree that the technicians are less than helpful when you call into customer service.

Will not order again

I ordered a coat was sent to another address. Its taking forever to get the coat off of my account.it was k jordans error not mine.the customer service sucks! This person send you to another person and another. I have been dealing with kjordan for years never this! I see why the better business bureau gave a low score! I cant seem to get this matter resolved so i am filing a complaint! It has been over a week and a supervisor has not called me back! Done with you K jordan... Robyne Cunningham

I LOVE Kjordan! I have never had a problem with my orders/ shipping. Prices are a little high for some of the material choices that they use, but quality and style is nice. Always my go to order company when I want something different.

Had account with them for a couple of years had one payment left $25.07 Called to place a new order of 2tops and a pair of jeans and a pair of tennis shoes I was told the tops and jeans they didn't have in my size they had just sent me the new summer catalog I just wanted to keep the shoes so I asked the rude rep what my monthly payment would be she put on hold and came back to say it would stay the same my last order was over $500 with a monthly payment of $30 a month the tennis shoes were $64.99 and the catalog monthly payment stated $6.99 per month Why pay $30 that's half the price of the shoes so I told the rude rep to take me off the mailing list since you don't have anything in my size out of a new catalog and cancel my order and I hung up and then something kept telling me to call right back to make sure she did cancel my order and sure enough she hadn't so if I had not followed my mind I would have had to send them back and paid a huge return fee on a order that should have been cancelled haha she thought she got one but it didn't work and I told a supervisor about her I'm off of their mailing list and I want no more items from them including the dumb catalogs CBrooks

Scam

Returned a dress that looked like a $4 item from Wish (a $60 dress). Paid for the shipping back then they send me a bill for $17 for shipping and $1 for financing. They send $#*!ty merchandise then pocket the outrageous amount for shipping. I'm not paying it and if they go after my credit, I'm disputing it. Should really start a class action lawsuit.

I ordered the pajama boot cut jeans and they are nice. I really love them but the shipping price is Crazy! The pants are not worth double what I can buy a pair of jeans locally for. Also took way too long to receive my order. Even though they have a lot of cute items I would love to have, I will not shop here again.
