I literally have one word for this Kiwi.com company that is SCAM! JUST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.
I had booked my flight with them and I cannot check in so they are telling me to go to airline at the airport to check in. That's additional cost with Ryanair. This is pure SCAM PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
If I can give zero rating I would give them minus rating hate this company.
I had problems with adding baggage-the app reported me that it isnt possible because i can only do so until 36h before my flight, but in fact my flight was several days ahead at the time i was trying to add this service! The process is very automatic without flexible possibility to modify the passanger's needs. There is no real possibility to promptly contact someone-no chat, no phone number! I had to go to the website and search for some numbers, which makes the app useless. The lady on the phone was nice but she did not mention that her services are paid and only after receiving e-mail i discovered that ordering the baggage costs more that the baggage! Very disappointing, in my opinion. I do not plan to use this system again. Thanks
This company refused to giving back any money for the cancelled flight. I bought the tickets to Thessaloniki in February. This flight had cancelled in during next 3 days. The company promised that they're giving back the money during next 3 months. I have no answers until now.

Booked a flight from santorini to Amsterdam, with a stop in Rome. Not even 24h later the flight from Rome to Amsterdam got put up 3h in advance making me not able to make the connection. The only option Kiwi.com gave were paying extra to get onto other flights the same day. I didnt mind staying an extra day in Rome but i dont want to pay extra for tickets that have allready been paid for. I contacted the customer service trough an ticket as they request you to do since you cant call up until 7 days before your flight. A month later still NO RESPONSE. I was dumb enough to buy the customer service package, which is an absolute scam, before investigating how to find a way around them. For people who are looking for the same thing read further. You have an email with the confirmation of your booking numbers. Go to the airline website and fill in the stuff you need to fill in, in order to look at your flight (which in my case i couldnt make). A LOT OF AIRLINES GIVE YOU FREE RESCHEDUELING AFTER THEY CHANGE THE FLIGHT SCHEDUELE. So i did just as i said and i was able to change the flights myself FREE OF CHARGE as it should be.
I can't imagine having a refund with these guys since they dont respond at all.

I purchased a flight for over $900. One day prior to departure, the flight was cancelled by the airlines and therefore I was not able to make the trip. Kiwi.com took 3 months to get back to me about the status of my refund and was only about to refund me $130. I never was able to speak to a customer service individual because their phone line is automated and will only allow you to speak to someone if you have a flight that leaves within the next 48 hours. The absolute worst customer service. I will never book through Kiwi.com again.
I booked a ticket with Kiwi and one of my flight got cancelled. They told me to choose an alternative and pay the full price. I chose to cancel all the flights because the alternative was too expensive. When I requested for refund, they only refunded me for the flight that got cancelled. They are not willing to pay me the rest of the money. Although the carrier has 100% refund policy due to COVID but the broker is not refunding me the full amount. I even purchased the travel insurance just in case if I end up cancelling it. They are not honoring that insurance either. I also paid extra money for fast refund and it took them over 4 months to get partial refund. They don't have phone number to call and they are not very helpful via emails. It's a scam. Pay a little extra and book it directly from the airline and save yourself from dealing with these fraud people. Im reporting them and opening a dispute with my bank. Won't let them steal my hard working money from me.

KIWI.COM sent me an email about my flight being cancelled due to COVID and that I was receiving a refund,,, been 7 months now and nothing,,, they don't even respond to my emails. I cant get the Info I need to let Ryanair know what my booking number was for them,,, STAY AWAY FROM KIWI.COM,,, THIEVING C#NTS!

Our flight was cancelled due covid, which would be understandable if... We didn't call to kiwi several times and they assured us, that the flight is still on until we got to Munich to see there is no trace of it. So we didn't have flight we paid for + had to rent a car to get home at all.
We got confirmed that they will refund us on their helpdesk, but now they outsourced their customer support to India and after more than a year no money. (We had kiwi refund insurrence)
Spent more that 4000 euros, flight cancelled (almost a year waiting for a refund)

Copa Airlines treat me as a fraudulent person since i purchase my flight from IAD to PTY and Kiwi make my reservation IAD to PTY and GUA. This make the airline to see me as I purchase a different final destination flight in order to get a better rate. They treat me very bad in and Copa Airlines makes me pay extra 300USD per person extra to stop in PTY.
While we acknowledge the difficulty in Kiwi's situation, nothing excuses their behaviour.
Infinite loops of website, no one to speak with and unhelpful bots meant to wear you down.
They are holding onto thousands of dollars from us and in a time of economic distress.

They did a fake booking the flight never existed Ryan air wasn't flying to Milan from east midland since start of the year but they were selling that flight. And close to the time email came your flight is cancelled and I lost all money for 2 people. I will take them to court very soon they have been deceptive.
I have bought a flight with this company one year and a half ago, the flight was cancelled and they said I couldn't change the destination but they will give me a refund! It has been more than one year and a half and i still did not received my refund. Moreover, they are not replying to any of my emails! They are literally scammers!
Kiwi are SCAMMERS plain and simple. I booked a flight to Lebanon to which they sent me a confirmation and I have all the proof. In fact they had booked me a flight to Cairo without informing me in any way! My confirmation ticket and what was shown on the website says Lebanon, no mention of Cairo. The Kiwi representative tells me this is a fake ticket for people who want to save money (stop over in Lebanon then continues to Cairo) and does not want to refund me which is as we all know illegal. Basically they booked me a flight to another country without informing me. This company should be reported to the police. Absolute SCAM beyond shady.
I'm still waiting for a refund on a flight purchased through kiwi the airline cancelled. Kiwi was refunded by the airline but I saw nothing. Customer support has been useless. I regret ever trusting this company.
NEVER book with Kiwi.com. They appear to make booking a lot easier than going direct and claim that it puts you in a more secure position if any of your flights were cancelled but when one of my flights were cancelled due to covid-19, I requested a refund in august 2020 and have not been able to contact them at all for an update since and have not received it yet in July 2021. This has happened to thousands of people, put in a bit of extra work and book directly with the airlines to save yourself hours of hassle and losing money.
Bought a hidden city itinerary SFO-MUC. Flight was changed to SFO-FRA by airline, Kiwi first didn't respond, then only offered high-priced flights to Munich as alternative, even though they offered much better prices on their website. By the time I got a response out of them, those flights no longer existed. Terrible response time, don't support you when something changes, but try to cash in on you. Absolutely not recommended!
I have bought a ticket from Prague to Barcelona and back. I paid the whole sum and the day after I got an email that the server was breaked and I do not have a ticket. So I picked up to refund my money as a Credit to buy another ticket. This day after having Credit on my Kiwi account I have bought another ticket using credit and paying about 3 Euros more So I needed to use my debit Card. It took the whole amount and So I paid more than twice. There is not a phone contact So I am just waiting for Sb from kiwi to write me back or call me. :(
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
Answer: There is no doubt that Kiwi.com is a scam. If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Kiwi.com are crooks and charlatans. Avoid them. Dispute the charges with your bank if you can, and then spend 30 minutes online piling bad reviews till they are out of business.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
