I booked a fight from Fayetteville, AR to Edmonton, AB which had 2 flights with a connection at Nashville. When I checked-in online a day before my departure, the airline called me and informed that the third party provider (kiwi.com) used a fraudulent method/card to make payment to the airline and my booking is therefore cancelled. I contacted kiwi.com and asked help with this. I was told by the Kiwi agent that they will definitely book an another ticket for me and apologized for the inconvenience. To my surprise, next morning (the day of my departure) I got an email by kiwi.com that they were unable to book a ticket for me and I was left stranded without any flight. You have the worst service and very unprofessional staff indeed. I will never book with kiwi.com in future and would also refrain my knowns from booking with you.
Don't trust Kiwi, never unfortunately, they charged me for extra services that I didn't ask. They never refund me. They ignored my call. Kept me on hold for more than 15 minutes then hang on my face
Please dont book tickets with Kiwi.com. The dont refund the money if you cancel ticket even a week before giving bull$#*! reason that the airlines doesnt give them refund. How is that possible. Such a common issue. Its a scam. Zero rating

Step 2: kiwi.com first confirms the booking, and then cancels and offers other options (2 times more expensive) or a refund
Step 3: You agree to a refund, but Qiwi refunds you 20-30 percent less and REFUSES to confirm that the airline refunded exactly this amount.
Thus, you are being deceived and covered by the service policy, although by law they are required to confirm the return with documents from the air carrier.
The only reason a kiwi.com is needed in this world is simply to find out through this service which carrier flies to your destination and GO to the carrier's website to purchase tickets directly. Believe me, it's 10-15 percent cheaper there. Better yet, check it out for yourself.
Lastly, kiwi.com, you do not deserve to be an air carrier aggregator because your schemes are fraudulent and dishonest. I hope this review will help protect other people from you and make this world a better place but without you.
They won't let you change your booking unless it's through them and upcharge you when you do. Also won't give you the booking info they used so you cannot contact and get help from the airline directly
I wish I had read reviews before buying through this company. Wrong boarding passes & no one to call, only to write with. Kiwi kept sending emails (over 10) claiming they sent all passes but we could only download 1 boarding pass because all 6 boarding passes they sent us had the same name on it. Just would not listen. Kept sending the same duplicate boarding pass over and over again.
1.5 days (!) later, after endless writing and pleading, we received the PDF version to print out for all flights. The app (my account) never got updated and they still claim all passes are visible on the app. This happened for both to and return flights. Both ways we had connecting flights. Ridiculous. This company should not be allowed to do business.
Their flights also appear a good deal until you lock yourself in and suddenly have to pay for each piece of luggage (carry-on (!) plus suitcase) and seats for each flight. Ended up being the same price as with other company's.
Lastly, they claim they have a number to call. But you can only speak to them if you have a flight already booked with them. You enter the booking number and then the birthday of one traveler. Funny thing is, this only worked once. After that, the system kept saying we entered the wrong bday. We tried with all three passengers. Never worked again and the phone will hang up on you after three attempts. It is impossible to get through to someone to speak to. Per writing, Kiwi confirmed that the correct birthdays were in the system-funny though that the system kept saying it cannot recognize our entry. I thought maybe they are having phone troubles. So I called Kiwi phone numbers from two other countries. Same problem each time!
Horrible stressful experience. If you read this, do not book with this company. They should not be allowed to do business!
I travel with my kid and we got stranded in LAS VEGAS cancelled my ticket with emails i need refund.
Kiwi sold tickets for cancelled from from ktm to USA and never refunded. They didn't respond emails/phones. I lost around $2k from their scam.

Kiwi.com is a SCAM! Dont book through them! As usual, they are big time cheats. They offered me a ticket, where the connecting flight is not possible to catch, with the lay over of 2 hours. It was done in an emergency mode. When I called up their customer services, they are citing the rule of 48 hours for the change. If bookings are done in emergency mode on the same day, how can a 48 hours rule for change apply! Absolutely ridiculous!
This is the worst booking company ever. Please please don't use their service at all. They are scams. 1. They will not refund your money, 2. They will show you different information on the website prior to your booking and then later change it less than 24 hours into your flight and then they will tell you that you need to make changes to your flight only 48 hours prior to your flight.
I wish I could give this experience less than 1 star. They refused to refund me despite the airline rescheduling my flight to a different day. It got to a point where I merged a call with Porter and Kiwi so they could speak to each other and even after that I was told I would have to wait 4 hours to even find out if they would refund me. Which is illegal. I literally would have paid double what I paid for my flight if it meant I could never speak to a Kiwi customer representative again. The service is embarrassing the policies are sneaky and the prices aren't even that much better than any other booking website. I will never be booking with Kiwi again and you should save your money and your sanity and book elsewhere!
We bought the tickets through Kiwi, day after my kids managed to push the button of cancellation, definitely our fault to leave phone unattended but you how the kids, they everywhere. I called Kiwi right away but of course they couldn't help because system already canceled the tickets and refund us $14. So we all how it's works, they took our money ($2700) and they can resell the ticket again and make double profit. Unbelievable, how they still existing on the market.
I bought plane tickets from them. The airline changed the schedule and it didn't work with me. I canceled the ticket one month before the date, but no refund from them. Be careful they are good on "terms & conditions" and you will lose the dispute with your cc. Scam artist. Beware
They book the ticket for you and then told you that your carrier canceled the flight even the carrier did not change the schedule. They then offer you alternative ticket with different airline for additional money, and told you the refund is not guaranteed. kiwi.com obviously makes double money from one booking by booking with different airlines and possibly the refund from the airline. Be careful!
Booked flight by mistake on the wrong date. Called them within 5 min of clicking on the booking confirmation tab. They refused to help stating policies etc. I bought the saver fare. Insanity
Customer service not remotely interested in helping resolve an honest mistake. Avoid if you possibly can - book direct with airlines who will help.
Dear traveller, avoid Kiwi, it's not worth the few bucks you gonna save.
Firstly, their website misleads you thinking you are booking directly with AirAsia, the interface is pretty much the same.
After my booking, I could not select seats, meals and other add-ons cause my booking wasn't confirmed with AirAsia. The only 'booking confirmation' you receive is from Kiwi.
It took me many phone calls to receive my booking confirmation from AirAsia, and that after 3 weeks! I was only a few days away from my flight.
But they don't provide you a booking number from AirAsia, everything needs to be done (and charged) by them. You are simple very dependent on Kiwi for anything related to your booking.
It's stressful, time consuming and nonsense.
And on top of everything, AirAsia customer support is inexistent. It's impossible to speak to someone. The only customer support is a useless bot in their website. Not sure how that is legal.
Even when I managed to get the booking confirmation from AirAsia, AirAsia says everything needs to be done via your agency, Kiwi.
I can't believe AirAsia associates their business with Kiwi.

I booked a United airline flight through kiwi.com from Newark to LAX on June 30th. After over $150 of transportation expenses to reach the airport I found out that my reservation wasn't valid and they told me they can't find my booking. I missed my flight and after hours of waiting they rebooked me another flight but when I got to the gate the same thing happened and I wasn't allowed on the flight because they can't find the reservation. I had to cancel my whole trip because of their incompetence. I called them to request a refund and a compensation for my transportation fees and after their costumer service promised to get me all my transportation expenses they ended up just refunding me for only the ticket price. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Would never use it again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
I booked a flight between two destinations, when approached the airport, the carrier had a different booking under the same booking number to a different destination
Tried to contact Kiwi, but they didn't help, instead, they asked me to contact the airline, and at the same time, airline requested me to contact kiwi
By the end, i lost my flight and had to pay for a new ticket

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
