Kiwi will book for you with the cheapest airlines in the world with big chances of cancelation and extra charges for luggage and check-in, I tried once and end up paying £480 extra because my flight was delayed 36 hours and my connection flight was missed due to that delay. They refused to refund this extra expense and I end up paying double of the ticket price because I choose to save some $$ by booking through Kiwi. Stay away from Kiwi..
Cons:
1) No ticket number issued despite ticket being "confirmed". We tried checking in for our flight and only to be told by the airline that the ticket couldn't be located.
2) Rude and inefficient customer service outsourced to India. Customer rep had no clue of how to help and what to do. She was not only unhelpful but also condescending while not being able to solve the problem (problem 1).
3) They try to get you to pay more add ons for "guarantee" services, all of which are BS. They can hardly send me an accurate confirmation/reservation no., so I don't know what else they can "guarantee"
I advise everyone not to buy tickets from this aggregator. I arrived at the airport and found that my flight was simply not on the check-in board. What I know is the bottom line. A $300 bucks ticket that they canceled without telling me. No refund. A new $400 ticket that I bought on the wrong date on stress. A new $500 ticket through Uzbekistan. And the most frustrating thing is that none of this is my fault, just someone from that **** company didn't send me a letter about the canceled flight.

4 hour delay refused refund so we could make trip ontime with another airline. Customer service barely speaks English. Charging my credit card back and will never book with this company again!
Customer service is terrible! They trying to convince me that this is actually me ordering wrong ticket, but after asking to provide proof it ends with messages back and forward with no results! I remember selecting one flight but somehow it ended that I reveived email with another flight details. I was asking to change as it is ok for me, but they just refering to their T&C and just verbaly trying to convince me that it was actually ordered by me (maybe I missed something, but where is the proof?). Then they trying to send me to airlines directly pretending that they can't do anything by themselves. While airlines explaining that actualy kiwi.com has control over the tickets. They are not reliable company which just will push back your issue with even no thinking how to try to solve situation.
I was told I could change or cancel my flight if I did it in 24 hours, when I tried to do this, they said thats not an option. When I asked for a change of the flight, they can't do that either. Customer service is horrible, don't follow what they tell you directly in text, so I will never ever use them again. Waste of a company!
When I was purchasing this flight, the options which came up with the price told me that carry-on luggage would be included, however something in the fine print changed as I proceeded to payment, as I got the nasty surprise of having to pay $35 each way at the last minute to check-in what would have been my carry-on luggage. I wouldn't have selected this flight option had I known the total cost. I find this deceptive and unacceptable.
They are scammers and will hold your booking for 3 days ( then force you to buy it more expensive). Be aware

My recent experience with this airline was a total disaster. They canceled my flight, but instead of giving me my money back, they kept it all. It feels like they're just pocketing my hard-earned cash, and their customer service isn't helping at all. It's like they don't care about us customers.
The worst part is their customer service. They're basically useless. I tried to talk to them about the problem, but they didn't do anything to fix it. I'm left feeling frustrated and cheated.
When you book a flight, you expect to be treated fairly, especially when the airline cancels it. But this airline doesn't seem to care about that. They need to change their ways and treat their customers better. This experience has left me feeling ripped off and disappointed.
Dont ever use this website if you dont want to be scam the bait is cheaper ticket then in 30 minutes before your flight they Will cancel it because there's No available seats and cant be refunded, I hope this Company sooner or later Will be close down by their government.
Our first flight got cancelled soo the overall itinerary was invalid. We reached airport then got to know that our flight is cancelled. We called and told operator and he didn't even knew about it. Now they are saying we will get partial refund on which kiwi guarantee is in upto six months. What kind of joke this is they are going to take full refund from airlines and give me back peanuts after six months. Never use this site
In July of this year I bought a business class ticket to travel from Spain to USA in which they GAVE the option to 1
Buy a guarantee which it "appears" that if you cannot travel for whatever reason you WILL get your money back.
After I purchased the ticket someone gave me a dog (Yorkshire) a lil over four pounds.
For over three weeks we texted back and forth (live person was extremely difficult to connect) about bringing my dog on the plane.
Their first responses was no, then was yea, then was perhaps and it needed up being NO.
I lost almost 3000 EUROS because they did not allowed me to bring my dog.
Please DO NOt EVER buy rockery's through these thieves.

The worst of humanity
If you're looking for one trip that's one way nonstop for cheap…this is it. But otherwise please save yourself a headache and spending more money. I'm having to rebook an entire flight because kiwi book my trip with three layovers, but I'm having to recheck my bags at each connecting flight. I don't have enough time between my last connecting flight to my final destination to recheck in my bags and go through TSA again. This is literally the worse experience I've ever had traveling.
Stop lying, my fiance accidentally clicked cancel for 2 tickets for a total of 1000 dollars, 5 minutes later we sent a message that it was a mistake, but you are inhumane, you canceled the 2 tickets for us without mercy, without a human photographer. We immediately asked that it was a mistake and you were not willing to give up on us. With the push of a button we threw away 1000 dollars.
I had to pay at airport 55 euro because i booked with Kiwi. Ryanair did not allowed me to do the check in online since i booked with Kiwi. In my trip i lost 110 euro because i booked with kiwi
My flight was cancelled by the carrier and kiwi refused to refund me even though the airline carrier said the refund should be done by kiwi. They stole my money and refused to return it back. Be careful before using this agent.
Never book through Kiwi. Use any other service or go straight to the airlines.
You have 0 ability to make changes to a reservation and will never get a refund even if the airline issue one to Kiwi.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
