The worst travel agency you can imagine. Booked a return flight to Kutaisi at a time convenient to me and my partner, they sent me an email changing my return alone to leave 10 hours earlier with no offer of alternative as per their policies, called to ask to change to another flight and pay the difference, denied me any rights, and stated, Go to your lawyer, live with it, that's it!
Stay away from this website if you want to get to your destination on time and without wasting extra money..
They won't fix my passport information on the booking because they can't talk to the airline as a third party. They won't give me a cancellation. The airline won't verify my passport/identity. It's a total garbage trap. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINES FOREVER
Please do not book your flight with these people It is an absolute scam I paid too much money for my flights for myself and three children and then the airlines changed time so I miss connecting flights and then they hold you to ransom telling you that you have to pay five times the normal price for a connecting flight when it should be included and then they have the audacity to tell me that I didn't pay the additional fund for the kiwi insurance what a lot of rubbish please do not book with these people ever ever ever they are the biggest scammers ever and should not be operational and should be shut down.
I paid $1000 for a reservation on Kiwi. One of my flights was canceled and I did not have the Kiwi guarantee (which I hear is garbage anyways) and so I was basically stuck with the option of switching to a flight with multiple one hour length transfers for ~$600 more or canceling my trip entirely. It was a hard decision to cancel but I am glad I did because I needed something more reliable, but nonetheless they refuse to refund me for some legs of my trip and they will be taking forever to refund other parts. Disappointing experience. Never again.
I purchased two airline tickets with this company, and with connecting flights, it cost me $2600+. They notified me the second day that some of the flights got canceled, and they off me an alternative flight with one choice, which I didn't like, so I chose a refund. The company gave me credit for 10 euros. This is insane. Don't use this company, don't use it.
Please do not book using Kiwi.com, their refund policy is fake and crap and you will never get any money back.
My flight was cancelled by the airline. An year and a half passed but I didn't get my refund. I contacted Kiwi's customer support many times and they just tell me to wait.
I was sleeping when I got a text that my flight had changed. They had canceled the flight I had picked and put me on a flight that leaves over 2 days later making me miss my connecting flight. They gave a list of alternative flights that I could take and the SAME flight that I was on was one of the options but now I had to pay $120 more to get it again! When I called the company to ask they said that they do not have any say in the flights but they are giving the best options and yes I would have to pay the difference. They suggested talking to the airlines but they had already sold my seat and that was no longer an option. So then I tried to cancel my flight 6 days before my flight and the day after they changed it on me and they said they could not give me a full refund. That this was not their error and they would do nothing to help fix their mistake. I will NEVER use this website again and will make sure people are aware of how terrible of a company this is.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...
I booked a flight with them and 18 hours later i wanted to add some checked luggage and they said it wasn't possible to add checked luggage to my flights as there wasn't a big enough layover in between. The two airlines involved had no issues with it, i had called them before talking to Kiwi.
When looking back at the website i found the option to add checked luggage to the flights before paying (yes i missed it and i admitted this to Kiwi.com)
They still said it wasnt possible to do this when their website was offering it. When called out on this they told me that i had booked a saver fare and if i had paid more for the flights they could have modified the flights.
Absolute shower of s***... Stay clear, go to booking.com instead no issues with them.
I took a trip to Morocco, very cheap Iwas so delighted. Impossible to check online cause the flight company does not work with Kiwi.com. Arriving at the airport, I was to pay all the fares, three flights, three fares... double the price of my ticket. Such a disgrace, will never book with them anymore...
I bought tickets from kiwi.com one of the ticket was with connection. From Zakynthos to Milan and from Milan to Dublin. 1st fly was delayed over one hour, 2nd fly was on time. I had 1:15h to swap the fly. Because of delay first fly I didn't make 2nd. I had to pay extra 100€ (for 2 people 200€ in total) for new ticket in Milan, for next fly I had to waiting over 7hrs. I lost fly, I lost ticket for bus from Dublin, I spend all night on the floor because was barely few seats in Milan airport but there were hundreds of another people. I spent extra money for something to eat and drink. I got notification about delay just one hour before fly. Nobody offered me different options, no help, no refund! Such a scammers. I won't never again buy fly from kiwi.com.
Purchased airlines tickets, called to cancel after one hour, company canceled my tickets, but never refunded my money, disputed charge with my Amex, just to heard that Kiwi.com does not comply with USDOT law of canceling airlines tickets with in 24 hours with a full refund, even do they did canceled my tickets with the airline and keep my money.
Terrible. Run away from this SCAM. They do not care if you are able to make your connections, they tell you this is at your own risk. They're too focused on how amazing it appears to book random flights so close to each other for you for "such a cheap price", so they will not offer refund or other options for you. Very much a scam. Don't use unless you want to dig through a maize of terms and conditions to see in how many which ways kiwi can $#*! Up your whole travel experience. I did that, and I was very surprised with how superficial and two faced this service is.
My girlfriend booked a trip as a surprise with my credit card - on Kiwi.com. Of course she booked non-refundable tickets - without my knowledge. Anyway, my relative had a near-fatal accident right before the trip and was in ICU for a week. I'm the only caretaker she has. The Kiwi rep (Shakira Saier) initially agreed to issue a full refund and then the company reneged. No integrity, no decency. No accountability. After the behavior of Kiwi.com reps - I'll never book anything with them again - and I love NZ.
Kiwi.com has been one of the most disappointing flight booking experiences I've ever encountered. Firstly, their customer service is virtually nonexistent. When I needed assistance due to a layover that caused me to miss my connecting flight, I couldn't reach anyone for help. It was incredibly frustrating to be stuck on an island without any support or guidance from Kiwi.com.
What's worse, despite my numerous attempts to contact them through texts and emails, I received no response whatsoever. It felt like I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with no lifeline. The lack of communication and assistance during this stressful situation was utterly unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I am still struggling to get a refund for the disrupted flight, despite the obvious fault lying with Kiwi.com's poorly managed booking system. If they continue to stonewall my refund request, I am prepared to take legal action to ensure that I am not left out of pocket for their mistakes.
In summary, my experience with Kiwi.com has been a nightmare. The absence of effective customer service, the mishandling of my flight itinerary, and the ongoing battle for a refund have left me deeply unsatisfied. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking through Kiwi.com to think twice and explore alternative options to avoid a similar ordeal.
Flight always on delay and add stop even for short flights! Moreover, website for checking didn't work several times and I've to pay check in at the desk in airport. Customer service useless and never had a refund back! At the end was extremely stressful and expensive! Absolutely a company to be banned!
They are making everything work only for them, scam people and then pretend that they refunded you. Never happened, terrible scam!
One leg of our flight was cancelled, all they could offer was to book flight one day ahead for extra charge and you would have to pay for your own accommodations in transfer city, or that they would try to get you some money refunded in 6 months. Do not use!
I booked a multiple destination ticket AUD-KWT-RUH-AUD using this website because it was the only route that arrives to Riyadh before a scheduled midday business meeting, first two flights went OK with some difficulties due to different airlines terminal's locations. The Big SHOCK was in final flight which was booked directly from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi as per the ticket received from Kiwi, at the Check-in counter at Riyadh airport the Etihad Airways attendant told me the that my flight is going to Delhi-India and I need a visa to travel, I showed him my ticket and insisted that he is wrong, and as per the ticket I am travailing to Abu Dhabi Not Delhi, then after long argument and many calls to Kiwi call center and Etihad Service Center, I realized that Kiwi sell me a ticket going from Riyadh to Delhi with a STOP OVER destination in Abu Dhabi! To solve the issue Kiwi representative in Canada advised me to hide my intention quitting the flight at Abu Dhabi Airport from check-in attendants! Which is against aviation law and she assumed that I have a visa to India and travelling without checked luggage which will be sent to Delhi as final route destination, alternatively I asked Kiwi either to cancel last destination from my booking or totally cancel the ticket and issue me refund, she said she can't do anything for me and there will be no refund!
At the end I decided to buy a new ticket at spot with double price to travel!
In the conclusion, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS WEBSITE FOR TRAVELLING AT ALL.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
