As I checked with airline company Ryan air, Kiwi.com isn't any stage partner of them or even isn't authorised seller. So, please be ready that Kiwi does a reservations in a cheating way with their autogenerating emails and you can't control your reservation in a usual way. Unfortunately, there isn't any alarm before booking. Ofc, this company is interested only in your payment. After that they will be so sorry but completely out of responsibility of everything.
Instead of regular check in for Ryan air flight on morning I should have to spent 1 hour to do "verification for tickets sold by unauthorised company" paid extras for it and be worried that it will be some issues in the airport.
I sent a ton messages about that to company Kiwi and requested a refund for my extras. They answered that we are sorry but it is usual policy of air company. I called to Ryan air assistance and asked about verification: it isn't necessary to do any verification if client bought tickets throw official partner or directly Ryan air. So, what sense to lye Kiwi?
Also, please be ready if something happens like delays or cancellations Kiwi also will be out of responsibility and will send you to air company which usually send you to place where you have bought the ticket. But you are remember, that they are not official place to buy it.
Only disappointed under this short services. I had been buying a tickets directly in an airlines for years before I gave chance to this scammers Kiwi. And never more in future.
Never had such a bad service from a flight booking agent.
The reservation we paid wasn't compliant with the tickets we received, cabin baggage as we reserved, was not included! We paid a lot of money to upgrade our tickets.

I had the worst experience with this absolute pathetic company. Beware of the them as I would like to share my experience, we booked a flight as I was surprising my fiance for a short trip over the weekend I booked, paid for the complete connecting flight to Thailand and back, they charged me full amount n (ASSURED) confirmation of the tickets.
Furthermore as soon as we reached the airport Emirates staff informed us our names are not in flights, tried calling these kiwis with no response whatsoever, to our horror I had to buy completely new airline tickets oresle I would lose the hotel resort which I also paid in advance for then weekend.
In conclusion I would like to inform all the world these people cannot be trusted at all and never ever would I recommend this company or even think of using their services whatsoever.
Now all I'm trying to retrieve is my refunds which they informed require atleast 3 month process again absolutely pathetic.
They have broken my trust n sentiments over flight bookings through these 3rd party company.
I booked a ticket from Cairo to Melbourne via Kuwait airport, Chennai airport and Kuala Lumpur airport.
I wasn't allowed to get the boarding pass in Cairo airport because one of the air lines responsible for a connecting flight (air india) refused to allow me to catch the next flight due to both flights being "budget carries".
I contacted Kiwi.com through their own mobile app while being in Cairo airport at the counters.
Kiwi.com took 8 hours to reply. And their word was like the rest of the stories here

I lost over 900 Australian dollars and never even got on board of any flight at all.

When my son missed his flight due to unexpected extreme delays in security and traffic to the airport (Airport 2 hours from our house), he was told that there was nothing that could be done when he called. The rep hung up the phone and gave no options. The rep should atleast tell him of options he can pay for to get where he needed to go. This was my son's first flight experience and first time using Kiwi.com and this service was terrible. We had to drive him over 9 hours (18 hour round trip) to get him back to college.
I booked Sri Lankan airlines on 19th September via using the Kiwi.com online platform. It was very clear that the direct flight from Dubai to Colombo, the flight is on 20th September with flying duration 4hrs and 25minutes.
I went to the check in counter at the airport and the booking was not found in their system. Thereafter, they found that the Kiwi.com has scheduled a round trip ticket which was not disclose at the time of online booking. The Sri Lankan airlines Manager told not to trust Kiwi.com and my booking was the 5th complain in the month of September. He told that the ticket is a fake booking and they cannot take responsibility at all. I tried to contact using the Kiwi contract number in Dubai but not responded and using the online support but Kiwi.com network was not connected.
Thereafter, I reserved a fly Dubai flight without any problem.
I contacted Kiwi.com support team asking refund but did not agree at all and my money steal by Kiwi.com without looking at my trouble and their incorrect ticket.
The refund is not received until today and the company like smuggling from the people. DO NOT TRUST Kiwi.com and don't book using the third party sites like this.Kiwi.com is completely cheating the people showing fake offers on the website. They don't care about the people after paid and no help at all.
My flight was cancelled by the airline. After calling the original airline to try and get a refund, they said only Kiwi can do that since it's a third-party. I was on the phone with Kiwi for over 30 minutes, trying to convince them that the airline can't refund me, it's their job to get the refund for a flight that got cancelled and that I don't have a seat on anymore (!). Apparently they "sent my request to the finance team". We'll see what that means and if it leads anywhere, but apparently if you want anything from Kiwi you need to be very persistent because I was told "no that's not possible" about 10 times before getting passed through to finance.
I booked a flight and paid 1600 euros.
It was a flight with 2 stops on my way there and on my way back home.
Because of a delay from Amsterdam to Dubai, I couldn't catch my next flight. Kiwi.com asked me if I want a refund or an alternative flight, I choosed for the alternative flight and paid 400 euros extra. This is the first problem, it was a delay and I have the right for a new free flight.
Second problem was that I paid it and waited hours for the paid flight but just 1 hour before the flight I received an email and it said that kiwi.com couldn't book the flight. And I had to ask for a refund. I did it and I received 500 euros. I arrived at my destination
The third an worst problem after this was my way back home. I came to the airport and they told me I had no booked flight. I contacted kiwi.com and they just responded with the automated response without helping me. I was stuck at the airport and kiwi.com finally said that the flights are cancelled because I asked for a refund (?)( the refund was for the flight on my wau to here because of the delay?). But kiwi.com didn't told me once that my flight was cancelled, I had to ask it by myself. I asked for help several times but they didn't help me, they just said ask for a refund when you arrive at your destination…. Good technique because they give you the feeling like you can just spend you money and they will help you with the refund. Luckily I had some money and I booked new flights for 1200 euro.
Once arrived at home, I asked for a refund and kiwi.com said we already gave a refund…. We can't help you anymore. I am still busy, now 3 months and I still don't get any refund or help. I did everything I could do but I just got nothing. Kiwi.combsays that they gonne try to ask a refund by the airline. That's not the airlines fault, kiwi.com cancelled it and didn't let me know anything. I want my money just for the extra costs of the tickets and I don't get it from kiwi.com even it's their mistake. I didn't even ask for all the other costs like extra hotel, medicine because of the longer stay, taxi, food etc. Still I have to wait and there happens nothing.
So, my advice, PEOPLE WATCH OUT WITH KIWI THEY WILL SCAM YOU INVE THEY CAN.
Most fraudulent travel company ever, with a sophisticated scam artist approach. SCAM 1: While booking, they let you believe you are 100% covered by their "Guarantee" - nothing can ever happen, we got you covered, no problem ever, BUT you are never covered!:-). SCAM 2: A while after booking confirmation is done and settled (beware of SCAM 3: they never issue Booking Confirmations from the airlines, but only their own), they tell you "Some Major Changes Happened But It's Not Our Fault The Bad Airlines Did It".: They present some many hours delayed (in my case 17hr) flight connections, and you lose even a connecting flight ("Sorry But Not Our Fault") - It's so bad that you actually can not travel as initially booked. SCAM 4 is offered: Option 1: "Hey, We Found Beautiful New Routes and Flights for You, of Course Guaranteed no Problems this Time, for ADDITIONAL Cost of Only the Same Money That You Paid Initially. Please Pay Here SMILE". Option 2: "Get 1/5th of Your Initial Payment Back To Redeem In The Next Booking With Us - No Real Money Refund Of Course". Option 3: "Get a Refund from The Carriers With Our Quick Expedite Service Help for Only 20 EUR But That May Take 60 days And Maybe You Do Not Get The Refund At All". Option 3: Try To Get A Refund From The Bad Carriers Within 90 Days, But Hey: You Might NEVER See Any Money of It At All, And Maybe The Carriers Carry Charges for That Refund, So Better Do Not Do That Option". You get the picture of how shameless, crookedly and deceitful KIWI.com operates? They purposely temper your booking (because nothing is confirmed yet with the airlines) and try to hoax you to buy new offers from them, or at least keep your initial payment without giving any service back. I lost about 300 Euros to Kiwi.com. But I know of many many many others who fell for these KIWI crooks and bandits and lost thousands of Euros or Dollars.
We needed to add an extra luggage on our way back, and the system didn't allowed us to add it, because on the way in our first flight had a delay and the website got bugged preventing me to make any changes. We called the central, and they didn't help. Saying that they couldn't do anything.
His suggestion was to book the luggage directly with the air company at the checkin. As we were in Bali (Indonesia) flying to Fort Laudardale USA, we needed to do 3 different check ins, and it cost thousand dollars.
Unfortunately, by accident I ended up falling into the hands of this company for the second time, and believe me, I lost money... When trying to check in, it didn't give me the option saying that I should go to the Ryanair counter when I got there, guess what happened? Pay £55 otherwise I wouldn't be able to check in, in the end Kiwi just said they couldn't refund me, simple as that... Looking now at the reviews I couldn't get a better rating, just 1 star... Congratulations Kiwi.com like that Soon we won't have to worry about making the mistake of using their services...
It is the worst. It is better not to use it.
I booked a flight between Tokyo and Manila. I then needed to reschedule and applied to change my flight reservation. I was assured that a receipt was issued for the difference and payment due to the flight change. A booking number was also issued.
I was then asked to submit my passport information via the message function of the app. Since it was the message function of the app, I was late to notice and by the time I sent the passport information, the ticket was already sold out and could not be changed. The original booking fee was not refunded.
If you don't want to have an experience like mine, don't use kiwi. You will waste your money.
The following is an addendum to my review after I wrote it once.
They say in their reply that they will respond as soon as possible, but there is no follow up after that. This is a really bad company. I really don't think you should use this travel agency.
Never, ever use kiwi.com to book flights
Purchased a flight this morning, they waited hours to confirm the reservation, and they're now asking me for more money because the prices went up.
Pretty sneaky on their end to have a 24-48 hour "confirmation" period where their team goes and takes their elegant time to book your flight. Perhaps waiting enough time for the price ticket to double, after paying hours before.
I could have booked my ticket through the actual airline, except of course they tricked me into waiting another 24 hours, hanging onto my payment.
Now I am faced with the cost nearly doubled. All because of Kiwi.com.
Did I mention their support team does not compensate you for anything either? And you can't talk to anyone within the actual company. The real Kiwi.com team hides themselves behind a support system, and they must hate their jobs, I can't imagine the amount of frustrating calls this place gets.
They didn't book my flight properly, sent a misleading email, making me think my flight was cancelled (Somewhat my mistake) booked the flight I booked with them myself, and when I tried to talk to someone about the confusion, they would not given me a proper refund. On a separate occasion it took them 3-4 days to call me back to resolve a matter.
Kiwi.com - the worst online flight search engine. Thieves, I paid £458.20 for 1 piece of 20 kg luggage, return flight on the London - Larnaca (Cyprus) route. Never book flights with them, they will rob you!
Total scam, changed my flight two times and had to pay extra. Paid for bags through kiwi and still had to pay at airport. Didn't give me a full refund when my flight was cancelled.
Rob money, won't book you a seat with the airline. Just terrible customer support, horrible service. Pure trash
I booked $2000 air ticket with this website, but due to weak customer service and wrong information i missed my flight and $2000 both.
I went back home from airport.
I tried to contact customer service from airport and home but they ignored my problem and never replied to my complaints.
I would suggest to just stay away from this website.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
