As others have stated, online shopping and ship to store is a terrible experience. But their customer service is the worst I have dealt with in a long time. When dealing with my first (and last) online order the item I received was in poor shape. I get one email a day with customer service dealing wit this issue. They ask a question, I reply immediately & they reply the next day... I've decided to avoid them altogether now and make sure i let other know about how bad their online shopping and customer service is."

Worst Service Ever
November 29, 2018

I placed an order for two pictures two weeks ago. I have spoken with online chat twice to confirm order since I never received a confirmation of the order. They were no help whatsoever to explain why I didn't get any confirmation. I have called two days in a row to try to talk with someone since I need the items next week. Each time I called I left my number for a callback. I never received any callback. After reading these reviews I imagine it is going to be impossible to get these items by next week. I will never shop with them again!

"I ordered 2 mirrors to pick them up at San Tan Village store - Gilbert - AZ. On 09/19/17. Today, 10/15 and I don't have news about. I have never received any email, I tried chat but they say always the same: ON THE WAY. I called and the answer: ON THE WAY. I sent emails... NO ANSWERS. Of course... they have my money. This is a NOT TRUSTFUL and NO HONEST COMPANY. I think I just lost my money because looks like they won't deliver my mirrors. I have never seen nothing like that. Stay away! One star is too much. I am very mad and maybe it is time to expose this store on tv and how the customers are treated and how the customers are ripped off. I will never buy again. Never! It's a SHAME!
Detail: if you cancel your order you have to wait 10 WEEKDAYS to see your money back. Really disturbing and dishonest! "

My first order with Kirkland's was for an order of two items that had to be boxed separately. I waited patiently while my order was being "processed". This first step took 5 days. Another 2 days elapsed before it was picked up by FedEx, which I watched patiently as the shipment made its way across the country. After 12 days of waiting, the shipments were finally out for delivery.

My FedEx guy is like The Flash and even though I was expecting the shipment, he was already back in his truck and gone before I could get to the door. Only one box was at my door! I checked my Kirkland's account to confirm I was supposed to get two items - check.

The next morning, I contacted Kirkland's to let them know and was told that the shipment is on it's way. I told the agent that the delivery had already occurred and that checking online with FedEx shows the orders delivered. I was asked if I checked around my front door for the item, maybe I missed it, as if I might miss a box that was about 18 x 30 in. I was then told that they would contact the shipper to find out what happened to the missing box.

A few days go by and it's crickets from Kirkland's. Once again I have to call them to find out what has happened to my order. After about 1/2 an hour on hold, I finally hang up. I decided to give FedEx a call and within a minute was told that the item was rejected at pickup due to breakage.

Once again, I am back to Kirkland's, basically doing their job and informing them of the shipping status. I was asked if I wanted a refund or a reship, which unfortunately Kirkland's was the only place I could find this item. Again, I am having to go through this same long drawn out processing and shipping time.

Wouldn't you think that in this case, they would have expedited my order?

Over 30 days to get this cleared up Kirkland's!

Coming from a long-time Kirkland's customer, in-store only, I decided to order something online that they did not have in the store. I am a big online shopper with almost everything I purchase, so this didn't seem like a big deal. Well, it is. Not only is it taking 2-3 times longer than had been told, they also have run my card twice and holding the funds until for at least another 2 days. I have never seen anything like this purposely done. They said this is there process, they run it once when purchased online and then they run it when it goes to shipping. By the way I always read reviews, and never give them until now. Lesson learned on this one, it only takes one time. I highly advise to look in store or a different store for what you are looking for... oh and the "Track your Order" is a joke. It doesn't track anything, or at least is hasn't for me yet. Hope this helps!

Not Happy

Two Kirklands stores actually just opened up 5-10 miles from my house so I figured I'd also give their online store a try. Big mistake. I was really happy with the prices and was able to also get 15% off my first purchase. This was two weeks ago. After a week and a half of never receiving a shipping email I figured I'd reach out to their customer service. (Let's be honest, any reputable online store will ship WITHIN 3 days and that's even pushing it). I first sent them an email, no reply. Then I logged into their online chat and received a generic response "orders placed online will ship within 2-3 business days". My reply: "Oh, that's funny because I ordered this 8-9 BUSINESS DAYS AGO". She then replied I'd be receiving a shipping confirmation the following morning, which I actually did. I was unable to track my package for over 24 hours. When I finally obtained an actual delivery date, it is projected for ANOTHER WEEK FROM NOW. In conclusion, if you are willing to subject a month out of your life for a few pillows or a corner shelf, go ahead and order online.

Let me just tell you about my recent experience with Kirkland's. On November 28 I place an order for a large mirror on line to give to my daughter for Christmas. The web site said it would be delivered to my house. A week and a half later I received an e-mail telling me that was a mistake and asking me what store I would like the mirror delivered to. No problem, I have a store only 5 minutes from my house. (I would have bought it in store, but they did not have any in stock.) I waited another week and a half and went to the store. No mirror. Then two days ago I received another e-mail telling me it would be delivered to my house. Confused, I made a phone call and was told by the girl I spoke with that she wasn't sure why, but it would indeed be delivered to my house. Yesterday it did not arrive. Today I get a phone call that once again the company screwed up and the mirror would not be delivered to my house and in fact would not be delivered to the store I requested it be delivered to, but great news, I could drive 2 hours to the nearest store that had the mirror in stock. It is now 25 days after the order date and you know I am not happy. I requested that they find someone to get the mirror and deliver it to me and was told there was no way they could make that happen. With 3 days to Christmas, I am no longer understanding.

I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now. They take payment immediately at order, but it seems you have to fight and wait for your items to arrive, if they ever do arrive. I have been calling daily checking on my items, and all I get is a different excuse as to why I have not received them. They also state that since they use their own trucks for delivery, they cannot provide me with a tracking number or estimated arrival date. They also refuse to refund the money and state a refund cannot be given UNTIL THE ITEMS ARRIVE. So, I'm out the money and the items. They seem to be running some sort of scam where their online service holds on to your money for a lengthy amount of time before they ever attempt to ship the items. That's hoping that they eventually do ship them.

I placed an order online to be shipped to my local store over three weeks ago but have yet to receive the order. I called customer service to find out what happened. They informed me that the the item was on back order. No call no email, nothing. My local store has the item by the dozens in store, but won't let me get the item locally and then replace it when the order comes in. I emailed customer service, but they haven't had the courtesy to reply. Still waiting, wondering if my order will ever arrive. This is the last time I order from Kirkland's.
Update, Just received an email that says that it has just shipped May 30th which is a Sunday? And that it could take up to ten days. Pitiful customer service!

Ordered 7 items on 11/27/15, chosen by others as a gift for a loved one. Order stated it would take 10 days. It took 27 days. Out of the 7 items only 1 was of average quality. The remaining items are very low quality. Never again will I order from this site.
