Bait and Switch!

I ordered three Buffalo checked white pumpkins garlands from Kirklands on August 29th. My credit card was charged right away. After two months waiting and about 3 emails stating, "They're still working on my order" I received a ‘Cancellation' today via email. I called customer service and was told, "My order didn't process all the way through as it should have". The reason for cancelation was, either "I cancelled it" - NO, I didn't pick up the items. - NO, I was never advised that they came in. It couldn't be fulfilled. Really, it took them 2 full months to realize they didn't have these available to fill the order. The worst part is, if I went to their site, (see photo from today; same day as I received a cancellation, and they're there again, offered at a higher price point, yet they can't fulfill MY order. I'm NOT impressed. I always liked what Kirklands offered, but I have ZERO plans to use them for any future purchases. BAD customer service. - BAD style!

Will Never Order Again

I ordered something August 18,2020, and was told it would reach the store in 15-18 business days- which is already a long time. But I waited. And now it has been 29 business days, or 6 full weeks. I have called the store multiple times and I have emailed customer service 4 times now, they replied once saying it would get there by 20-24 business days. That was 8 days ago. I called the store today and they aren't getting any orders this week, which means the soonest I could even get my order is October 8- that is IF my order is on the shipment! TERRIBLE customer service. Why on earth did they sell me the product if they can't deliver? I am furious and will never shop there again.

PISSED!

I am SO PISSED OFF right now! I wish I read these reviews before ordering from Kirkland's! I ordered four cute Halloween items, received my doormat and haven't received my other three items and it's been WEEKS! I received notification that they shipped ten days ago, but tracking shows that the packages haven't even been sent to FedEx yet, and after reading these reviews, it seems like that's a trend with them. I've emailed customer service THREE times now and haven't been able to get through to a customer service rep. HORRIBLE. I don't have a Kirkland's credit card, but when I checked out, I noticed that they were "unable to accept Kirkland's Credit Cards," which seems extremely odd to me. Why can't the company take their own CC? I've ordered through many reputable companies, and they haven't had issues getting their products out during COVID, so I don't even want to hear that bs. I've also ordered CUSTOM items from Etsy in the past month that arrived FASTER than they advertised. Do NOT order anything from Kirkland's! Very untrustworthy company!

I order fall wall sign August 27 and I still don't have I've called 4 times. Was told I should get by certain date and nothing. Was told today they can't give any updated. Never again will I order from Kirkland

Lies and runarounds

I've reached out to Kirklands numerous times since I placed my order on August 26,2020. Their staff has lied to me and been very rude in every way. In short, they took my money out twice, and I never received my item. Now they are telling me it's too late to cancel, and I'll get it when I get it.
I no longer want this item or any other items from this sorry company.

Will I ever get my order?

I strongly urge everyone to NOT order from this company. All I ordered was 2 decorative pillow. It has been a month and I still don't have them. I have called their customer service department twice and they are very rude and also incapable of giving me any answers. I asked them if I could cancel my order and they said NO! I have just filed a claim with the BBB. Terrible business. Definitely stay away.

Ordered two cute fall pieces. Over 2 weeks to ship (was in "processing" for that long), attempted an email to inquire, no response, then a "chat" (which wasn't a chat as it took more than 20 minutes for 4 exchanges). I was told it can take up to 3 weeks to ship an item, then another 7-10 days to receive... really? There are WAY too many other reputable, efficient, customer-service based companies with products similar to this to waste your time or money.

I ordered a chandelier on 7/25/20. They charged my card 8/8/20. No email, and on 8/28 still no package. ( I was told 15-18 business day for delivery and with email updates) On 8/31/20 finally an email, but just to say they ordered another one. No explanation. I have called 4 times and they say there is another one on the way. I wanted this by Labor Day weekend and thought I ordered it way in advance. Still no package. 9/17/20

I GIVE UP!

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 CANDLES ON AUG 1 2020. THE ORDER WAS IN "PROCESSING" FOR JUST UNDER A MONTH BEFORE IT SHIPPED. THOUGHT 'BETTER LATE THAN NEVER'-RIGHT? LAUGH WAS ON ME. THE CANDLES WERE BROKEN IN SHIPMENT! CALLED TO CHECK ON CREDIT TO MY CARD THIS AM. REC'D CREDIT BUT WAS MINUS SHIPPING FEE. WAS TOLD I WOULD SEE THAT HIT IN 3-5 DAYS. IF I EVER SHOP THIS COMPANY AGAIN IT WILL HAVE TO BE IN STORE ONLY! ONLINE? NO WAY!

So many decorations for the fall would have been perfect. Ordered them over two months ago, received one object and it was broken, still waiting on another and then they just canceled some thing else. Just not worth the headache of dealing with this company

I ordered two swags on 9/5/20 and today 10 days later it still says "processing". I like others cannot reach customer service or get a return email or even a chat is impossible. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Dont waste your time

Kirklands customer service reps are rude, disrespectful, unfriendly. I love the items but half the time they advertise its not available and they take your credit card info to tell you a week later its out of stock. Do not shop online as its wasted time and way too much effort!

Order shipped in 3 separate shipments, took a month to get the the 3 shipments. None of boxes had packing or bubble wrap. All 3 boxes damaged, 2 had products loose in the boxes busted. Will never order from them again. Not worth all the problems.

I ordered a cute little bench for my front porch from Kirklands on June 14,2020. When it arrived, only the back of the bench was in the box and nothing else. I notified Kirklands of the problem and it took a month to receive a replacement shipment. This time all the parts were included, but the parts were badly damaged in shipping. I returned the bench to their customer service department on July 31,2020, per their instructions. It's been 25 days and I still have not received a refund or any word from their customer service department. I sent another email 5 days ago and still no bench, no word, no refund. It's ridiculous.

I bought a floor mirror on 7/28/20, and after 3.5 weeks of "processing" they canceled my order out of the blue. I've tried emailing and calling but I'm unable to get through to anyone regarding this issue. Stay away from their online store if you ever want to see the things you buy

Kirklands constantly baffles me with teh slowest order processing and shipping of any store I purchase from online. I sometimes wonder if they are located in CHINA. Their speed on getting orders out and to the customer just SUCKS...

Ordered dinning room tables and 4 chairs 6/9/20. Received the table but no chairs. The salesperson asked me if I wanted to pick up the table, already did? Then classic, " you can call the warehouse for more information". Just wondering why they wouldn't called, I thought we payed Kirkland's. Silly me! Horrible customer service, the warehouse is no better. She tells me "it says processing", obviously it's not processing, still no chairs! Very disappointing! Will never buy from here again!

Ordered a porch plaque on July 21. As of today, August 10 it is still "processing". I have emailed twice, called multiple times. Never get responses to my emails. Never get through on the phone. Today I had a glimmer of hope. After being on hold, a recording came on saying I could have them call me back, and like a fool I fell for it. After waiting most of the afternoon, I called to get a recording saying they are closed. Never shop from there!
