3. On top, with all the taxes, I paid the same amount as I would have directly from the MS store. Where I could have reimbursed it immediately.
So no, I will not buy from Kinguin anymore and do not recommend, as they will screw you at the first occasion.
They reply to queries within a day and have a live chat and remote desktop service where they get things sorted quickly.

Got a few games and they worked alright. Then I bought a game and the key was already used. I posted everything to prove I was scammed and still got no refund or new key. Avoid this site.

I was worried when I activated a product key on my computer that it was a scam, because Windows said it was an invalid key and was activated too many times. So I immediately contacted the Kinguin Chat to see if they would be able to resolve my problem. I got a hold of Pat. Pat was able to walk me through a whole process of tests and installations and uninstalls etc. Well, long story short he was able to get the product key activated for me. It was almost unreal how quick it happened. Also, to mention, the fact that he/she was able to respond to each statement so quickly and with an actual human response was super helpful.

Don't listen to any other review saying otherwise. After reading more then 10 bad reviews about the same issue I had I can guarantee the problem was user error and not the customer service. Never in my life have I received better help from customer service. I am looking at you SEBASTIAN.
