I was buying game key on Kinguin.net website and key was not working (key was used before me). I was contacting customer support and Kinguin refund me full ammount i was paid. This was taking about 5 minutes.

I recommend Kinguin it's nice and easy to navigate through, I brought a few key and only had trouble once, I had a key issue and the support staff was really quick, nice and professional.
It's a nice and trustworthy option to buy game keys with a really cheap price. Some games I bought for less than 10% of the full price. I really recommend it.

Prices are cheap with frequent offers. The game code providers present on the site are very reliable and in the odd case of receiving a bad code Kinguin offers very good and responsive customer support that is very helpful in resolving conflicts. Very satisfied with my experience.
Kinguin is the better alternative to any other gaming software sites out there. It's a competitive marketplace that relies on honest selling.

Obviously since they sell cheap Windows 10 keys there may be some doubt as I had too, and my key initially seemed to be false. I figured I would at least contact the Kinguin live chat to see what they would say, and what happened over the course of an hour or so was some of the best customer support I've ever seen. I got the same agent twice, Bastian, and not only did he guide me in the right direction and eventually got the key to work, he even did the activation through Microsoft support himself. To go "third party" and help me to that extent was such a relief and I couldn't be more thankful. I'd never heard of Kinguin before but this experience has made me a customer for sure.
There are some big problems with this site / company. First of all, they are pretty terrible at communication. If you open a support ticket, they email you and tell you to respond to the email with more information -- and then do not respond at all. I finally got online with a chat representative after a 20-minute wait, only to find out you aren't supposed to respond to the email but to update the ticket -- even though the email FROM kinguin said otherwise. They were pretty indignant and rude when I pointed out the issue, basically just declaring "that's why we have the online tickets," and said, "I am not going to argue." Attitude needs adjustment.
The reason I had gotten in touch with them in the first place was that the seller had provided a product key that couldn't be activated online and had to be done by phone.
The final issue with the site is that they don't differentiate between 32- and 64-bit programs.
Ultimately, it's good that I was able to get the program, but would have been happy to pay a little more to avoid the headaches and amount of my time I had to use to get a decent answer to the problem.
My experience was great! I was having a problem with activating Windows with the key I purchased, so I reached out to support, not expecting much. Viktor blew my socks off! Not only did he take care of the issue and helped me activate Windows (he actually did the phone activation for me once we worked some bugs out!), but he was very friendly and patient. Thanks Kingquin, and thanks Viktor!
So I recently bought a Windows 10 key off of Kinguin, but I got a Windows 7 key. I tried to request a refund, but they haven't even done anything yet. This was on Saturday, September eighth, and it's Thursday, September 13 (2018)

Really really good support team that twice helped me solve license key issues.
Kinguin is a cheap(ish) way to get the software you need, just make sure you have some time for troubleshooting.
Best Games, Best Prices, AMAZING customer service and always willing to go above and beyond. Couldn't recommend this site more. It's my only go to place.
These guys are the $#*!ing worst. You buy the protection plan, get a fake key. And after a week of talking to the support and sending over 30 screenshots I still have nothing.
Don't buy games here and if you do, don't waste money on the protection.
