I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my recent experience with Kinguin. Although I initially encountered an issue with the product I purchased, the entire resolution process handled by their team was absolutely impeccable from start to finish.

As soon as I realized there was a problem, I reached out to their technical support team. To my surprise, they responded in record time, showing a high level of respect, empathy, and professionalism. After I carefully explained the situation and provided the necessary details, they thoroughly analyzed my request and fairly decided to issue a full refund.

What impressed me the most was how fast the money was transferred back into my Kinguin Balance account—no unnecessary delays, no stress, and no hassle. It is honestly rare these days to find an online platform that truly values customer satisfaction, fairness, and efficient communication to this extent.

Kinguin has completely earned my trust, and I will definitely continue to use their services in the future. A huge thank you to the entire Kinguin support team for their fantastic help!

I would give this site a 0 if I could. While they appear to be good if you have no problems with your keys, they are the complete opposite if you have issues. I supplied the requested evidence of a key failure and proof it wasn't activated only to have the seller then ask me to contact steam support and ask about region locks etc, how is that the customers responsibility? Kinguin support added no assistance at all and I am now going to open a ticket with Paypal to get my money back since this hasn't been resolved in 5 days.

This was particularly with the seller ihm.codes but if this is the standard of a "highly rated" seller on their site then I would hate to see a lower rated sellers behaviour.

As a content creator, my entire brand is built on trust and keeping my word. I recently used Kinguin to purchase gift cards for a fan giveaway, and it has been a complete disaster.The platform's checkout process failed, and despite being a "reputable" marketplace, their system is clearly outdated and unprofessional. Because of their technical incompetence and failure to deliver, I have lost fans and damaged the trust I've spent years building. When you're live-streaming, you don't have time to wait days for a support ticket that may never be answered. I don't care about the money—PayPal will handle the refund—but Kinguin cannot refund my reputation. If you are a professional, a streamer, or anyone who values their credibility, do not use this site for gifting. They are irresponsible, their platform is stuck in the past, and they do not support the creators who bring people to their marketplace.Next Step: I will be filing a formal report with econsumer. Gov for their failure to address these transaction issues.

I bought their software for €63.74. He worked. BUT after I reinstalled the new Windows, the software no longer works.

I contacted their support. They literally replied that:
" We cannot help because our software can be installed on one PC, and we consider reinstalling Windows as an installation on another PC." They treat reinstalling Windows as a new PC? Funny.

Did they write somewhere in the product description or in the terms of use that they treat installing Windows on the same PC as installed Windows on new/another PC? Of course they didn't.

So customers, if you buy software from kinguin.net and if you do a reinstallation of windows where you had the software and key installed, after new windows installation you will no longer be able to activate the key you purchased at kinguin.net, and of course they will NOT refund your money.

Those are a little bigger thefts.
They offer me an apology in exchange for €63.74. I don't accept the apology.

You think it worked for you? Sure, it worked for me 9/10 times,
But not the 10th time, and the cheaper prices
Of the other 9 transactions are then no longer so cheap.

So what happend? Like in many other cases that can be found with
A simple Google Search the send code was already in use.

A code is delivered quickly. I tried to redeem the code immediately.
In the correct currency and correct account. And than the shock.
The code was already used. That can happen and good Key Seller
Refund the same day or offer a new key after some Infos are send.
Not so with 'Kinguin', despite multiple escalations!

At 'Kinguin', you sent everythig they Need to see that the Money wasnt used by your account.
You send unedited screenshots of your buying history and the error code and the current Money.
And it was clear that i was not the one who used the code.
Than they start to ask you to contact steam support. To find out when the key was redeemed.
So try that at steam and you will find several times the same answer.
Steam says that you have to contact the retailer. And this is 'Kinguin'.

Which I did. The result was that I was sent back to Steam again with a task that I cannot fulfil.
So they make fun of their customer after they scamed you. They Keep your Money and dont refund.

Even if you buy a code in super market Steam tells you that you should take the proof of purchase
Back to the shop where you bought it. So 'Kinguin'. Yeah and they do Nothing.

'Kinguin' is playing dead and not responding appropriately.
The customer is cheated out of their money and now has to deal with PayPal and open a case there.
Maybe they dont do it every time. So if you buy sometimes it works... And sometimes
You loose what? 20,50 100$? So where was the Advantage to buy at Kinguins

So clearly terrible support. And look at Trust Pilot the old Entry (Rating 1,8/5) was replaced
With a new Domain and i think many fake 5 Star and over 4/5. Wow a new Domain brings a lot

They've lost control and send you bad codes without any refund or replacement key.

This was my experence with Kinguin. My opinion on Kinguin => Stay away!

Comprato da Kinguin un account spotify premium 12 mesi dichiarato nell'offerta Region Free ed utilizzabile in Italia. In realtà si trattava di parte di un account multiutenza e tra l'altro "egiziano" e, ovviamente essendo utilizzato fuori dall'Egitto, dopo circa un mese l'account è stato revocato da Spotify.
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e rimborso all' assistenza Kinguin, ho ricevuto questa risposta:
"Dopo aver indagato su questo caso, abbiamo stabilito che il prodotto è stato consegnato come descritto e che tutti i dettagli di accesso necessari sono stati forniti e utilizzati con successo. Una volta effettuato l'accesso a un account e protetto dall'aggiornamento delle credenziali di accesso, l'utente finale è responsabile del mantenimento della sicurezza dell'account. Purtroppo, date queste circostanze e poiché è passato un po' di tempo dall'acquisto, non siamo in grado di offrire un rimborso o una sostituzione."
Certo ma se l'account è irregolare e non valido in Italia?
Diffidate di Kinguin, sono poco chiari, falsi e non rispondono delle loro responsabilità.

I purchased a one year PlayStation plus subscription from what I think is a shared account. With less than one month of usage, I couldn't use the subscription for half a day because it seems the account had too many users. The problem was sorted only one day late. I submited a ticket ******* so they could investigate what happen and to make sure I would not have another day with this situation. The client support team was very bad and didn't even read my ticket properly. The result, they closed it and I don't know what happened and if this is going to happen again. I really don't recommend this website.

The seller 'BCT ONLINE' is a scammer. Sometimes they sell working products, but other times they sell non‑working gift cards and refuse to issue a refund or send a new functional gift card as a replacement.

Really? Activated on January 17 and valid until March 19 is about 3 months?
Do you have some kind of dyscalculia disorder?
If you want, you can hire my son of 11 in your company. He's really good in mathematics. It would be really helpful in your organisation and I am pretty sure you'll get let less frustrated customers.
It's really time for some very decent response and solution.

I bought a steam account with a key inside (black mith wukong-order SX466AA5C160) after 2 weeks it was taken away, I can't log in anymore, they changed email and password probably via recovery email, the support is useless (probably bots) in 3 weeks and about twenty messages they asked me the same 2 things several times, only wasting time but not solving anything,
They are on the side of the thieving merchant, obviously it is convenient for both of them to resell the same account many times.
Do not buy steam accounts if you also do not want to waste money and time with the support.

Purchased Monster Hunter: World from Kinguin with no problem, however for its expansion DLC Monster Hunter: World Iceborne which I bought from the seller USA Software and Games the activation of the key results in an error saying it is not available in my region despite the page specifically saying that the key is not region locked.

Tried contacting the merchant and have not received a reply. Trying to contact costumer support as well.

Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant.

After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow.

You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game.
I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response.

Should I take legal actions?

Email was hacked and the hacker used it to sign up to kinguin.net and go on a shopping spree, wanna guess why they used this site. Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. If you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.

They messed up my currency and that made the item more expensive than if i bought it from the original store. Customer service didn't do anything to help me. Will not return
