Great communication from Shawn and Martha. Billy, now Comet, came on time and his journey was documented by emails and phone calls. Comet fits in great with our other 2 dogs. Very playful and our miniature Eskie taught him how to play ball with him. At day 3 he figured out the dog door ( he was probably 75% potty trained when we got him). If we could have more dogs, we would get another of Martha's Corgis.

Got a super cute and friendly chocolate lab... but my individual breeder. Says "she has all her shots, and puppy things" but where is it all they give you a paper and all it has is dewormer. Which you can literally buy at tractor supply... and one shot. How about rabies? And all of the others... it says no puppy mills however if you ask how many litters has the mom had and he says "6-7" that's a little shocking! Good thing they have a health guarantee which probably in the end will cover nothing... our pup is breathing heavy and we just got her... we aren't even home yet... so many good reviews so we decided to go. Hope we don't have a sick dog :/ he didn't even provide us with food when we showed up we had to ask... like how do you think we are going to transition him into his own food... ugh! This is a safe website but just watch out! We were only provided with one photo and when we showed up all I can say is I wished we could have saved them all :(

Keystone Puppies was a great experience! We purchased our sweet toy Goldendoodle from Keystone and they were really responsive and the process was easy and smooth. The breeder helped with all of our questions and responded same day. I used shipping with keystone and they were really accommodating finding the best and shortest flight for our baby puppy. They kept in contact until we received our puppy. I would recommend Keystone Puppies to anyone looking to add a new furry family member.

We purchased our Bernadoodle puppy last week from Keystone puppies. I would be lying if I said the whole process did not make me nervous and that I didn't lose a couple nights of sleep thinking about it. With all the stories out there about all the people are getting scammed about buying puppies over the Internet they make it sound like everybody selling puppies on line is out the scam people. But I will tell you after receiving our puppy at the airport on time delivered just as they said I would recommend this company to anybody. Sean which I believe is the owner of the company was fantastic and help ease my mind. As well as the breeder Henri who is more and willing to send me numerous pictures throughout the process. This was the only puppy I've ever bought they didn't have some sort of sickness from kennel cough diarrhea. We've had many dogs throughout our lives growing up and as a 46 year married couple, and have never purchased a dog on-line from across the country. With the pandemic it was impossible to find a dog before someone else was lucky enough to welcome it into their family. We lost our last dog March 30,2020, he was 16 years old. I could actually feel myself getting depressed because we had been trying to get another dog since May. I came across Keystone Puppies, did my research, and decided to purchase a puppy from them. We purchased Sophie (Sweet Pea) from Sadie, the breeder, and Shawn took care of shipping Sophie out from Philadelphia, PA to Sacramento, CA, the closest airport for American Airlines to ship a puppy to our Reno, NV home. The WHOLE process from purchasing to shipping was nerve racking for me but could not have gone off any better. Thank you Sadie for a happy, healthy puppy, and thank you Shawn for getting Sophie to us (and for helping me work through my fears of cross-country purchasing). We love her. Moureen K.

Great Breeder, I picked the cutest puppy, everyone loves him and wants to take him home, the veterinarian says he is super healthy, I love my puppy he is so sweet and loving and he loves strangers too, he is truly a great addition to the family, my family feels like we don't know how we got along without him, now everyone wants me to make babies with my puppy so they can have one too, but he's a little young for all that business, I think I'll just keep him home with me for now, I love him so much.

We adopted Tank & Taco, two adorable labradoodle brothers. Our daughter renamed them Ollie & Bear on their trek across the country on American Airlines. Ollie is more poodle and Bear is more labrador in both size and temperament. We knew in advance that the puppies were raised on an Amish family farm so we weren't expecting AKC pedigree breeds, but they are perfect for our family and we adore them so! The brothers are enjoying Southern California weather having escaped their first East Coast winter in the nick of time!

Postscript: We were a bit nervous mailing a personal check across the country (Amish do not use credit cards) but the breeder and Keystone were both very responsive and trustworthy.

This is the first time we have ever chosen a puppy from a picture without meeting him. We have had other German Shepherds but they have all come from local rescues however there were none available so we decided to take a chance and go through Keystone Puppies. We are so happy that we did. All of our questions were answered honestly and our puppy made the flight from Philadelphia to Kansas City. He has settled in wonderfully. He has been to our vet and deemed perfect and healthy. His temperament allows him to be easily trained and he is learning quickly. He is already a member of the family.

Considering the logistics, the transaction was perfect. Our little girl is so beautiful. She has touched our hearts so deeply. Thank you Keystone and Steve for helping us find our newest family member.

Also, thank you for the constant communication. It was so appreciated.

Update: As a follow up, we had her DNA evaluated, she is 50% CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL and 50% BICHON FRISE. She is F1 Cluster, testing shows no genetic disease markers. Very healthy and well bred girl.

My experience with keystone went so smooth. It's so hard to trust websites. But keystone was by far the best. They walk me through my process from the beginning. They stayed in touch until I received my puppy. Not only them but the breeder also. I recommend keystone to anyone looking for a puppy. They are the greatest.

I had a wonderful experience with Breeders Katie and Christ Beiler. They kept me informed of how my puppy was coming along, always took my calls and labored with my multiple questions (first time puppy owner) I would highly recommend this company and this breeder. Our puppy Bella was healthy looking, clean and overall bred in a very wonderful environment. The only reason I gave Keystone 4 stars and not 5 is because one day I thought I lost Katie and Christ's number. I called both numbers for the company asking someone could please return my call gave the reason why. No one from the company called me back. Thankfully it dawned on me to go back to my phone bill and look at the. Call history and I was able to figure it out but what if I didn't?
