Lucy, a cavalier King Charles spaniel, arrived as planned at SFO from PHL via Dallas a happy healthy puppy. Keystone Puppies answered all questions and helped us through the process. They are not a puppy mill. I recommended them if you are looking for a puppy.

They say they do not support puppy mills but they do and if they say this place was not a puppy mill I am scared to think what they think one actually is! My husband picked up a Boxer puppy for our family from breeders Jacob and Lydia Speicher. We should have known that this was a strange operation when breeder Jacob Speicher called over and over again as soon as my husband showed interest in the dog. It was bizarre. When my husband got there, the conditions were dirty and our puppy seemed extremely frightened. My husband still took the puppy because he felt bad for it. At home, our Boxer puppy still seemed very frightened. Was it abused before we received it? Did it witness something frightening? Well we had our sweet beautiful Boxer boy for only 3.5 months and it passed away suddenly without any warning. Contacted the breeder Jacob and he never replied. We were sold a sick pup that was in horrible conditions. Our family hearts, including our two little boys hearts, are broken. Avoid Keystone puppies and avoid breeders Jacob and Lydia Speicher! They only care about money not their dogs or clients.

Keystone puppies has an excellent website. It made finding our puppy very easy. We were able to select a puppy from the photos on the website and watch a video of her as well. The puppy we purchased and received was exactly as described on the website. Contacting the breeder was also relatively easy. The breeder was very kind and accommodating to our request for pick up day and time, etc. The breeder not only gave us a sweet, healthy puppy but a towel from the mother dog and a few day's supply of food to help with the transition. We also received the paperwork from her first vet visit. This was our first experience with purchasing a puppy and it could not have gone smoother. We would highly recommend Keystone puppies.

I have decided to breed puppies as soon as I realized that it might be very profitable in case you have sales market and people who don't mind to have a puppy or couple of ones. In my opinion, every activity can be profitable and this is one of the most profitable activites I ever ran. Thsi service helped me to turn my dream in to life, because it provided me with everything I needed for starting off such a business. I guess that lots of people who once applied here remained very dlighted by th fact of communicating with this service. I wish it prosperity and development.

The website was user-friendly and helpful in narrowing the search to exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the breeder and felt reassured immediately the puppy I saw was already loved and well cared for, which is important to me. The breeder was professional and friendly. Once I found my puppy the over all experience from the first phone call to pick up was effortless. She provided me with everything I needed to take my puppy home and I truly appreciate the time she spent with me to make sure said puppy would continue to be loved and well cared for.

My name is Carole G. And I purchased Kiwi, the Pomapoo puppy through Keystone Puppies. I just wanted to let you know that we are so happy with this precious ball of fuzzy energy! Kiwi has also brought a lot of joy to Yoda, our 5-year-old Maltese Mix who "literally" showed up on our door step a few years ago. The two of them are inseparable now! Kiwi has brought new life to this little guy.

I am really grateful to Keystone Puppies and the breeder (Barbie Beiler and family), who were awesome to work with. They answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop in regards to Kiwi's needs and activities such as vet visits and the like.

I also want to give a shout out to Shawn Hostetter, the shipping agent for Keystone Puppies. Shawn was very professional and accessible in every way. He kept me informed in regards to all updates concerning Kiwi's flight schedule and stayed in contact with us even after Kiwi's arrival.

Our experience with Keystone Puppies was great from beginning to end. We made our initial inquiry and then we were put in touch with Elizabeth Smucker who was the breeder. Elizabeth was great to work with from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable and up front with all the information we needed and she was more than glad to answer all our questions. After a few conversations with the breeder, we decided to adopt Maddie (now known as "Callie). We then went to work with Shawn at Keystone and he made all the arrangements for payment and shipping of Callie to Tennessee. The decision to adopt was made on Wednesday and we had sweet Callie in our home on Friday morning. The whole process was fast and easy and Shawn and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again to all of you. You're the best.

Last year I adopted my Poodle baby and she is a year old already. I had such an amazing Experience with the breeder, he even arranged delivery service to my door during COVID times as I couldn't travel due to restrictions. Spending time with her I've rahe year never knew how time went by.

I am planning on getting another one hopefully by end of this month " a baby sister for my year old baby"

Our Goldador, Abby (formerly Annie), arrived alive and in feisty spirit after her 10-hour ordeal travelling from PA to OR via Dallas-Fort Worth. There was even a 2.5 hour layover in Dallas! I had called several AA Cargo Carrier offices to find out if they would give her water during layover. I learned that a sign needed to be posted on the outside of the crate giving this instruction. Unfortunately, Keystone did NOT put a sign on the outside even though they said they would and Abby arrived WITHOUT any water in her dish nor additional water bottles. She was the only critter crying when they unloaded her at the cargo bay. Luckily, at 11-weeks she was resilient. Kudos to breeder Vernon Martin for providing a well socialized pup! She grew up with her 8 littermates running daily with his three grandkids. She is just wonderful with people and at 13-weeks knows to stop at the curb and end of our property without even a leash. Amazing!

Our puppy was sent by air freight from Pennsylvania to Utah without any difficulty from start to finish. We were in ongoing contact from beginning to end of the process and were made to feel at ease during the entire transaction. Cant have any better customer service than Keystonepuppies provided.

I had good information with the breeder and keystone puppies who picked up the puppy and transported it to the airport for the flight to my home. The puppy arrived and was in great health, all papers/health records/AKC registration, etc. was in proper order. Puppy is very well adjusted and has become a loved and loving member of our human/cat/dog family. We are overjoyed to have him in our lives.

Using Keystone Puppies is a great way to find a puppy that fits in your household. The transaction was easy from beginning to end. They are knowledgeable and very helpful all the way through to the delivery as I am out of state for the puppy I chose.

I purchased my mini poodle from this site. They reply fast and Shawn is so helpful with answering any questions or concerns. That only bad thing was getting a hold of some breeders was a bit of a task. You would have to leave a message and they would call back whenever. Other than that I everything was good. I got my puppy shipped to Ohio and he arrived safely on the flight within days. I would recommend buying from this site! :)

I had a wonderful experience with Keystone Puppies. I was able to find the puppy I've always wanted and they did a phenomenal job shipping him to me. I highly recommend this company, should you be interested in finding the puppy you've always wanted!

I highly recommended this site! Definitely contact Sam and Linda blank! I received my German shepard Bridget from them and they were so kind and helpful! I would definitely purchase from them again!
