The Keurig coffee maker does not make a good cup of coffee. The coffee comes out very weak and tasteless. Using a clear cup, the coffee is transparent with little or no dark coffee-like color. Really bad!
I have bought this product twice, once in 2020 and then in 2022. We followed all the maintenance instructions on it. Both of them stop working all the sudden after two years. Just do not power on at all (connected all the time to a surge protector), tested on different outlets.
Used once a day, in the mornings, with the carafe.
Stay away from this product unless you are planning to replace in two years.
After trying to get the chat person to help, they referred me to call customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes, a recorded voice came on and asked me my name. I answered. No response. Same auto voice, I answered, no response. Happened 5 times. Then I was told because there was no response it was hanging up. I HATE THIS COMPANY BEYOND WORDS! I WILL FINISH THE COFFEE I HAVE AND TRASH THE BREWER. THEN MOVE TO NESPRESSO OR ANYONE, ANY COMPANY, ANYTHING BUT KEURIG. Unbelievable incompetent -- and that's JUST the customer service complaint. I could go on...but you get the point. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT THE RISK OF YOUR SANITY.
My original Keuring lasted 12 years before it started making strange noises. I bought a new one which lasted about two months, so I upgraded to the Keurig Classic ($199.99). This one lasted about 9 months and suddenly started spitting water onto the counter when the maker was plugged in but power was OFF. From that time on the power button did not work. Totally useless. Loved my original,but will never buy another piece of junk again. I suspect the Original owners have sold to yet another third world country. Shame on you!
This is the second one we have purchased. Neither one lasted very long. Does make good coffee, but not worth the money. Last one we bought lasted a year. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
This is the 3rd one that Keurig replaced. I see many reviews that have the same issue. Keurig response is always the same. We're sorry contact customer service. The single Keurig K Cup has an ongoing issue. Unit cost $169.00 and is Junk.
I have the most basic version available. Put water in the tank, put your pod in, press start
No, it's a way more complicated than that. By the time you figure it out, there's grounds all over your counter and you're late for work. Just no. A coffee maker is much more simple and tastes way better. Don't waste your money.
Please think twice when purchasing a Keurig coffee maker. I purchased a K-Supreme Plus SMART and after 3 1/2 months, I was descaling the machine with the recommended Keurig descaling solution and it began to smoke and all power stopped. I was concerned about a possible fire. They stated when I contacted them, that they were going to send me a new one and then said that they could not accept the requested information I sent them to prove my ownership. I would have to send my coffee maker back for their evaluation and then they would make a decision. I would be without a coffee maker for a long time and no guarantee that they would even replace it.
I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY A KEURIG! I am concerned about the possible fire it could have caused me while cleaning it. They DO NOT want to stand behind their product.
I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED A NEW NINJA COFFEE MAKER AT MY EXPENSE!
Do yourself a favor and buy a French press. Keurig do not last, coffee is the worse and their customer service is the pits!
I was sent this duo machine for a birthday gift and it quit on both sides at one time I called and was on hold over a hour and then can't understand a dang thing and then emailed pics and everything they want and was told sorry can't replace picture wasn't clear or the letter they asked me to write and take pictures in front of machine was wrong they act like I get paid to do there job just send me a new one and I could have sent this junk back y'all are wrong on so many levels that if it was my company at least people would get a refurbished one or a coupon or something it hit the trash after sitting on my counter for two weeks arguing with you and I bought a $10 pot from a small company good luck in future because I sure tell everyone not to buy your junk
I was a customer of Keurig for a couple of years for their Chai Tea. I ordered thru their website every 4 weeks. The Chai tea is now a flavorless tea. I tried it on two different Keurig machines and it is definitely the tea. I had 3 boxes left from my shipment and when I called Keurig, they told me they don't take returns of their products but offered me a $50 coupon. I told her I wanted to cancel my auto delivery of future shipments of the tea and I was told they cancelled the auto delivery for me. They didn't end up cancelling the delivery and they never sent me a coupon. I did just end up with another 4 boxes of tea. I was told again that the auto delivery was cancelled but that they don't take product back and will not refund my money. What a crappy company. Customer satisfaction is obviously not important to Keurig. I'll find my tea and coffee elsewhere.
I called to get a return code for a product I purchased that was incorrect. I have called 3 times and I continue to get that my claim needs to be escalated. Escalated for what? I need a return code for a refund! I've already purchased the correct product from you. This doesn't seem correct. I'm currently on the phone for 16 mins. Waiting for someone else to help me. This is ridiculous and I will never purchase from this company again! Your reps are so bad and they can't seem to resolve anything. I was told I should get an email in 3 days and have received nothing. Shame on you!
I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this product as after having 2 replacements ( total of 3) in less than 1year the last one only lasting 1 month it is not worth the cost. My Mr. Coffee is by far more reliable
Bought my keurig 2.0 last year before Christmas. Shorted out today 12-16 23. Tripped and broke my ground fault receptacle. Nothing like paying another 200 bucks because of a piece of crap coffee maker. Will absolutely never buy a piece of crap from keurig again. Buy American not this crap.
I have had at least 6 different keurig coffee makers and each one is as bad as the first. Actually the first one was probably the best. My latest one was the smart coffee maker. After the first descaling, it started telling me to add water when the water was full. This has happened more times than I can tell you and each time early in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. I give these pots one year of lifetime at the most and then they are absolute garbage.
I purchased a Keurig coffee pot and registered it the same day. They offered a good deal on K cups on line butwould not allow their promotion code at checkout. Two days latter While refilling the water reservoir I noticed a crack in it. Called Keurig waited forever to talk to a Rep who told me it was not covered under warranty once she realized it was only a few days old she said it would be replaced. I asked why on line there offer code was not accepted and she told me she would order it for me. She took the order and since I was on their site I saw the order which was for full price including the reservoir plus full price for the coffee I told her and she said that was not what she had on her end and gave me the correct price. After going back and forth with her about what l had on m end even after refreshing my screen I took her word for it. When I received my confermation it was for the full amount. I contacted Keurig again and they sent my complaint up to another department. That individual called and said they would stop the order and L would not be charged for it he redid the order and it was right I never received the first order but I did not receive the first order but I did the corrected order when I got my charge account statement I was charged for both. I called them again after twenty minutes of be told my call would be answered by the next available rep I hung up and cared my charge card co and filed a dispute. Now I will wait for that response but deducted the charge from my bill. Corporate America has found the perfect phone response they are sorry but they are receiving an extremely high cll volume and it will be answered by the next available rep. Unfourtanety you may be old and grey before that happens.
We've had to purchase 3 keurigs in the last 4 years. All of the failed after a minimal amount of time
I have owned 2 of the top Keurig brewers in the past 3 years, The second is done after 1 year. The quality is poor and the support and service is even worse. Take my advice and purchase a different system.
After a year I turn over the unit to clean my miniplus and never turn again, I call customer service, after 34 minutes of back connection poor english and poor customer service the told me it had warranty and 5 minutes later that I didn't, this is my second unit going bad after it is turn over.
Would not recommend this product or company
We purchased a new K-Supreme plus on Oct 24th 2023. On Nov 26 2023 it. I contacted Keurig for help and was told it was past the warranty period. We had the maker 32 days. All they offered was a 20% discount and free shipping. I threw it away and will not purchase another keurig. It was supposed to be a good coffee maker. I don't think so.
