Spent $200 for a Keurig that doesn't brew a full pot and the carafe drips every time you pour. Keurig replaced the coffee maker with a new one and I find the same issues. Avoid the Keurig Duo K.
I'm returning my second keurig in two days. With their new design, the top does not close with a good seal unless you use the palm of your hand over the 8oz marker. I tried for 60 days and then returned it to Walmart, thinking I had a lemon. Bought another, slight upgrade, but same top close design, and the same thing happens. I waisted over 20 cups that were half water. I can't believe their R&D dept didn't catch this. I had to select a single star, but it would have be 0 if I could rate it that way.
I was given this coffee maker as a gift which is not a cheap coffee maker compared to my other ones, once my power went out not too long after I was given it and the coffee maker stopped working. I called customer service, they promise you a replacement which at first was happy about it I was told yes by next week right after they pick up the broken one. They surely picked up the broken one but they never sent me a replacement, after making a few more calls I just gave up. They basically either don't know how to run a business or they are a bunch of liars. My $24 coffee maker I've had for two years still works so I just went back to using it. I would never buy a Keurig for my self or anyone else. If you are planning to get one don't waste your money. You want something better look into better brands that are usually stainless steal. Stay away
I purchased a brewer starter kit in December 2022. I committed to purchasing 16 boxes of coffee to satisfy the reduced purchase price for the brewer. I ordered 4 boxes with the brewer, for which I got the proper credit. Since then, I have made 2 purchases of 4 boxes for which they did not give me credit towards the 16 box commitment. I have tried to straighten this out via chat, E-mail, and now 47 minutes on the phone to the Phillipines, only to be cut off by a supervisor when I asked to return the coffee maker.
I have thoroughly read the details of the commitment, and nowhere does it explain why I do not get the credit for purchasing the coffee from Keurig.
Buyer beware, they are counting on our not being vigilant with delayed, spaced out subscription type purchases.
We ordered the wrong replacement pot. Keurig service took all the information on phone. They are shipping out the correct pot to us at no charge. They made our mistake an easy fix. Thank you keurig
Don't buy switching to another brand, customer service thinks the are the technicians and refuse to offer a replacement
My Keurig was working fine when I got a message that I must descale it to continue using it. I followed all the steps exactly but when I finished, my Keurig no longer worked. I then had to buy a new one. I complained to Keurig about it but they did nothing!
I bought my Keurig coffee maker in August 2022 at Costco for $139.00. Last week the descale light came on. Picked up a descaling kit from Bed Bath and Beyond, followed the direction and even watched a great video on YouTube. Went through the process several times and I still can't get the descale light to reset. I returned it to Costco and now I'm looking for a different brand. Five stars for Costco - 1 Star for Keurig
Keurig k cups are 2 for one as every second one blows up in the machine.when yer trying to get ready for work but the keurig is a piece of junk machine so you dont get coffee
I hate it and i will never buy another one. I had family over for christmas and my brand new keurig was plugged and we opend the door to get sprayed in the face with hot water and coffee grounds.

I purchased my second Keurig coffee station with frother. It makes coffee, latte's and espresso. After 4 months the machine shut down every time before it would brew. I purchased directly from Keurig website hoping they would cover my brewer better seems it was purchased directly from them. Boy was I wrong. I sent pictures of the brewer, the serial number and the case # to them via email. The pictures were either too blurry or too big or they could make out what was TYPED! After the 5th time, I sent the same email with pictures to friends and family to verify the pictures were of good quality and they were clear and legible. They were and the people I sent the pictures to said they were very clear and they're not too big or too small. Keurig is nothing more than money hungry scammers! Customer service sucks and are of no help. Never again will I purchase a Keurig product again. $189 for 4 months of the coffee brewer working.
I was given a brand new Keurig with the "retro" look as a housewarming gift. My kitchen was not complete at the time. Once all was finished and I set up my Keurig, it worked for 1 week. Does not have any lights to even turn it on. Called Keurig and after a ridiculous trouble shooting conversation, I was told my model is now out of warranty so I can get another for a 20% discount. Really! Yes technically it's a year old but it is brand new out of the box kept in a climate controlled room. Come to find out this model is discontinued. If there was a reason Keurig discontinued it, I believe a 20% discount toward a new one was insulting.
If I could give the Keurig company a rating of zero, I would. My six month old Keurig Supreme quit working. After calling customer service. I have provide pictures of receipts, the machine, a serial number and a hand written note. My last email stated that I hadn't provided contact dates? This is 2022 the have records of my numerous emails and telephone calls. This is the worst customer service that I have received in my lift time. I will NOT purchase another Keurig machine.
I purchased a Keurig K-Supreme Plus C Single Serve Coffee from Costco. After 4 weeks the descale light would not go off, I descaled twice and pumped 20 cups of water through the brewer. It is obviously a manufacturer defect. I could have just returned the whole brewer to Costco. I am sorry I didn't. I contacted Keurig CS on the phone for 1/2 hour and was promised an email with further instructions for a replacement. The email never came. I called back next day and again went through the testing this time they were successful in sending me an email with instructions how to take a picture of the brewer with a handwritten note (my Name address Service req. # and date) i am now on my third round of emails with Keurig CS as they cannot be pleased with the images I took first they want to see the complete machine then they ask for images of the Serial number then they want the front of the machine. It is such a hassle; I think they outsourced their CS to Southeast Asia and the personnel working there are just robotic.
We purchased the K-Classic Coffee Maker - Black. This is the second unit like this that we bought. However, we cannot believe the poor quality of this maker as compared to the original one we purchased. It is far lighter (10#, 9.8 ounces on the first unit as opposed to 6#, 5 ounces on the new maker), It has no filter in the water tank and we cannot brew two cups of coffee back to back because the unit needs to stop and reheat the water for each cup. When I returned it the shipping cost had to be paid by me. So, I spent $33.00 to ship it back. Never again will I buy anything Keurig.
I ordered directly from the Keurig website! The delivery box had scotch tape across the bottom! It had no packing material and everything in the box was clunking. I called Keurig to get a label for a return. My nightmare began! I was on hold 18 minutes! I called 4 times and was told they were emailing a return label which they never did! They only accept returns up to 30 days so I took the box to the UPS store and they retapped and wrote, "return to sender"! Now, they claimed they received the return but I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund! I used my debit card and this violates Federal law! I'm turning this in to my State Attorney General's Office!
Was very disappointed to not be able to cancel an auto-delivery that had not already shipped. Customer service was rude and not at all helpful. Ended up canceling my auto-delivery all together - all because of poor CSR, unfortunate to lose customers because of something that can be so easy and helpful.
Kurieg coffee makers are so undependable.my brother went through 3.my mom's quit before the warranty expired and kuerig sent her another one and the 2nd one quit after a few months.i owned a k compact and a k slim and they both quit right after the warranty expired.both of them the pump went out I have a cheap 5 cup Mr. Coffee drip maker.i have had for 2 years.it still works like new.i only paid19 dollars for it I will never buy a kurieg as long as I live they are the worst coffee makers you can buy.
I bought the KEURIG K CAFE FOR MY girlfriend for her Birthday in August 2022 it is now Oct 12 2022 and the coffee maker doesn't work!... I checked to make sure it was plugged in right I even switched it to a different plug and it still doesn't work the Piece of Crap lasted 2 month and I spent $89.95 plus tax. This is the second one of these that I have bought her and I refuse to ever buy one again. This company should be placed on the worst buy ever I have not met one person who has had one last longer than 10 month... my Mister coffee pot is 5 years old and has Zero issues. I am so done with KEURIG
I'm a long time dedicated Kreuig lover. Until I purchased the new 5 needle supreme plus! So many horrible issues. Now they don't want to honor my warranty. I would definitely never ever recommend The Supreme Plus. All the other Kreuigs yes but never the supreme plus. It's defective.
I received a Keurig duo as a gift and in less than a year it stopped working. I contacted the customer service department and went through the trouble shooting with the CSR, but we could not get it to work. I was advised that the Duo would be replaced and submitted the required photos, etc. Over a year later, I have still not received a replacement. I called a couple of times to check the status and each time a "case number" was assigned to the inquiry, but I've never gotten a response of any kind.
