Keurig Coffee Cups

I love em although I do make my own now but I also have theirs around when I want a stronger cup of jo. I bought the single serve machine it's great and makes the perfect cup of coffee for me, my wife likes her coffee weaker so I just reuse the same cup I used and whalla 2 cups for the price of one. I totally recommend the Keurig machines to anyone that loves coffee. You can reuse the little plastic cups also I fill it back up with coffee, I made a little snap on top for it and I can fill my carousel back up for about a nickel a cup.

The products are great, the service and people are great, if you ever have a concern, you can call and talk to a live person and they always make it right. I pretty much only get my coffee from Keurig.com.

Going down the drain

I tried to order products today and the website kept crashing. I had to call to place my order - taking up time that I don't have. It seems that once a company gets to a certain amount of customers they start to lack in services.

And then on top of that there was nothing in the rewards catalog that I wanted and the one thing that I might have wanted was out of stock and they had several other items out of stock. I may have to find someone else to order from or just buy from BBandB, they have k-cups there.

After just 1 and a half weeks it stopped working. When it did work it made sounds like it was constipated. Gurgle gurgle groan... push out that water!

Buy a different brand, Keurig doesn't care what they push out. I have never owned such a frustrating poor quality product! Perhaps they are trying to break people's coffee habits by selling such cheap and poorly engineered products.

I need a cup of coffee... oh wait my new Keurig 2.0 coffee maker doesn't work! Starbucks here I come!

Got Coffee?

I do thanks to Keurig.Com! They always have a huge variety of fun hot and cold drinks to chose from. They offer coupons and specials all the time so the savings are endless! They have an automatic shipping feature available for ultra ordering convenience! The products always arrive with excellent quality and timing! The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is that their website tends to be a little jenky. There's a lag time between clicks that leaves you hanging stuck in limbo and often accidentally over clicking which is frustrating because it can make ordering and check out longer than it needs to be.

Bad shipping services

I ordered some products via Keurig, they promised to deliver the products within a couple or 3 days but after 5 days they are still promising to deliver the products within a couple of days. Totally disappointed i am.

Keurig has earned our business. It is RARE that we buy kcups anywhere else. After a few purchases, we reached platinum status. So, for life, we have an automatic 15% discount. We get 50% off brewers. Free shipping is easy to reach. Discounts come through email often, at least every few weeks. Any coupon code is stackable on top of our platinum discount. Keurig.com shines when it comes to service. When I've had questions or made errors entering orders, emails are returned (by a live human being!) in less than 12hours usually. Any hiccups we have had, they corrected. Often they offered us a freebie for the trouble. Can't recommend highly enough. Coffee has always been fresh. I'm a fan.

After having two previous orders I placed, I received an email saying they were processing another order for me which I hadn't placed. I immediately called Keurig to cancel the order. I was told that the order could not be cancelled even though it hadn't been shipped yet. They advised me to send back the parcel and my credit card would be credited back within 5 to 7 business days after they received the returned parcel. In the meantime they have charged my card for something I did not order and did not want. I will not order from them again!

I received a Keurig Coffee Individual Servicing Cup of coffee. I read a lot about the product and I personally love my Keurig. I buy the K-caps and the paper filters and all the accessories, and it all works for me. I have no problems since I received it last Father's Day. I now went out and purchased the screen and container that fits into where the coffee container used to be. I find it works just great and all I have to do is just wash out the screen on the container. I now don't mind getting a cup of coffee, I do not have to do as much work at cleaning and drying. For me, I love it. Talk to me.

I ordered some k cups on January 1. They guarantee a delivery of 3-7 business days and sometimes 10 but assure you no more than 10. They still haven't sent my my product and have charged my credit card for a service I haven't received. I have called them and emailed them 2x but get the runaround. The phone tech told me the item was backordered and he didn't know when it would be in. I told him that it said in stock when I ordered it and that the ones out of stock would not let you select it! He then said he didn't know what else to tell me but that it would come in and be sent to me. I emailed them twice demanding a refund to my card and they say it isn't possible to refund after I order and blah blah. I am very upset I just want to scream! How dare they take my money and not refund it since they can't deliver the product. It is now Janurary 19 and still no sign of the product I ordered. I will never order from them again. How unprofessional to just charge someone for product you don't have and then not notify them in any way shape or form that the product you selected is backordered. There is something very strange going on and I am furious!
