I was having an issue with my frother not heating up. I did everything on my end to try and fix it, but couldn't. I called customer service and spoke to JEANNIE. She was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind customer service person I've EVER spoken to in my life! She asked me a few questions about the machine, as usual. She made a decision about my situation that satisfied both her and I. She made this phone call delightful and stress free! I wish a lot more customer service personnel were as professional, soft spoken and kind as Jeannie was. Thank you so much!
I was given a Keurig coffee machine as a gift. After using it for a couple months, it stopped working. I called Keurig and they walked me through a few things to try to fix it. They didn't work. I was told I needed to provide proof of purchase to have the machine replaced otherwise they would offer me 20% off a new machine. I asked the person who gave me the gift (it was very uncomfortable) if I could get the receipt and they couldn't find it. Keurig said they could nott do anything without a receipt BUT would give me 20% off a new machine. I've bought Keurig products forever and they have always stood behind their products with or without a receipt. Not anymore. I was very uncomfortable asking someone for the receipt and since I cannot get one, there is nothing they can do. I have the serial number but that doesn't matter. So now I have a gift that doesn't work and I need to throw out. I will not be using any other Keurig products or purchasing any. Will buy products from a company who stands behind their products!
On my third Keurig. Every one of them have faltered. So surprised the esteemed Keurig produces a substandard product.
Keurig replaced Mini #1 when proof of purchase was provided. The replacement, Mini #2 also failed. Keurig replaced it with Mini #3 which is now not working.
Noticing a trend of failing machines and deciding Keurig isn't for me, I've asked Keurig for a refund.
First objection was you can get money back on a free Keurig. What? I've spent $100 and you can't provide a product that works!
Second objection was they don't have my proof of purchase that was provided to replace Mini #1.
Give me a break. My suggestion to you is don't buy the Keurig Mini. I'm going back to good old Mr. Coffee.
Called for an 11+ month old Keurig mini that will only pump an oz or two at a time. Took 3 to 4 tries for them to get serial number, again for phone number and not sure she ever got the email right. Wanted to know if I only use Keurig brand cups. Then said it was out of warranty when I had a couple weeks before 1 year. Gave up after 25 minutes of this. Gonna try some online fixes. Because I will never buy another Keurig (first one lasted just over 2 years). Junk and pathetic customer service.
Bought the new keurig duo, it lasted 5 days and the carafe (full pot) side quit brewing. Called customer service and was told to get a paper clip for some troubleshooting! (WHAT?) Decided keurig no longer cares about their products or customers so returning it to the store and am done with keurig!
Morning coffees are better before leaving for work (and drinking coffee at night!) after my wife gave me one of your coffee makers for my birthday. I bought the coffee cup filter, so I can drink whatever coffee brand I want. It's much better, so I don't waste unnecesary coffee. Great option for a person, not a good idea for visitors coffee drinkers they have to wait for their turn, ha!
My milker went out. I called Keurig, they send a replacement the NEXT DAY! Can anybody give better service?
Best coffee I've had since returning from Europe!' Are u kidding me,,,, love love love it! Bought a French coffee maker that begins with "N" took that right back! Dripped all the time and the coffee was never hot! This am make iced coffee with my Keurig YUM YUM YUM! Didn't upset my stomach either! What a PLUS! Easy to clean,, personally if this continues this will be 1 of the best purchases I have made in a long time! Thank you again- L.
On my last order they charged me regular price instead of the auto delivery price, when it was supposed to be done on auto delivery. Will not return my emails. I will not be ordering from them again.
I signed up for Auto Delivery on 03/12/2019 still waiting. According to customer service I will receive my order between March 25th and April 2. Because they don't count weekend days. I have a caffeine headache :(
Horrible experience. I ordered coffee from them and it was not fresh. What's more, a package was a bit damaged as it was stored somewhere for a few years. I won't buy from them anymore.
I have read most of the reviews here and I see alot of people that are either pickey or looking for something for free. My review is about the Keurig K200. I Love It. I bought one at Sams Club for $119 almost a year ago. I thought it was alot of money for a coffee maker but a very dear friend told me that it was a joy to be able to have just one cup of hot real coffee without making a whole pot. I bought it on faith. The convenience of making just one cup at a time is just what I am looking for. In fact, I enjoy the coffee maker so much, that I bought a second one to put in my camper. Now I can have a great cup of coffee while sitting outside. Thanks for a great coffee maker. I've never had a problem with either of mine.
Long time customer---was using this when it was known as Green Mountain. The website has become impossible to navigate. No help is available--they have a chat function that is basically someone just reading a script--no real help.
Today i just finally just gave and have left them as a customer. Coffee is great--shipping is quick---but there is nothing at all convienent about not being to place an order due to crapping website.
The K55 lasted only 9 months of use - usually 4 cups brewed on a daily basis. Returned to Kohl's and received a replacement with no hassle. Very happy I did not buy this piece of junk on the internet inasmuch as I would have to package and ship it at my expense. My first Keurig, received as a gift, lasted for years because it was not all cheap plastic. This is my last purchase of any Keurig product. Buyers beware of where you purchase this product from and please, never gift this product the recipient will eventually regret your generosity.
The Kcups that I order are not available in the rewards catalog. In fact there isn't anything in the rewards catalog that I want. It would be nice if you could use your points towards items a person usually orders. I have 770 points and they are useless as far as I am concerned. Additionally, I can get the flavors/brands of coffee at other stores much cheaper when on sale than ordering direct through Keurig.

So I ordered the kuerig system dunkin donut system. The price through out the transaction was $56.99. After completing the entire transaction, I received a confirmation page stating the keurig bundle was 89.99 + tax or 95. Xx. I freaked out and called customer service, they said there was a glitch in the system and the price was 95. Xx with tax. I asked them to cancel my order. I just checked my bank account and they charged my credit card 56.99 then hit it again for another 38. Xx.: mad:
Have been ordering coffee pods way before Green Mountain sold their business to Keurig. Today will be the last time I order coffee from Keurig. First of all, I received a promotional code via my email. Tried to place order on line at Keurig.com. At the end of the ordering process upon pushing "Place Order", the complete process crashes. I then called the company to place an on the phone order. The woman taking my order was courteous but extremely uneducated with spelling, following instructions, constantly placing me on hold and unaware of the coffee pods that were under the promotional code. Too bad. Green Mountain should have kept the company in Vermont. I will be looking for an alternative coffee web site.
I decided to upgrade from my Keurig Mini and purchase the Keurig 2.0 and a carousel to hold the cups. After realizing that I accidentally purchased the carousel for the vue cups, rather than the k-cups, I called customer service. I was told that they do not offer any returns or exchanges AT ALL. I just wanted to exchange for the correct one, and you would think that after purchasing two machines and a carousel from them (over $200.00 worth of product), they would be more willing to work with me and honor the return/exchange.
Well, I was wrong. The item was brand new and unopened, and I was a loyal customer.
If you must order a keurig product, please beware and do not order directly from the site. Amazon, Kohls, and many other stores also sell Keurig products and honor returns/exchanges.
You used to carry a large wonderful variety of coffee, tea, iced beverages, and hot chocolate. I loved your rewards. You had such a large variety of rewards in your catalog. Not anymore. Most of my favorite beverages are gone. Today I looked for iced coffee and there are NONE. Why? And your rewards catalog has been reduced to 2 pages of pods, out of stock Brewers, and a few accessories. What happened to you? Don't you want repeat business? It kind of looks like you are going out of business. Are you? I am extremely disappointed with the company you have become.
I bought my first Keurig coffee maker five or six years ago. It lasted two or three years ago, then failed in a big way. It began by making all kinds of grinding noises, then it began taking something on the order of half an hour to get ready to brew. By the end, which was three or four months after the trouble first began, it would brew only about a quarter of a cup, even when set to brew the largest cup. "Anyone can make a mistake," I said to myself when I bought my second Keurig coffee maker. Unfortunately, within about two and a half years it was doing the same as the first one. I contacted the Keurig people, and they told me, in effect, "tough luck." They pointed out, correctly I'm sure, that the warranty period was only a year. Well, I think any kitchen appliance worth owning should last more than and a year, and in fact more than three years. The Keurig coffee makers are sturdy and not likely to break, but that's the end of the good news. Otherwise they're an inferior product, not something you should spend your hard-earned money on.
