Faulty machine, only 62 days old, called CS and had to essentially do my own troubleshooting as they were none too helpful beyond standard FAQ stuff on their website. Agreed to send replacement gasket as attempt to fix ('we won't charge you for the gasket this time, normally $19.95"... the defect isn't my fault/doing) but then sent me only a "Gasket Replacement Tool", a useless piece of lawyer-made plastic to keep one from poking themselves on the needle, and no gasket. After three follow-up emails and contacts, they still are not responding to my request for replacement. My suggestion is don't bother contacting them, just donate your machine to Goodwill if it still semi-works, and write it off as a lesson learned.
This company bills my credit card and sends an order with no warning and then refuses to cancel and even goes so far to tell me that coffee and tea products are non-returnable! Rude and worthless! To make maters worse I tried to can within hours of the charge to may card and they put me on hold for 10 plus minutes only to come back and tell me it is to late to cancel the order. I asked them if the order had already been shipped and they would not give me an answer. I can tried to cancel the order because I have decided not to purchase this product any longer due to quality control issues with the pods. I explained this to the customer service rep but he did not even care. This is outrageous. I would not normally spend my time writing a review but I am just so angry by the way this company treated me today. Overall I spent almost 27 minutes on the phone back and forth on hold and was told politely to pound sand buy some guy who spoke broken English most likely at a call center in India.
Along with MANY MANY others, I have experienced horrendous customer service. On two separate days, I waited 30 minutes each for a rep who then was completely unable to help me. I wanted to return a product and the agent said that was a different department and they would call me back. After a week, I have received no call. The product might be good, but the customer service is awful. If you have a problem with their product, you are completely out of luck.
I've gone thru 3. Stupidly! They all lasted less than two years. Love the concept. Hate the machine! Very poorly made! Trust me on this!
I ordered a Keurig K-Elite that was on sale. Brushed slate. $169.99 for $135. Received coffee maker in brushed silver, regular price $135. First they told me I got what we ordered. When I argued, they told me to send proof. Which I did. Then I was told the one we wanted was out of stock. But it's still on the website at the regular price. Haven't heard a word since despite many attempts. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. My suggestion is not to buy from the website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could I'd give them 0 stars.
I was very happy with my Keurig until one day I turned it on and it would not power up, it only made a ticking noice. I called customer service and was on hold for 30mins. Once and agent responded he asked for my serial number whereby he was able to track how long I had owned it. I was told my model K150P was not serviceable and that they had discontinued it because many customers had experienced this problem. His only advice was to buy a new model and dispose of my machine. He mentioned the new model would be more expensive and failed to even offer some type of discount knowing that I paid over $300 for it. The Keurig broke due to no fault of my own. I am very disappointed that this Keurig model is disposable. The company new this and refuse to be liable for their product knowing that they could never fix it. On another note throwing it in the trash causes an environmental hazard!
My Keurig is very noisy. It makes random noises all day and in the middle of the night. Not sure why this is.
4th one in a year same issue pisses water all over the place. Then the pump just humms and drips for 10min with little water coming out all 4 did this in the first couple weeks
A relatives Keurig recently stopped working, so i shopped everywhere online to find the best deal for a new one. I purchased it for them from the Keurig site, after determining it was the most affordable option. I'm responsible for a child with severe disabilities, so the purse strings are very tight. Keurig began sending me huge shipments of coffee and charging me every handful of weeks. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS, yet they claim I did. Even after I told them multiple times that I never agreed to them stealing money from me and sending me coffee (it isn't even my coffee maker. I freaking hate coffee), they continue to take my money and send me this crap, now insisting that I must purchase 4 more before they will stop. Thanks, jerks. Oh, and by the way? The coffee maker I bought from them broke on the second use, so the person I replaced it for still doesn't have a coffee maker. Enjoy my money for NOTHING, Keurig. You disgust me.
I ordered the wrong sized Keurig off the keurig website and had already ordered the right size before returning that one. I was on the phone at least 20 times with them and nothing is still resolved. $70 down the drain as a college student. Also they try referring you to a "specialist" who does absolutely nothing. What's so freaking hard about sending a return label? Horrible never order from this site.
This is one of the worst services I have ever signed up for. They constantly have "website problems" which prevent you from properly make changes to orders, payment info, etc. Then you cant fix the issues over the phone because the support people can't do anything. They cant update, change, cancel, nothing... they are completely useless to the point where the service seems like a scam.

I purchased a Keurig, within a couple months it didn't work I got to replacement I don't know if it was refurbished or not but it wouldn't even Brew hot coffee I noticed that my daughter steamed when it brewed coffee this one did not the replacement I am now using an old fashioned coffee pot smells up the house it's hot the Keurig coffee didn't even taste good and I tried many different brands I wanted my money back but of course not happening
Was charged twice for the same item. Have been trying to reach someone at the customer service number for weeks and they keep telling me I need to talk to "corporate". Corporate is a joke. There is no way to reach anyone. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. It there was a zero star option I'd pick it.
I ordered the wrong size replacement carafe so it needed to be returned. Customer service was unable to help me in the course of two phone calls. They need an order number which I don't have. They seriously are not able to find my order by my e-mail address or phone number? During the second call they put me on a long hold trying to connect me to a more senior rep. They get back on the line and inform me there's a long wait and someone would call me back. So done with this incompetent company. I'll just eat the cost of the carafe because I can't handle the run around any longer!
Received the wrong model brewer. I have been trying to get a call back from customer service for a week to return this unopened brewer. I have received no call back at all, have been told they are busy, and they will offer no time frame for when I will get a call back. I was told that I will have to pay for return shipping, no exceptions.
No more Keurig coffee makers for me. We purchased one and it stopped working a month later. Foolishly we purchased a second one and it started smoking! No more Keurigs.
I purchased 5 boxes of pods from, Keurig 5/3/21. They sent 2 boxes 2 days apart, and billed me $57 two times. Customer service first had to send an email to corporate for a return label. Four days later no label, so I spoke to them and they say; 1) no coffee returns (although site says 30 day returns), they can't transfer me to their corporate office (who they say I must speak to) as it is closed 4pm EST. They need to empower their out-sourced customer service to DO anything other than the run around. NO MORE Keurig purchases for me.
I've been using Keurig brewers for years. I had my first one for 5-6 years, moved it across the country and everything, and it always worked. When it finally came to the end of its life, Keurig was my first choice for a replacement. However, less than a year after I got the new brewer, it stopped brewing coffee. I tried cleansing it with water, which usually works, but this time it was not successful. In fact, it seemed to make it worse. I was trying for over an hour so I called the Keurig number. The rep was helpful and polite until she found out I wasn't using Keurig-brand K-cups. I explained that I have used my preferred brand for years and never had an issue and she became very condescending and rude. I said I would like credit or a refund because I spent $80 on the mini. She practically blamed me for "breaking" it with non-Keurig brand pods and said she couldn't help me unless I only used Keurig brand accessories. She was condescending and rude and offered no room for customer accommodation, even when I said I would no longer be using Keurig brand anything if I couldn't have my problem understood and receive some sort of assistance (customer accommodation, credit, etc.) As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I know there's always something a rep can do to serve the customer, whether it's a replacement, gift cards, discounts on your next purchase, etc. I understand that there are rules for the warranty, but there are other ways to accommodate an upset customer. She had no empathy and was not listening to my frustrations. This will be my last time purchasing Keurig anything. Don't waste your time on customer service unless you're 100% loyal to only Keurig brand and do not purchase your coffee/accessories from small businesses.
3 MONTHS THE COFFEE MAKER QUIT. I WAS TOLD IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND ONE WAS BEING SHIPPED! I RECIEVED AN E- MAIL STATING IT WAS CANCELED. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY
Keurig offered me a "free" Mini Plus Brewer, if I signed up for their auto ship, in December. It's mid February: I've already had these problems.
*Reporting a Non Sufficient Funds, when there was plenty of money in that account.
*Not letting me change the address for shipping without calling them.
*Not letting me change the payment info. (I wanted to use a points card.) without calling them.
*Not letting me change the shipping date.
* They changed the shipping date without letting me know... Still don't have my second shipment of coffee.
I'm going to try to give them back their free machine, and get out of their auto ship... so unhappy!
