I ordered a new coffee maker using points that I have obtained over purchases over the years along with several boxes of coffee. The total amount was close to $200.00 for these items. I received most of the coffee but was missing two boxes as well as the coffee maker! The box was also heavily damaged and I could tell it had been taped up. The shipping label indicated the box should weigh 18 lbs, which should mean the coffee maker was part of the order. Upon multiple calls (horrible service) they indicated the items were no longer available. So, what, if I hadn't called, I would be charged, and they were not going to bother to tell me? I have yet to receive the credit for the coffee maker and missing boxes. And I will not be paying that portion of my bill. Do not waste your money on ordering from them!

Bad customer service

I ordered a piece for my keurig that i thought i lost. I called Keurig customer service 20 minutes later to cancel the order. She told me i couldn't and to call back when i get the package and they'll help me with the return process. I called the day i got the package. Was on hold, back and forth, "systematic issues" that OR just pure lack of knowledge between seeing my order or listening. All i needed was a return label, as I'm not paying to return a product that i called to cancel minutes after ordering. Long story short, I'm on a 4-5 week waiting list to receive a call from someone to discuss my options... are you kidding.

Bought Duo Maker. 2 days worked great, then carafe quit working. Called customer service multiple times, one of their reps actually lied to me and gave me a fake tracking number for a replacement they were sending. Called back after the tracking number failed to work, told that nothing had been sent. Asked to speak to a manager sat on hold an hour to be repeatedly told their managers were all in a meeting and could not be bothered. Calling better business bureau to report them for this lying

Worst experience ever

I use a Black Friday offer to get an overpriced machine with a 50% which would be more or less after the discount similar to the retail price, but it had the obligation to purchase several coffee cups which I did. So far moderately fair deal, but for my surprise they were planning to send me 16 boxes of cups. When I realized those monthly payment for almost $60 I cancelled and they charged me full price on the machine, plus they don't want to return the cups amount (more than $100) I put a dispute on my bank. Hopefully they will stop stealing people with those tricky deals... What a ridiculous way of "losing" potential clients.

DONT BUY IT! Bought this model Aug 2020. By Oct it wouldn't brew. They replaced it Nov 3. By Dec 5 it doesn't brew! I don't care how nice customer svc is if I have to have unit replaced every 2 months. I want a reliable product fir the money. Nice people are a plus but I'd rather not talk to them at all. I want to wake up to a coffee maker that works for at least a couple years! This is what I've come expect these days. There's NO pride in providing quality products anymore

This company is the worst of the worst, right there with Wallyworld.
Deceptive. Bait and switch. Customer blaming.

The bottom of the barrel. Stay away from dealing with them directly at all costs.

Junk Do Not Buy

I purchased a 12 cup karaf with single k-kup on side on 20 Oct 2020 at Walmart. The maker was very slow right out of the box. I limped along with machine until today. I called Keurig about refund or warranty. I was to told by customer it could and would not be warranted because it was boxed by Walmart. Really! What a way to not stand by your product. These machines are a piece of junk and should not be allowed to sell. Come on US Citizens ban this product from your homes.

Terrible Customer Service

I only received half my order. I called to follow up on the items that I didn't receive and they told me they had been delivered, but only 2 of the 4 items were in the box. They said they would have someone follow up with me in 24-48 hours and it's been twice that long and still no follow up, so I called again to follow up and was told the same thing. Terrible customer service and follow through. I have filed a complaint with Paypal to get my money back to buy these products elsewhere. Unfortunately, it looks like there are many stories like mine... its too bad!

Totally exasperated
November 17, 2020

I ordered coffee on October 23 and still have not received my order. My order was over $200. I have called five times and all they do is give me the run-around. It now has been almost a month! UPS said they never received the package from Keurig to ship. What is so hard about either giving me a refund or shipping my order! My patience is gone! If this is not resolved in the next day or two, I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau!

Very bad Customer Service from a Company that has nothing special to offer, can purchase Coffee Makers from others that will make me a cup of coffee

I bought a house with a small kitchen. I had very limited counter space, so I bought a Keurig Slim. After only a couple of months, the brewer stopped working and I couldn't figure out why after some online troubleshooting. I called customer service and was treated so well and patiently by the representative that answered the call. My main regret is not getting his name so he could be recognized for being so wonderful. Not only did he help me fix my problem, he provided me with a discount coupon for some coffee pods because I was a new home owner. He was absolutely amazing and went through all the troubleshooting with me step by step. I can't say enough how much I appreciate his work.

ZERO HELP, ZERO STARS
October 31, 2020

1st time ever writing a bad review.
My brewer has been having issues and I tried cleanin, descaling, but nothing worked.
Finaly I called customer service and only thing I got from them was to sell me another brewer.
Took 20 min to get all my information and adter I said attempted descaling and cleaning she made me clean again. Either did not listen to me or did not want to listen to me.
Whatever I asked, she did not answer, but tried to sell.me another brewer.
Finaly I hung up
It would be 0 stars, but i couldn't do that.
Thanks for reading and I hope others have better luck.

I have never experienced more incompetent customer representatives in my life. I love my Keurig products but will never purchase online or instore again to avoid any contact with their customer service reps. Talked to four foreign representatives promised a return call within 24 to 48 hours for the last week and no call back. They claim they cannot find my name or order on file, but my credit keeps getting charged for coffee. I guess I will have purchase Cuisart and return my Keurig pots. Not a good start, bye Keurig

Threw it away

See my review of the Keurig Mini on the Keurig site. Mine has been replaced 5 times. Each product lasted about 3 months or less, then died the same way. They've worn me down. I finally just threw the last one into the trash. Enough is enough. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me 4 more times, shame, shame, shame, shame on me.

Auto delivery program

Zero star if I can. Horrible people of running business. Treating you like dog's on the leash.
Bought it for friend's gift over website. Didn't know what the condition was and just click and ordered, certainly the boxes of coffee charged and delivered next month.
Tried to explain the situation but didn't work and answer was you comitted, you have to pay, or else the full price will be charged. Meh...
I don't even have machine, I don't drink coffee. I'm stuck with coffee pods. They don't care. All they want is your money over the stupid misleading website and fishing you to sell coffee machine less and put you with expensive pods for the money.
It is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY!
