I just received some Universial K-Cup pods to be able to put ground coffee in. They require the removal of the entire pod system to use. I called to return and was told that they do not accept returns. You can buy what you want but its yours. DO NOT ORDER FROM KEURG.
Go to the store and buy what you want. They were just bought out and one cost savings was to screw their clients.
I also just received word that Keurg is discontinuing its reward program and is canceling my 8000 rewards points I have accumulated over the years of being a customer DO NOT BUY FROM kEURIG
Have tried to place an order using their web site. Every time it says my credit card wouldn't go through and to contact my bank. Tried 3 different cards and paypal all with the same result. Contacted my bank and they said there is no reason to have my card declined. I even tried another order while I had the bank on the phone. Keurig couldn't process my card again and the bank said they didn't even see the "declined" charge hit. Customer service is worthless as they had no explanation or a solution.
We love the Keurig delivery service and Keurig coffee makers. Their customer service is unmatched to any we have ever experienced. We have owned two Keurig coffer makers in the past eleven years. Our first was purchased at Target. It stopped working in about a year. We contacted Keurig directly and they sent us an upgraded model that would have cost $150 more than the original model we purchased.
We have been auto delivery customers more than two years. The price we pay for the high quality coffees is much less than what we would pay in the grocery stores. They also offer specials which makes the coffee half the cost of the grocery store price. In 2021 Keurig was out of one of the coffees we get on auto delivery. They offered us a free box of another brand, plus shipped us the box that was on backorder when it was stocked at no charge. What other company does this? Their quality products, quality service and delivery are great. I highly recommend their Keurig coffee makers and their coffee delivery service.
If you are unhappy with your coffeemaker ordered online you will have to pay return shipping (costly). Their web site is confusing and clunky and resulted in me ordering the wrong coffeemaker and coffee pods. The pictures are dark and lack detail. The process to order a discounted coffeemaker with automatic pod delivery is very poorly designed and impossible to get much real information along the way.
Customer service is poor also. I contacted them the first time thru the chat link and got cut off before my issue was resolved. So I then sent an email, which as never answered a week later. I then tried to call today and the phone call was cut off at their end twice so I gave up and am writing this review.
Purchased a Keurig K Supreme Plus coffee maker in March of 2021. After 18 months it won't turn on. Their customer service rep said the best fix they knew of was to try plugging it in to another outlet. When it still wouldn't turn on they basically said: You're out of warranty so please just go away or buy a new one. I then said: Do you know if it can be repaired: They would not answer the question. Complete waste of time and money.
Turns off after selection and startup process. I was told I needed to purchase a new one as the fix. Less than 2yrs old. So don't waste your money on Kuerig or buy a warranty for a few years if available. Fortunately it still runs but I assume that won't be long before it goes the way if the dodo. Every Kurt if I've purchased dies out quickly after the warranty runs out.
Do not buy a Keurig! Descale light came on used cleaner to descale, which did not work, light remains on. A coffee maker should not require this much maintenance. A waste of $100. After this one break will buy a conventional coffee maker. Keurig sucks!
I purchased the Keurig K cup coffee/latte/cappuccino maker at Walmart for $99. This machine is awesome! Makes delicious coffee and nice foamy lattes. I havent made a cappuccino yet but sure that is delicious as well. This machine is easy to operate and clean and fits onthe counter. I love this!
Don't buy a keurig dual coffee maker. The carafe has a design flaw and leaks when pouring. Customer service is no help. Their answer is to send you a new carafe.
Poor Quality: The Keurig K900 almost lasted 1 year and a half before it stop working. It would not power up ( won't turn on)... So I called Keurig customer service and they said could not help me. Overall, I think this is a great example of product obsolescence. In the end, Keurig products are designed to be of poor quality so that they can sell you another poor product in the end again...
Second Supreme in 1 year. Like the thought hate the product. Machine stop running, no power, no ability too reset without wasting a lot of time. The engineering is a sham. Put a hole in outer shell so people can get to reset hole. The machine is useless once the heat overload trips.
Very poor quality on this new keurig line. I have contacted customer service for a replacement and followed their protocol requirements to no avail. I should have checked BBB reviews before ordering. I want a replacement or my money back. Poor poor customer service as well. Call Center employees located outside of NA and reps command of English not good.
Returned a Keurig coffee maker which was brand new
2 weeks later still waiting for credit back to my visa

Keurig like many other Big Companies need to take lessons from Amazon
I bought my duel coffee maker 7 months ago from Amazon. This morning it quit working. Will not turn on and water leaked from under the maker. I didn't register it because I thought I was buying a quality brand.
I was originally unhappy with the desin of the coffee pot itself, because it was not designed for smaller hands. Hard to handel.
With all that said i will never buy this brand again.
I purchased a Keurig from Walmart and the Keurig machine did not even last 6 months I reached out by email to Keurig in reference as how to take care of this matter and if they would honor their product and I have essentially been ignored... no email, no response whatsoever. Sad way to take care of those that have supported your product since it came out.
Purchased K-Cup brewer 11/2019. Six months later it started to shut down after a partial brew or not even go on initially. Customer service ran me through some arduous steps to reset the machine. It worked until shortly after the warranty expired. Bought another, thinking the first was just a fluke, but shortly after the warranty expired it didn't brew correct cup sizes. It produced 2 to 4 oz less than the corresponding button. Customer service couldn't walk me through a fix. Offered me a 20% discount on another unit. That was definitely a no go. That would have been 3 brewers in less than 3 years. Don't waste your money or your time. Definitely under par reliability. The picture is the receipt for the first unit. The second was purchased around 18 months later.
I bought a brand new Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker November 20,2021 at Bed, Bath and Beyond. After six months the coffee maker stopped working. When I contacted Keurig support via phone, after a long wait, I finally was connected to a rep who spoke very broken English. He provided me with a reference number. There were several emails back and forth with the required pictures and information. I was told then that the proof of purchase that I had provided was not acceptable and that I would have to produce the original receipt. I explained that I no longer had the receipt.
I received a return email telling me that without the receipt they would not the honor the warranty. I asked the rep if they had the warranty registration information on file (what is the purpose of the registration if they don't have it on file). They will not answer my emails or phone calls The product reliability and customer service speak for themselves.
Don't waste your money!
Replacing a defective Keurig machine bought on their website has been beyond frustrating. They will not accept a Credit Card transaction from date of purchase so 5 weeks later and way too much $$ I have a useless appliance. Buy the knock-Off!
I had gotten a brewer as a Christmas gift the first brewer lasted 3 weeks and stopped working completely wouldnt even power on, called Keurig and was sent another brewer along with many apologies. So waited for new brewer and in the mean time went and found a different model of Keurig brewer on clearance for back up received another brewer in about a week from Keurig great started up lasted about one month and once again no power of any type called again was told yes they have been having all kinds of issues with this brewer but would sent another ok great well today 6/9/2022 guess who's brewer is not powering on again? Calll them and well now my brewer is out of warranty and they are so sorry and will give me 20% off a new brewer no thank you will use my back up brewer and will be looking for another brand of brewer Just saying beware as to which brewer you buy their newer model brewers are not nearly as dependable as their older models
After being with Keurig for some time and being on auto delivery the web site has changed for the worst I wouldn't recommend using their web site, Customer service all calls go to other countries and you can't understand them very frustrating a hour and a half on the phone, I canceled going through Keurig it's not worth it. They didn't even care that I was canceling. I'd give them a 0 rating if I could
