This app was really reliable for creating a personalized keto diet meal plan and also tracking my progress. It also aided me in achieving my goals of healthy living by helping me manage weight loss, lower blood pressure and lower blood sugar. Moreover, I was amazed by how it made meal planning simple for me and also provided recipes for cooking a vast amount of food, I really loved this app and highly recommend it,

This app was really great for creating a personalized diet meal plan and it was also an amazing progress tracker. Through it, I was able to get an easy-to-use keto program that helped me achieve the body and health I deserved. I like the infographic that explains what exactly is ketosis. It's also nice that they have easy recipes that anyone can do.

I normally don't like it when the first thing an app shows me is a paywall, but this app at least was showing coupons for newcomers. The app is filled with good information and good testimonials from other customers, which makes me more likely to buy the product. I also question if I bought the product would it be in Spanish. I don't see a way to translate the page.

I love this app! There are different features that I really enjoy. Being able to easily plan my meals is nice. I can also customize them!

I just had 2 major abdominal surgeries and need something to help with my new meal plans. This will work great, I am not looking to lose weight, but be steady and healthy again.

I followed the plan just as they had laid out and on day 6 I woke up in a cold sweat, started throwing up and feeling so weak and thought I was going to pass out. I think I may have been hypoglycemic. I crawled to my kitchen made a shake and started to feel better once I had the shake containing berries and heavy cream. I decided to part way with the program and ask for a refund but i was told that I could only get a partial refund because the product wasn't faulty. I think if the program made my body respond that way then it was faulty and I think it's insensitive to not take my feelings into account. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This app is a great app that is easy to use and has many advantages. I use it myself because it is very easy and comfortable to use. Anyone can use it. I recommended for use this app. All these recipes are very supportive during my keto cycle. And they are also tasty. Now dieting is not painful anymore. This app is working very well for me. Highly recommended to all.

Hey, have you been trying to keto without keto cycle app? You have been doing it the wrong way just like I did. Knowing this app made my keto journey way too easy! I didn't have to go downloading a bunch of other apps to lose weight. Keto cycle take total care of my diet minding the foods I am allergic to. My health status is primary to this app while it searched for meals that my body would welcome. Keto cycle doesn't just take care of my meal plan but my routine exercises too. I am so hook!

Kind of funny they don't allow leaving a review on their personal site I guess unless they approve it. Approximately a year ago, signed up for this program and according to add I went through supposed to have a years access the whole thing plus got about 4-6 months of chocolate mix (protein)…all of it was around $200 actually a little more I think. Was instructed to download the App and then the fun began, every time I tried to access app it was telling me I had to pay more money, I think it was about $20-30 a month, but I thought that was what I just paid all that money for to begin with…. Tried calling and emailing for help, first two responses email were kind of smart assed and rude, and I'm fairly laid back, so for me to say that it has to be kind of bad. Finally got a live agent 2-3 months in, and was basically treated like I was stupid, indicated that yes I was suppose to have a years access but offered or rather was unable or unwilling to take time to help me. Tried email again with no response, finally my busy schedule forced me to let it go for a while and I forgot about it…. Until today, I started deleting Apps not used and ran across this one again, after thinking about it for awhile got kind of pissed off at having been ripped off. This probably won't affect them in a big way, but if I can prevent just a couple people from making the same mistake I made and losing their money…. Then it's worth it. Don't get me wrong, as a nurse I think Keto is a good way to lose, at least I've seen quite a few people who it helped, but be very careful in choosing who you listen to. I wouldn't have given one star but won't let me submit otherwise

Works good, gives tips to help improve diet and lower weight. Can make you faster at cycling. Just take it slow.

After trying to get into this site and getting nothing but buffering I asked for a refund. I got a text to say if you go into this and do that etc etc then send a picture to us... I explained I don't have time for this, but got same text back each time so they don't read your text it's a crib sheet that's obviously sent electronically. I just think if it doesn't work first time there is going to be problems. So, if you don't get into the site and dont get to use it after creating an account you only get 50% of your money back. Its a rip off

I have had the plan for 2 weeks and still cannot access more than a few days at a time. The ingredients are a few and varied, which is great BUT ridiculous to think I will go shopping every other day for 1 ingredient because THEY cant be bother to unlock more than a week at a time. I don't know anyone that want to or has the time to go. 4 emails and a live chat later, still no results. If you have nothing but time and enjoy travelling to the grocery store before cooking, this is definitely the plan for you.

If you want an app which is reliable for creating a fully personalized diet app then this is the app for you. It is easy to use and really incredible. Through it I was able to create a diet plan which aided me a lot and was integral in my achieving my goals of healthy living. It was also integral in my weight loss journey. This app is absolutely amazing Loved using it and I highly recommend it.

Depuis que j'utilise le cycle céto, j'ai beaucoup plus d'énergie, je suis beaucoup plus alerte au travail et à la maison et, bien sûr, mon régime alimentaire est complètement différent.
Avant d'utiliser cette application, j'étais tout le temps lent et fatigué et j'étais sûr que cela venait de mon régime alimentaire et de mes habitudes alimentaires, mais je ne savais tout simplement pas par où commencer ni quoi faire.

They are deceiving people. It said meals will be on your door step but it was for you to choose from their meal options. I just purchased this order now and immediately was meant to know that the subscription will be for 3 years. Now i want to cancel but they are making hard for me to do so. Please run!
