Great for keeping track of calorie intake while on a keto diet! The app works wonderfully doing what it was created for!

If at any point you decide to cancel after an automatic withdrawal, keep in mind that you will not get a refund. $33 was pulled from my account and a couple of days later I cancelled and requested a refund. They denied my request with just a mention of the terms and agreements I agreed to. Fair enough. There should be a grace period like every single subscription service out there.

I love that the meals are suggested, recipes are all provided, plus you have many other choices depending on your food preferences.
Following their recipes gives you 17 to 39 carbs daily. The app figuring out my macros for me helps so much.
I was already in Small Ketosis yesterday. I hadn't checked before that.
I am disappointed with several features of the App otherwise, especially when trying to input my own meals. Several popular brand names didn't register even with the SKU, and I couldn't find several ingredients listed in the database.
At times I can see the print icon, but mostly I can't see or even find it.
The recipes are easy to follow and often delicious. My favorite meal so far is Cheddar Cauliflower Soup. Makes a large size mug full and satisfies me for hours.

The app isn't user friendly unless you enjoy manually having to calculate your servings into ounces because they don't have all measurements for food entry. I also never received my so called custom meal plan, the link just leads me back to the app. So disappointed and now I'm out $33 since they charge the weeks up front.

This app was really great for creating a personalized diet meal plan and it was also an amazing progress tracker. Through it I was able to get an easy to use keto program that helped me achieve the body and health I deserved. Through it I was also able to improve my heart health too. I really loved this app and it was the best thing to happen to my health.

This site is a scam. It is all set up to sell you things that don't really do anything, and you cannot get a refund. The site is full of huge contracts and disclaimers that you can't read until after the fact. The App is all upsell and sales gimmicks, not helpful. Customer support does NOTHING. No responses at all, except to solicit more sales or get 5 star reviews before you have tried anything and figured out it sucks. Do NOT waste your money, you will not get it back. Horrible terrible company. I assume she is making a killing getting people quickly trapped into trying it, and never being able to cancel or get a refund. Heed the other reviews that are similar. I wish I had.

This is an outstanding Keto app. It is simple to use and very thorough. It gives me all the feedback I need with a clean user interface. Highly recommended!

I signed up thinking this would be great and easy... The meals were high carb ie. 15 grams for breakfast, 20 grams lunch etc. For someone on Keto this does not work. When I contacted them the rep was rude and said we didn't do anything wrong and just because I don't like the options they won't refund me. So their policy is a bait and switch! So disgusted with this business.
