Would give a negative score if i could... signed up for this 12 months ago, eventually found it to be a complete waste of time & money so stopped using it... 1 yr later auto renewal kicks in with out any prior contact to advise of renewal or seek input as to why account hasn't been used in 11 months (hidden in T&C's that it will happen)... all they want is access to your credit card details so they can milk it.

This is a sad company that is quick to take your money but when a mistake has been made they leave you out in the cold. They are not accommodating, nor do they even offer to help you with your mistake. Please walk away from them and find other programs that really support their clients.

Exactly what every review from the last week states. This app is terrible and they scam you for quick money. I think I used it for 4-5 days a year ago. Uninstalled it and forgot about it. They just took £60.00 and have back tracked on their 14 day policy. Refused to refund the renewal even though I don't use the product and didn't ask for it to be renewed. Simply terrible service.

I want to repeat what others are saying, these people find loopholes to keep your money even when you explain you had no intentions of reordering. I also don't believe I got any kind of reminder in advance that I would be rebilled. Bad business practice - Shame on them.

As a newcomer on the keto diet, I particularly appreciated how this app gave me a personalised diet meal plan and progress monitors. It provided a free-thinking, highly customised, and simple-to-follow keto regimen that assisted me in getting the body and health I so much wanted. Additionally, it assisted in my significant weight loss, blood pressure reduction, and mood improvement. Many thanks for this fantastic app.

The meal plans are great and macros calculations are great IF you can get your meals to log onto the correct days. You add water intake or steps or make changes to your meal plan, it adds it to a previous day. You can't go back to add a snack to a previous day. VERY frustrating. Support just keeps saying its an IT issue that's being addressed. They refunded me 50% of my subscription. I didn't cancel because I am still using the meal plan and recipes. Also, can use PC OR phone. They say they will eventually sync but after 2 weeks, I can't go back and forth.

My account is defective this is what they say "As per our Terms and Conditions, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect or delivery issue with the product." won't give refund. My wife also joined and we wanted to share meals during the evening, but they tell us we have to cook seperate etc. waste of time and money. Thanks Keto Cycle for NOTHING. So so sad... When you click on their conditions you are agreeing on pre-authorized paiements on your credit card!
I feel violated... Customer service will tell you it was your duty to cancel it before deadline. But how can you cancel something you are not aware of? The worst part of it is I was not even using their services! So so sad... I do not recommend

In truth - Zero star service - The auto renewal is hidden and not evident at start up AND it is a 90 day renewal so you pay for 3 months at a time. I tried to cancel on day one of renewal as Paypal made the repayment evident and many emails later there is no consideration for refund. In addition I was told that the company does NOT have a complaints process so a complaint cannot be raised! I only used the program for 1 month and in effect had to pay for 6 months use! Borders on scamming - PLEASE BE AWARE!

For the past three months, I've been using the ketocycle app, and I've been in love with it. It offers me a think-free, highly customised, and simple-to-follow keto programme that enables me to get the body and health I want. I really liked how it tailors strategies based on a person's lifestyle, health, and age. It also significantly improved my heart health and helped me manage my weight loss. It was fantastic, and I heartily suggest it.

So far the app has been pretty easy to use and adjust into a keto diet, Its a different type of diet that could be pretty hard to adjust to however I find that this app is very helpful and useful in getting what you want. Wonderful diet plans and an easy interface to get to and understand everything in the app

I signed up for the 6 month plan but cancelled within an hour of signing up. I knew quickly that this was not going to work for me. The app was not easy for me to use and I did not like it. When I called the company, per their policy, I was told they will only refund half of the 6 month charge. How would I know if I liked the app without seeing it? Find a 7 day free trial app!

Like many of the other reviewers, I too had high hopes for the app and diet. I signed up for one year for $60. After realizing I was never using the app after the first 3 months, I attempted to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the remaining 9 months. It is impossible. I have cancelled other subscriptionsin the past and it is fairly painless. The ability to cancel keto cycle is hidden and not easy to do. (Note: deleting the app WILL NOT cancel your subscription. You will be renewed automatically, as other posters have reported.)The ability to get any type of refund is just about impossible. Google Play store refers you to the app creator, and Keto Cycle refers you back to Google play store. I spent at least 2 hours navigating the app, reading fine print, emailing keto cycle. I did receive responses, but they appear to be automatic responses, not personal emails. The emails just send me back on the Google Play store loop. This does honestly appear to be a money making scam, not a legit health/diet company. Buyer beware.

I love the app.
It's seamless and the personalized diets are genuinely useful.
Unusual, but the colours chosen are calming too.

This app provided me with a great diet plan which made it really easy to customise a personal diet plan which made it easy for me to achieve the diet plan and health that I needed. It was so amazing through it I was also able to manage my cardiovascular disease. Thanks a lot for creating this app which has really helped a lot of people.

Very good app for people looking to have a healthier life, this app has several very useful and practical tools for any user. I sincerely recommend it.

This is a terrible app nothing special not Nutrional and definitely not user friendly it would take less time to just plan myself on a piece of paper. Don't pay for it they won't refund or discuss the problems at all.

They will keep billing you month after month, if you try to cancel they will bill yoiu again and again and again

This software was fantastic for making a customised diet meal plan and for tracking your success. I was able to receive a simple-to-use keto programme through it, and it helped me get the body and health I desired. I was able to strengthen my heart health thanks to it as well. This app was the greatest thing to have ever happened to my health, and I really loved it.

Keto 2 my a**. Its all a scam. They haven't introduced anything new, in fact you will lose slower with their plan. They will not refund your money and try and up sell you ridiculously...
