HORRIBLE, there is no way this site gets genuine positive reviews. Recipes are useless, hard to follow, the site crashes, the app is terrible, this is a huge waste of time and money. They are capitalizing on people desperate to lose weight and willing to overpay. It is a foreign company so they do not care about keeping your business or their reputation, it is a huge online manipulation, and they will not give you your money back when they rebill you. It is not even worth the $47 initial fee. Save your money, go out to lunch, buy 1 share of stock, donate to a good cause, get a pedicure, ANYTHING BUT THIS, it is worse than flushing your money down the toilet. Use the light version of a free calorie tracking app and just look up some keto recipes on Pinterest because they will all be a million times better than this.Don't fall into this trap.

This software appeals to me since it has a wide range of scrumptious recipes as well as a number of customizing options. The hardest part of sticking to a diet is figuring out how to organize it. I like how the app keeps track of all of the important aspects of weight loss and maintenance. The program is simple to use and has a pleasant appearance.

Good keto app! Meal planning and smart tracking are especially strong suites and even apply to outside of pure keto, like normal calorie counting.

Terrible "product". I should have read reviews/done some research. You are better off joining the keto subreddit. Signed up, realised it was rubbish and requested refund. They will only give you a 50% refund, so they still profit well from doing absolutely nothing.

Great little app for not just a keto based diet, but everything that revolves around it for actually taking charge of your health and fitness. I love the fact its a two way street; you need to be honest with the app and it'll tailor a plan to fit you and your needs. The recipes are great; they're realistic and affordable, and the daily exercises are the sort of thing you can easily do in the office or at home. I've seen a lot of fitness apps and this one is one of the most user friendly.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, try out this app. It shows all of your macros for the day, so that you can keep track of them. On top of that, you can input all of your meals (even with scan items with the barcode scanner), to keep track of your calories and macros in real time with ease. If that wasn't enough, you can add your workouts too and keep track of everything in one small app! Weight tracking is also included for logging weight.

I joined for $66. Never found the app helpful. Then I get a notice from Ketocycle that my PayPal account has been charged for another year. Within 12 hours of the email I requested a refund. No courtesy email stating it was up for renewal. The renewal clause is buried in the app somewhere. They would only refund $33. What a horrible way to do business. Stay away from this company.

I've trying to start my diet. Specifically I wanted to start a Keto Diet and Keto Cycle was appealing with all the personalized plans and other great attributes the app has from tracking your day to day routine, recommended Keto recipes, and quizzes to let you learn more about a Keto Diet.

Just starting to get into Keto was very overwhelmed with all the information out there, This was a huge help!

This is a total scam. I stupidly signed up for a whole year. Then read the menus. I am a diabetic and have high triglycerides through heredity. KetoCycle. Diet is not the eating plan for these sort of challenges. Requesting a refund is a horror. I paid through PayPal, which offers no consumer protection. I later did the research that I should have done on the front end - yes, my own stupidity. Based in Lithuania. Run, don't walk away from this website.

After a few more emails to Paypal and Keto Cycle Diet, I am told that I will be receiving a full refund. Persistence and perseverance wins the race.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and it really helps keep track of my fitness routine it is also very useful for people that are on a keto diet and want to improve their physical health and well being altogether. I would highly recommend!
