Love the app it is easy to use and follow. You can swap out meals you don't like and can add your favourites to a favourites list. It has a shopping list option where you can add the meals that you want to have for that week and it shows you all the ingredients you will need that you have chosen for that week. I lost 25kg on this diet and love the food and the recipes. It is a very good plan that takes a way all the difficulties that comes with the keto diet. Yes I recommend the paid version of this plan it is worth the little bit you pay to get healthy.

I subscribed to Keto cycle. From inception I requested assistance on the utilization of the program. Phone call and emails were ignored. They continued of course to take the monthly subscription. Out of frustration I finally cancelled and requested a refund as they provided zero service. They refused to issue a refund, so effectively I received absolutely nothing for my money. I strongly recommend to choose another provider.

I bought a 6 month subscription and kept trying to make it work with my lifestyle but it was just too time consuming and you weren't able to swap out 1 item in a meal plan but had to do an entire new meal. I was informed you only have 14 days to try the app so be VERY careful if you think it may not work for you!

Be very careful as they will take your money every year without notice. They will not refund the money they take without warning.

I hardly used this app and actually forgot that I had it until the subscription renewal charge came through on my credit card statement. I did not even receive a renewal reminder. When I tried to cancel the subscription 3 days later and requested a refund, they refused to refund the payment.

I ordered Keto Cycle paid my $33 and proceeded to check out the website and app to see if I would like it. I did not like it. It was so hard to use.
You the customer need to figure out your numbers. I tried entering the nutritional value of plain Greek yogurt. If you are having more than the serving size on the container... you the customer needs to figure all those numbers out.

I also checked out the menu and it is way to fancy for my taste and or budget. I do not have time to prepare those meals along with preparing food for the rest of my family that is too much work. I am including a few screen shots of their menu (lots of zucchini).

I contacted them to cancel my subscription it was less than hour after I signed up. They will only refund if I provide proof there is an error on their website or app.

This app might be worth it if their recipes weren't so bland and unappetizing. Their customer service is awful. I decided I did not like the app or the recipes about a week after purchasing, did not request a refund but simply canceled my Google play subscription for the app. I was then charged $46 once my subscription ended for a new subscription. I immediately messaged customer service after the charge posted stating that I had not utilized their services for more than a week and had canceled on Google play. I informed them that I did not intend to use their app in the future either. I received a response stating that I was also required to cancel on their website. I respectfully asked that they cancel my subscription and requested a refund since the charge had just posted and I did not intend on using the services. I received a response that they would not refund my money.

This plan does not offer a customized individual daily meal plan as advertised. It also says you can have a full refund within 14 days if you find fault with the product. They then denied my refund when I requested one after the 1st day. Don't waste your money!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not buy this. I purchased it last year and not realizing I was going to be charged for it YEARLY. Just got charged again today for my "yearly subscription" and they are REFUSING to refund me, even though I emailed immediately after getting the renewal. Watch out for these scammers. If you buy this and then FORGET you did and didn't read the FINE PRINT that you'll be charged again, WATCH OUT. They will not refund your money. COMPLETE RIP OFF TOO, the "book" they give you does NOT have over 400 recipes, give me a break.

I thought they would offer me a good way to lose weight. I paid my subscription then discovered it was far too complicated and time consuming. I asked for a refund and it was refused. I explained it was not suitable - they refused to refund me. I gave up and forgot about it. Unfortunately they still had my details and they charged me again last week! I wrote after a few days when I spotted the transaction and they basically said - hard luck, you did not officially cancel. We are keeping your money - again!
I have totally wasted £120 I can ill afford.

I decided to use the service for two months, $33. The charge failed to go through twice, I tried to redo it manually and this time was charged $66 without my having made any changes. Customer service refused to give me a refund. The charge is still listed as "processing" but as soon as it has gone through I will contest it with BofA.

This company automatically renew my subscription without noticing me. They also charged through my credit card without informing me.

Not worth it. They try to make look like you did not cancel when you did. They harass with money scare tactics. RUN

I found the customer service great. They were prompt to respond to my requests and favorably managed the situation. I was 100% satisfied.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to purchasing. The negative reviews are right on. You cannot try the app until you purchase it. Meal logging is tedious. You can only log food by weight, which is not convenient. You cannot substitute ingredients on the recipes. Customer service maliciously misunderstands your concerns when you write to them. They will not refund your money. They run you in circles. I am out $100 for a year subscription to an app that is absolutely useless to me.

This app is useless. It will continuously ask for your money to open up more tabs. I literally just threw out 100 bucks out the window. I requested a refund as soon as I saw that it was a rabbits hole, and even though it says they'll refund your money within 14 days, they won't. Do yourself an favour, AVOID like the plague!

App does not record entered meal values and quantity accurately, instead enters own values resulting in confusion on the meal plan. Also, has an option for scanning bar codes to enter nutrition values that does not function properly requiring the user to enter items manually. Why have a function that does not work? A message to the developer for assistance resulted in a non sequitur and off topic answer. A follow up message was completely ignored. Don't waste your money on this app, absolutely do NOT recommend!
