The app is awful, the customer service is terrible and the recipe book is useless. I would have given them the 0 they deserve but was not available! DO NOT BUY!

Do not purchase, this app does not deliver what it sells. It is super basic, does not calculate net carbs correctly, does not customize the meals to the client, the app doesn't sync with the desktop account, it's not flexible. Whatever they tell you they can do, you can do for free withy other apps. I'm kicking myself for not researching further and reading all the negative reviews. Like MANY other people, I'm out $70 and they refuse to give me a refund. Horrible unethical fraudulent business practices.

I purchased the plan in hopes to kick start my keto journey. When signing up you are promised a customized meal plan and other added perks. What I received was a calorie, step and water tracker (which if you have an Iphone you can do this on your phone for FREE)... everything else is listed as an additional cost ranging between $25-$100 more than already paid. When I read the terms and conditions for refunds I had 14 days to request a full refund, which I had emailed them 3 days after purchasing, when I finally received an email back I was told I was not eligible for a refund since the product was not "faulty". Well to me not receiving the meal plan that was offered is definitely faulty. Please if I can give you any advice do not give this company your money! I have been fighting for this refund for the past 2 weeks now and still getting the same outcome.

BUYER BEWARE. If you think this app is a keto equivalent to MyFitnessPal, you're wrong. It doesn't include any metrics accept macros, no fiber, no sugar, nothing. If you add your own food, get ready for the least comprehensive experience. It literally didnt have the correct nutrition facts for turkey sausage in the database. If you're sticking wholly to their meal plan, fine but if you understand keto and are looking for a tool, go with a different meal tracker. This app/company will lure you into this amazing keto tool then keep your money when you realize its crap. I asked for a refund and cited the issues with the food tracker and they claimed "digital purchases are non-refundable and are only granted if there's a problem with the app's functionality." So after using this app one time, I'm $50 in the hole.

I gained weight. Then my subscription renewed with out my knowledge. I went to cancel when I received y credit card statement and they would not refund because I did not meet the0r deadline of cancelling within 14 days of the charge. The charge was on the 8th of december, I received my credit card statement on the 2nd of January cancelled on the 3rd of January and they won't refund my money or any portion of my money for the 6 month subscription... BS

He has an excellent diet plan. I really love them. You can lose a few kilos with this and look much slimmer.

I accepted the 80 percent off offer on Black Friday. I was quoted a price of $3.30 a month. After I complete the process I was chart $66. I immediately sent an email. This was not what I was quoted. They refunded $33. Called them and they said there was a 50 percent cancel fee but she would refund 80 percent so they ultimately kept $14. No where was there explanation of a refund fee or why it was not the charge originally quoted. Dishonest company. I would not do business with them.

They are tricking people and taking their money. Mine said $16 for 2months plus 6months for black friday. I got charged $63, for 2 months. And the rep said that 3months is the minimum? After you pay, look at your invoice. And read reviews. Same make no sense. Disputed with my bank. Fraud fraud fraud!

I enjoy the different meals, even how the shopping list can be made for you. The articles are good as well. The how are you feeling section doesn't cover much, you are limited. And you cannot add your own. Example: cramps. Adding foods is also hard to do not easy. Finding different meals to swap search is not real easy. Removing ingredients is non existing. Adding comments in app is hard to find or non existant. And step tracker cannot be updated to reflect steps. Phone has to be on person to calculate. Meals are great but the calories are higher than the app sets. So if you eat everything it suggests you will be in yellow on calories.

I find this company to be dishonest. I was offered $49. After payment I found I was charged $198 dollars for 12 months I was very upset because I had a budget. So I immediately sent an email to customer service I got a reply promptly stating that I was charged full price on the meal plan because I did not use the code supplied and they will give me 50% discount. I replied asking for the discount in dollars. I have not heard from Tina again. So I sent another email to Tina stating that if she can't help me I want a refund and cancel my subscription. I will wait for tomorrow to see if Tina will reply to my request.

Do not use this site. The app is faulty. They promise a refund, then when you request it, they deny it. Rip off totally. Would have given it a zero if I could have.

I tried Keto Cycle and wanted to post my experience. I was having issues with the app because I have a very old phone. When I aksed for help, they tried a few suggestions and eventually said they could not help with/fix my issues and offered me a refund. In the end I took the refund and cancelled the program, and the amount was credited back to my credit card within a few days. I was impressed with the customer service. I liked the convenience of clicking a meal they suggested to add it to my daily totals, and there were some great meals. It made keto very easy and I lost 5 pounds in the few days I was using the program. I would highly recommend it.

The app is awful. The high ratings are all bought and paid for. Do not be tricked. Don't buy/put money into this app.
