These are a bunch of recycled recipes you can get anywhere online. Would not waste money on this app. Also they will not tell you when your billing cycle is up and will not refund you any of your money unless you cancel 48 hours before your renewal. Do not recommend.
I was charged twice (2 quarters) after I decided to cancel the subscription and have a supporting email with date acknowledging my cancellation. Now I have to dispute the charges. This is no way to run a business. Do NOT purchase this service! I followed the rules.
I was really disappointed in the functionality of the app and requested a refund within hours. I was denied a refund unless I could prove that the app was faulty. Absolutely a waste of money and time. Some people may like it but if you are unhappy you should be able to get a refund - especially within hours of making the purchase!

I purchased the APL and immediately knew I wasn't going to like it after looking at the food options. I contacted support to cancel and get a refund for the app that same day but they REFUSED to give me back the money since the app wasn't "faulty" they are not looking to please customers just get their money!
This app does not allow you to test it prior to purchase and was not for me as I didn't want to log meals but individual foods. Wrote customer service and denied refund even though I wrote within 15 of registering. 6 months worth gone.
This company is a fraud. I contacted them repeatedly and they refused to refund the money I wasted on this app. It was not helpful at all and most of the content is found on keto websites. They promised the money back ONLY if you lose all your goal weight within 28 days! I selected more weight than I should so I can set a higher accountability level so unless I don't eat for 28 days I will never attain my weight goal. This company is fraudulent and preying on vulnerable people that are desperate to lose weight and take advantage of their situation stealing their money. Don't trust them at all!
This program really doesn't teach you anything. Recipes with their ingredients that you have to buy. Auto renewal without notice. Even if you cancel one day after renewal, NO REFUND. Bogus program. You can get most info about Keto online free. Don't waste your money here.
I purchased this service looking for a 30 day mean plan. Once it was delivered to me, I didn't like the format, as it just goes day by day.
I immediately contacted customer service to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told by the rep:
"Our Terms & Conditions, introduced to every customer before placing the order, clearly state that the customer can apply for a refund in case of the faultiness of the app within 14 days. Since this is not considered a system failure, we cannot offer a refund in this situation.
For your consideration, I can offer you a partial refund (50% of the total amount) as a gesture of goodwill. After being refunded you could continue using your plan until the end of your subscription on 2023-11-10."
So there it is, the service is completely useless to me and I have wasted a bunch of time and half my money.

I have friends that are on the Keto diet and they are doing great but the app I bought into (Keto Cycle) was terrible. All the right words and help statements but nothing more than someone's online store to sell everything!
This app stinks. Get carb Manager for free. This app doesn't allow you to scan a UPC code, or it gives you the info for a whole bag of what you scanned. Also note, there is no way to edit a scanned item, so you will be manually entering every item. Carb Manager library has so much more info on items, and is FREE.
Very complicated and time consuming, plus the menus they provide require loads of ingredients at very small quantities, not at all suitable for someone living alone. Shopping lists are ridiculous, where can you buy 30 grams of bacon and 80 grams of mince? Buy a pack and have to weigh it out yourself, and the remainder goes bad because you cant eat it 2 or 3 days in a row. When I asked for a refund as the diet was advertised as simple which it definitely is not - I was refused. Not great customer service either.
Be aware that you will be charged for a renewal whether you realize it or not. There is no notification. It just disappears out of your bank account. Very deceitful. If I owned a company and someone reported this to me, I would gladly refund their money because they aren't using my product.
I subscribed to this app last March, forgot to cancel the subscription which got renewed automatically with a deduction of 66 EUR from my PayPal account. I immediately contacted Keto Cycle asking for a refund and they refused hiding behind GTC's and not caring about their customer and personal health reason for not using the app. As I was trying to make my point they just slapped the chat door at my face and suspended the conversation. Very disappointed!
This company did not respect their client and did not deliver the coaching individual session I paid for. They argued each time I contact them they must be a really non professional company. I lost 171$ and I just found the presentation of their product is not engaging and a way less interesting than others company. They take the opportunity ok keto wave.
I have been on and off Keto diets for years. I started back in the 80's with the Akins Diet. I needed to lose some weight and I want something different. I paid the $66 and I found out that you have to go shopping for the food, cook it and then clean up after. I found another company that offers premade keto meals and you just select your weekly meals from a menu and they are shipped to your door. All meals are precooked and all you need to do is microwave the meal in the container it comes for just 2- minutes and that's it! I contacted Ketocycle and they gladly refunded my $66! They were very understanding. In my case, I made the decision the same day I activated my account. Thank you Tina at Keto Cycle.
If I could give Keto Cycle zero stars, I would. Neither the app nor the website offer anything of value. To add meals, you must google the ingredients yourself to enter grams, carbs, calories, etc. The app should include this information. That is why you get an app like this--to have info at your fingertips and make life simpler.
I requested a refund on Day 1 because I cold see that this app would definitely not be helpful to me. After a series of scripted emails that failed to respond to the problems I was having or to issue said refund, I am so frustrated with this company that I could scream.
Do yourself a favor. If you're looking for a weight-loss app to help you, skip this one Go to noom or, likely, any other place.
This app was supbar. I was looking for a My Fitness App equivalent to help me on my Keto journey. The only thing this app offers is menu item suggested, no real education on KETO itself. So what is the point? I could have just googled for menu item suggestions. Not worth the money. In addition, they tricked me into an automatic renewal process and would not refund me even when I went to customer serviice.
I signed up for $66 in June of 2022, then my life got crazy and I completely forgot about it. One year later I get a charge on my card for $66. I did not even recognize the business. So I searched back through my emails and saw that purchase from a year and for about 3 days they emailed me reminders about logging in to start the program and then NOTHING. Not ONE more email for an entire year. Just a charge for $66 and a refusal to refund. Canned, unsympathetic responses. Companies like this RELY on people to forget the charge is coming. Disgusted.
