First let me start by saying that I spent $3000. 00 on a firm that did not do anything to represent me. Never answer my questions the lawyer never ever met with me. When I ask his assistant for information about my case she never asnwer and had always an attituded. The day of the mediation the firm sent some one that didn't even had a clue about my case to top it off the lawyer from the other part ask Kel's attorney why they never answer his calls or emails. The firm should be out if businness. They put up a show as been the best but they don't care for the people. All they want is your money. Do not fall for it. They are the worst firm.The rating should be below zero.

I hired this firm to write a simple letter to the perspective Home Builder Owners to get them to have their salesman answer our questions. We informed them of a Oct 23 deadline, 6 weeks away, in fact we emphasized this date. We signed an agreement, paid them up front and they did nothing for the first week. I started to call and email the Jacksonville Office. (NO RESPONSE - NOTHING). Finally got a letter from their Orlando Office stating she had been given the case. Tried multiple times to talk to her to NO AVAIL, only got the para-legal who only gave us the run around. Another two weeks of continual phone calls, emails, complaints to online chat I finally go the draft letter. I approved it, as I was running out of time, and it was emailed to the Home Builder and copied to Me. I reviewed the email only to discover NONE of the attachments had been sent with the email and had to have KEL resend them. KEL evidently has NO idea how to properly format sentences or paragraphs and definitely does not know how to even use a spell checker. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE / LOSE YOUR MONEY, or be aggravated beyond reason trying to get them to do their job.

I hired these "attorneys" with the hopes of having my child support order modified after losing my job. They messed up the intake process and informed me that they couldn't represent me after receiving their full payment. I was promised a refund within 8 weeks. That hasn't happened and now they won't return my phone calls or e-mails. Stay clear of these people. I read the negative reviews and gave them a chance anyway since they were all I could afford. I regret this decision and hope to spare others from the same outcome. They will tell you the bad reviews will come from people that are unhappy because they didn't get their desired outcomes in court. I am writing this because they couldn't even get me to court and still want to keep my money.

This group met with me on 8/26/15. They smiled shook their heads yes and said we will help. I paid them $950.00 and they did nothing. 3 months lather I asked for a refund for services never rendered and they said NO. If everyone at this site would contact the FL. BAR and register their complaint it would help remove this sad excuse for a law firm. Please search- Register complaints against KEL -on line and join the fight to have this law firm disbarred.

I tried to hire them to help us with an eviction on our home because we had a slumlandlord who wouldn't help with TERMITE INFESTATION. KEL acted like they cared at first, took partial payment from me and Never did anything in our case and im still fighting to get a refund. They scam you and get you to sign a contract and steel your money and never follow through. Then they try and charge u more after u already signed for a certain retainer. Completely unethical and professional at all times. Now I'm filing a complaint with the bar regarding the Attorney I will not reveal the name yet, due to ethical reasons. He has the nerve to send me an email saying I'm lying and can be charged with perjury! This is ridiculous, I'm not intimidated by his fancy lawyer terms, I will go all the way with this issue and get my money back! Do Not HIRE THIS FIRM THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIERS! NOW IM TERRIFIED OF LAWYERS, I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN! THEY ARE JUST LIKE MECHANICS in my eyes!

They are still taking forever to return my money from a year of nothing for divorce from 7 year mia husband. 2k needs to be return before i sue them for emotional distress and pain and suffering. Do NOT NOT NOT ever use KEL. Hopefully we can all work together to stop this abuse and malpractice. Join me to fight with BBB and the FL BAR to get them off the market for attorneys. UPDATE: I went to courthouse myself and got it filed and advertised in paper for FREEEEEEEE! This is crazy they charged me thousands and wanted more to do NOTHING! DON'T USE THEM EVER

If you are a consumer needing representation for foreclosure, mortgage issues, bankruptcy this is absolutely not the right firm. Once they entice you to sign up with friendly paralegals on the onitial free consultation,: they will route your file to people at the firm you will never hear from. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They actually ignore client instructions... thatbis attoreny misconduct. Mich better dealing one on one with a local attorney you can speak to. I am filing a misconduct complaint for their refusal to follow client instructions. Stay away unless you want more aggrevation and incompetence.

KEL DO NOT HIRE THEM PLEASE! Do it for me that's how bad there service. I paid 600 dollars on a retainer fee thinking that there are going to help with a title search and resolve my liens. I called ms. Swain works at the Fort Lauderdale location she is a $#*! I ask her for a copy of my title search she said an hour she will send it after that I never heard from her again never picks up never write back they just suck all the way around THEY SUCK. And another thing you never meet the lawyer assign to your case it's only phone appointment yea I said just phone appointment because he or she is to business playing lawyer. KEL is a disgrace they should be disbarred in from Florida

I was charged $800 for a simple Quitclaim Deed. A simple procedure, at least I thought it was. I was promised cradle to grave service. Paperwork, notary, filling with the county recorder. I received the paperwork via email. A good 75% of the information pertaining to my property was wrong, lucky I caught this. I did the research on my own and emailed back to them the correct information. I got an " Oh, sorry ". During notary signing, the notary (paralegal with KEL) did not have his stamp. He says, Oh it won't be necessary, it will be accepted that way. WRONG, I ran back and forth form the court to the KEL office until I could final get the Quitclaim deed notarized correctly. I never received cradle to grave service as I personally had to take quitclaim deed to court myself. NEVER AGAIN would I use these incompetent people that just want your money.

I'm currently trying to get my money back. I went to them a week prior to getting my paycheck garnished and nothing had been done. I call the paralegal and all she could say is that they have my file and will review it. Then I call back the next day and of course no answer every time I call the paralegal. When I finally get a hold of her at 5 pm she said the attorney has my file and will review it and call me back. This has been going on since Monday August 17 and it is now Wednesday august 19 2:27 pm and have yet heard back from them. I have called 10 times today and of course no answer they are not at their desk. So in the meantime. I paid them 350.00 plus 150 monthly and the 588.00 that came out of my check. This is costing me more of a headache then it's hurting my pockets. They are the worse.

This firm is negligent and does not provide sound legal assistance. Their associate attorneys are inept, and the support staff (clerks, para-legals, secretaries etc) are even worse. Having had exposure in a courtroom setting in the state of Florida for over 10 years, I have never witnessed anything such as this. Even the lowest paid public defenders and prosecutors have a better work ethic. What this firm does should be criminal, and how the Florida Bar has not intervened at this point is a tragedy.
