They took my money and gave me nothing in return.
I paid them $3,300, I called them hundreds of times, with no return phone call ever. The only time I was contacted was to ask me for more money.
I was there for a loan modification.

1)So they grab the money.
2) they avoid phone calls
3) they try to force you pay more for "temporary credit repair" I paid $453 in that area with their in house company credit services.
4) they try to force you into bankruptcy a lot more money. I came there for a loan modification not for bankruptcy if I had wanted bankruptcy I would've hired a bankruptcy attorney maybe even them for bankruptcy. But you see they said that they can get my loan modified without having to have a bankruptcy until they decided they wanted more money.
5) they do nothing for a while in my case then they tried to get me to sell my home through one of their realtors. My wife is a real tour if I wanted to sell the home I would've used my wife and we would've sold the home.
6)then when they are done holding you upside down shaking you for all the money in your pockets, they drop you.

They take your money then try to get more, if you don't give them more they just drop you cold.
They have been publicly repremaded by a judge, that is bad. I wished someone's would have wares me, sad thing is 2 atturney l's have screwed me simalar results and money paid. Do not let ME law help Themselves to your money.
If you need help I hope you get it, be careful.

I was going through a divorce and needed to file bankruptcy, at least that's what the attorney said would be a good move for me. So after $1700 and no contact with anyone from the "firm" I missed the due date for the information to be submitted. So frustrating because I would email and call but it took a month for any response. They sure want to find our if a creditor is calling - they send you emails biweekly for that, but if you need questions answered this WILL NOT HAPPEN. Now I'm waiting on a $600 refund that I was told I would get in July! So not only do they take advantage of the situation you are in mentally, they make sure you're worse off than when you started!

Kel now ASAP lawyers in Orlando took $1500 of our money and 10 months later nothing has been done. The receptionist, if she answers, would put us on hold and never return... Phone calls and emails were returned maybe 4 weeks late, paralegals changed without our knowledge. We even got a new lawyer who did not understand our case.
Please do a lot of research, speak to your friends for advice, but do not hire ASAP lawyers in Orlando. From our experience they took our money and wasted our time. I would rather give them a zero rating but it is not possible. I am very sad we hired them :(

I hired LAWYER ASAP in March. They filed the answer to my complaint late and the judge entered a default judgement against me. They filed a motion to have the judgement vacated and the judge denied the motion. They changed my attorney 3 times without notice. They lost my paperwork 4 times. They never return phone calls. I have paid this firm a total of $3,100.00 and they won't even answer the phone. I have filed a bar complaint with the Florida Bar Association and I'm currently awaiting an answer from that. I was told by the Bar there is currently a multitude of complaints against them and it could take over a year to get my case heard. They should not be allowed to practice law. I feel really bad for everyone that they have taken advantage of. It is very sad. My family and I feel victimized.

If you need an attorney please do not hire these people. I had a simple case that went on for a year, and because of that I lost my job and at the end of the trial I lost the trial because they let the state bringing evidence a whole year later. Besides that no communication no set lawyer. It was about seven different people who represented me throughout that year. I'm so disappointed in these people and I plead with anyone else not to hire these unprofessional people.

They have been working on my divorce case for nearly 2 years now. I have spent nearly $10,000 And seem very little movement on my case. Me and my ex-wife do not have any assets other than two kids. This company continues to bounce me around between lawyers which makes each lawyer have to look into my case to figure out where we are and that takes at least two months each time. They do not communicate well they take weeks and months at a time to get back with you and there is no movement. I would vies anyone to avoid this company at all cost since I've been working with them I've seen at least three lawyers quit or leave the company for whatever reason probably because they're terrible company. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I gave them a one on the rating but I wish I could give them a negative score

I paid in full the day I hired them and that was the last day I was able to speak to anyone other than the receptionist. I have called several times in one day only to be sent repeatedly to nameless voicemail boxes. Never has a single phone call been returned. They sent me a letter requesting documents. All the documents requested were attached to the letter! I've sent email after email with no response. I am going to find every place I can to write a review because NO ONE should endure this! It is a waste their money and time. I have two small children and our lives are on hold as we wait for this bankruptcy to finalize and we are nowhere nearer than a year ago! Ugh! Ahhh! They are the worst!

It's been over a year a friend hired them for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and they have been given her the run around so and she paid them the full fees and until today NOTHING has been done not even a bankruptcy case number has been given to her. She came to me and next Monday we are going to the federal courthouse to file her documents. KEL charged her $1700 for the bankruptcy process and separate $360 for the court filling fees. The court filling fees are only $335. That's okay they are currently being investigated by the Florida Bar Asociate. If anyone needs to file a Divorce or Bankruptcy go to a Paralegal Service office and our fees are cheaper. And as a Paralegal we do all the dirty work for these Attorneys.

I have had all of the same issues as those expressed here. Absolutely no communication, no legal personnel handling my paperwork, fees for services not rendered. I have incurred an unnecessary hardship as a result of them failing to follow through, communicate or act with any due diligence on my case, despite paying for an "emergency" filing. I have recently learned that prior to rebranding as LASAP the three lead attorneys for KEL were reprimanded three times by the Florida Supreme Court. I am going to look into pursuing a legal malpractice suit and I am looking for anyone that would like to be a joint plaintiff.

They changed my document collector and paralegal several times on my simple bankruptcy. Each time pushing the filing date back. Also had computer issues, then software issues which cause more delays.

Finally just ask the for a eta and they refused to give me any idea. Even though our signed agreement said I could cancel less $500 processing fee they refused to give me any refund.

These crooks stole $1500. 00 from me, a disabled guy. My wife and I are about to retire (her). These folks are stealing from the poor. Please avoid them.

I tried to go thru BBB, that's when I seen many complaints and a F Rating.

Horrible customer service! Crooks at their finest! Took $2350 from me and never heard from anyone after they received my money but the day I told them to shred my paperwork and close my case! They switched paralegals on me with no notification, after many many many attempts of reaching someone via phone, emails and voice mails, and speaking to receptionists I lost hope that they could get the job done. I have reported them to the BBB and am demanding my money back! I will not stop until I do! I will try every outlet I can! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL PAINT A PRETTY PICTURE UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEN POOF! NOTHING!

Waste of time and money! They won't return e mails or phone calls. The paralegal is very unprofessional and won't help. I've been waiting over five months and I have received nothing! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, for any reason, ever!
