They scam you, never answer calls or emails, and don't do a damn thing! Every month I got a letter saying my lawyer quite and I was getting a new one! They ended up making me have to walk away from my house and foreclose. I don't know how they aren't in trouble for the way they handle their firm! Now it's the endnof my contract and they're finally calling me and answering emails because they want me to renew my contract, like I want to be treated and talked to like a piece of crap for another year, as well as throw thousands down the drain!

We hired KEL to help us with a child custody case. We were assured by Brian Miller that KEL would assign an experienced lawyer in the area of family law. We are 900 miles away and had to "trust" what they were telling us. NOTHING good came from this office. To add insult to injury, our attorney (who we later found out was not experienced in family law) left the firm and we were not notified for 15 days! We had been calling repeatedly as had the new attorney we hired to no avail! They are the worst! STAY AWAY!

I consulted KEL for bankruptcy and they advised me I qualified, after I paid them $2000 they are now telling me I don't qualify for bankruptcy. So now I am without my savings and my debts. This is unethical, In several emails I mention to them my total debts and my concerned if I qualified and they assured me I did and now they are telling me I don't and are not refunding my money. I wish I would have read the reviews before I hired them. There has to be someone we can contact to report them.

Due to a divorce & under handed works of my ex my home was sold in a foreclosure sale. I found out that my rights as a homeowner were violated because I was never served forclosure notice & had proof I wasn't in the home when I was supposedly served. KEL said there was nothing I could do about it but they could work out a lease agreement for me. $950 they hell hacked me for. I paid & they did nothing. Passed me off to another attorney at the last minute $ I was forced out in 24 hours! They are liars! Con artists! The whole practice should be disbarred!

They will gladly take thousands from you and do practically nothing! We hired them to help us with our real estate, and because of them we will be losing our house! Try and call them and you get the run around, finally got a hold of lawyer Landon and he literally laughed at me when I said I need answers about my case, then said I should find another lawyer and hung up! They are crooks! And there "litigators" are horrible and never answer calls either, mine was Carolina and she's a joke! If you want to waiste thousands, be treated like dirt, and never get any answers then ya OK use them!

I hired KEL in November 2014 to represent me on a real estate case with my ex. I started by paying them upfront $2500 without even an initial meeting with my lawyer. I never got a phone call to discuss the case and had to call multiple times before I received the name of a paralegal Kimberly Cutler who was assigned to my case. She was the one who told me my lawyer was David Constantino. After months of no contact and not responding to most of my correspondence I called their office only to find out they switched me to another lawyer Charles David who only was on my case for 2 weeks before I was switched again to Garrett Gaa. As soon as I was switched again they informed me my original funds have been exhausted and I need to pay another $1800 to continue to represent me. Nothing has been completed on a simple case that could've been done with a year ago. Now I'm stuck finding a new lawyer or handling my case myself.

They took my money. Then they played who is your attorney for the month or guess who is your para legal for the month. They then sent my payment records to my soon to be divorced wife. They took money from my account without permission. I received a call from someone at the firm, that could pass for a gangster asking for more money. Are these people still there... YES!

I had to hire another attorney to complete my divorce.
Please do not visit the office.
Why is this Company still operational?
Why has not the Florida Bar disbarred the key operators and pull the license of a few members of the office staff?
Is there collusion between the Florida Bar and KEL?
Remember, they are all attorney's

This people do not answer your calls or keep you inform about your case, They call me the day before my court day in a rush because this attorney told me she was running late to a court hearing, so while I was trying to ask some question and some concern to be clear she did not let me talk, by talking over my. So I email her my concerns and she ignored them and told me that she already submit my settlement, and that it was too late for my questions even though I email my questions and concern right after I talk to her, to sum up, she got so up set that told me that I was disrespecting her and that she no longer will represent me, of course after collecting from me $4000. 00 it is VERY CONVENIENCE to do that and keep my money. In my opinion all they want to collect your money and do the least they can to in your cases, shame on them. I am for sure report them to the board.

I will not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. They were very quick to get my $1600. 00, then never heard from them again. I left several messages in a 6 month period and they never bother to pick -up the phone or call me back. I requested advice on what step I should take to help my case, but I was left in the cold to fend for myself. Finally, yesterday I was able to communicate with a paralegal assign to my case, however he knew nothing about my case and had the audacity to hang-up on me when not able to answer any of my questions. I called him back 3 seconds later, but no one pick-up the phone. I am now in a worst situation because I am paying back the $1600. 00 that borrow at 22% interest. A complete disaster!

Oh BOY did the attorney talk a good game. She said, "People DON'T say no to KEL." Well, guess what opposing council said? They said, "No." Then they took forever to get anything done and I ended up having to do the leg work for myself.

I hope that you read these reviews before hiring these attorneys and believe that these aren't win some/lose some situations. KEL Attorneys lose consistently. There is a reason they make you sign a contract that repeatedly states that they promise you nothing. That's exactly what you get with them... nothing.

I hired KEL after their very nice solicitation phone calls for 4 months. They where very helpful and offered the world. Then I hired them.
Bottom line, I filed a 1.1M$ chapter 7 and expected them to handle everything I had asked and they agreed. I still owe money on dischargeable items that required a little extra paperwork, no problem for their a la carte price menu, they just promised and did nothing. Met a lawyer at my first court date who knew nothing. They continued calling to try and sell additional services before finishing chapter 7.
So after discharge, I asked for an explanation of what happened and what was discharged. They forwarded forms and told me to read them. I demanded a phone call, nothing.
I have decided to hire a new lawyer to reopen and fix issues that where filed incorectly and most likely sue KEL for malpractice.

Stay away, a little reading before hiring them would have steered me clear of these slick operators.

We hired this firm for family law. Please I beg you DO NOT HIRE THEM. The family or the children mean NOTHING to this firm. They take your money and promise you timeshare and a possible conclusion. TRUST ME this firm is not geared towards family or the children. Money is the only reason they exist.We are forever lost from our child and Grandchild because of our willingness to believe they had our best interest at heart. They are unethical, morally corrupt, and criminal!

How about fact: they took my money and not only did they not fix anything on my case they kept all my money when they did absolutely nothing for it. I couldn't even find one of the paralegals that worked my case to answer questions they literally told me I will call u in a week cause we don't know nothing just got my files. Never returned my call, had to call them back and they still didn't have a clue. So when I fired them they them sent me a email saying they don't refund the retainer and they do what they want with ur money for eight weeks and if they want to give u some of ur money back they will but that's there choice. What kinda business is this. When I do work if nobody likesmy wworking don't get paid what makes u think that ur so special that u do think u deserve anyone's money u didn't work for... Please read the reviews before u hire. There true crooks right down to the paperwork... If u hire u will not like PLEASE SAVE UR MONEY and FIND A REAL FIRM. THEY BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE.
