I am a repeat customer and KEH is my go to store for great photography gear at reasonable prices. This is my second Canon EF-L lens and I was delighted. Lens arrived in pristine condition with all the stated accessories, and the images are tack sharp. LOVE this store.
After I received my order I didn't have a chance to use it for a couple weeks. When I did use it, I noticed that it made my canon 100-400mm lens focus very slowly and wouldn't allow my camera to change focus styles. So it wouldn't function as I had hoped. So since it's been less than 90 days, I would like to return it and get a refund. Thank you. Please send the return information that I need.
I ordered some camera lenses and a camera body, all canon. I received a very well wrapped and presented packages. Strung taut with bubble wrap and duct tape.
I bought a used Nikon macro lens, rated EX, for a very fair price. The lens functions perfectly and is cosmetically unblemished (the rating is probably closer to EX+). Delivery was slower than I wanted, but not unreasonably slow (I admit that my reference point is that gigantic company that delivers stuff in 2 days). I've bought and sold plenty of lenses using KEH and they never disappoint!

Purchased a Leica 35mm 1.4 FLE and it's in great condition, came quickly and well packaged with no issues what-so-ever.

Lens arrived, as always, VERY well packaged. The one I purchased was Like New Minus, but might have well just been labeled new. There was no box (as stated on the listing) but every other aspect is absolutely pristine. There wasn't even a speck of dust on the glass. Functions perfectly. Honestly the biggest downside to shopping with KEH, is that they ship with FedEx. If KEH ditched FedEx as a carrier, they would be hands down the best place to shop for used gear. Everything I have ever ordered from KEH has been better than described and saved me a decent amount of money (and I've purchased items ranging from bagain, to LN-), they're just always delivered slowly and with delays every single time (again not because of KEH, because of FedEx).
