Smooth and quick
Love the lens that we ordered. Shipping through FedEx was a little bit of a headache when we just missed the box on Saturday, we had to wait until Tuesday because they don't ship Sun-Mon.
The ability to filter items quickly was extremely useful. Payment was quick and easy. I have been doing business with KEH for many years and the new web pages are a great improvement.

Would be great to have a live chat, also i know it's not really up to you and i'm not sure if you can do it but it would be great if you could provide some information about the taxes and costs when products pass through customs so buyers from other countries can be aware of what the total price to pay will be. Again, not sure if you can do that but it would be great to have that info. Thank you.

keh.com made it a smooth and easy transaction. However recommend you change shippers!
For some reason my latest order was shipped to an old address, but KEH made it right and I had the item in a few days.
The only disappointment I perceived was the battery that was supplied with the camera. The camera was in pristine condition, I would say better than "Like New" functions properly and I am fully satisfied with it.
The Battery comes up as 4 years old on the camera's view screen however. It works ok in the camera such that I deemed it a simple oversight on QA's part. Since I bought a new battery with the camera anyhow I did not see any problem. I would however recommend that if you are selling something as Like New, someone may want to check the items supplied with the item as well.

The one thing I might recommend has to do with the navigation when using less than the full screen on a desktop. The choices on the left do no appear unless you shrink the page considerably. Perhaps there is a more elegant solution?
I have had 4 transactions with KEH in the last month or so (3 buys/ 1 sell). Overall I have been very satisfied with the purchases. In regards to my trade-in experience, it was ok. I say just OK because it took me to call in after 10 business days and I still have not received payment in mail. Plus I feel my item was downgraded a level lower than I expected. Overall,I will definitely buy from KEH again, but will have to reconsider whether I will trade an item in again.
Seems like reasonable prices for these types of lenses that are gently used and inspected.

Give loyal customers coupon after purchase to use that doesn't expire in a week. Can use in the next couple months in case they want to add something after they get their purchase and have time to use it awhile.
