As usual, I ordered a part that KEH said was BGN. Actually, the item was in my opinion close to excellent once I wiped the little "dirt" spots off. KEH scores again!

I ordered a EX+ Film Camera. It works well. Shipping was as predicted, it was packed well. I don't have any complaints. This is my 2nd order from KEH. My 1st order was 5 stars and no complaints too. I plan on ordering from them again.

Prompt shipping, tons of bubble wrap, and felt like I got new gear

The lens hood was a little banged up and obviously used hard so where it mounts to the lens is now worn out, and will not fit tight and securely on my lens. It's still usable, but it was not in as good of a condition as I was hoping for.

I purchased a lens in excellent condition and there were no notes about issues. Upon receiving it, I noticed the lens wiggles up and down inside the mount.

I am thrilled with their customer service and rating. The camera I bought was used, and clean, my only gripe would be that the port cover for the battery grip connection is missing.
