I've dealt with KEH a couple of different times and I've always had great service and fast delivery. They are great to work for and if there is ever an issue, they'll be sure to make it right! I would highly recommend them!
I bought this camera listed in "bargain" condition, so I wasn't expecting much but I was honestly really impressed when it arrived. Aside from a few minor paint chips, it's in great shape and functions perfectly for my needs. Those small cosmetic and minor usability quirks make absolutely no difference to me. What really stood out is the value, I paid about a so much less compared to buying better condition, and it genuinely feels like a much higher-grade item than advertised. On top of that, shipping was fast and everything arrived as expected.
Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy "bargain" quality again based on this experience.
I typically really like the equipment I get from KEH and often find it being better than the way they listed it. I was disappointed with my recent purchase of a nikon D 7500. There was a lot of dust and other debris on the mirror and the view screen. I kept the camera but was very disappointed.
Easy payment and shipping. Photography component was well packaged and was received in perfect condition, exactly as advertised.
Product Came on time and was above my expectations, Packing was great would tell anyone looking to buy from here use or new Just do it!
The lens came but I realized it wasn't the one I wanted, but the lens came in good quality and in very responsible shipping. I'm just returning and refunding so that I can get the lens I actually meant to get.
I made the right choice. Even though my recent purchase is an older model, it's an entry point in the medium format world. There was no issue with the purchasing process as everything went smoothly.
Found out that KEH has a store credit trading process where I can sell my old gear and get the value appraised by them as deductions for any order on KEH's website. So I sent out my gear on March 7th.
The appraisal returned matches the packing slip's initial estimation but the international duty fees that would be paid are deducted from your gear's appraisal when you ship from outside the US.
They also don't tell you about the amount they deduct from your gear until you get the email 2 weeks later. I even called FedEx to ask about it and they said that the only thing I could do is wait for a response from KEH.
I did get the amount owed for KEH credits, but it would've been nice to know that the prices on the website are all in USD. It was an unwelcome surprised seeing my credit card get charged 1.38 times (as of writing this) on my online banking account after I verified that the total was right under my budget.
And just the cherry on top was FedEx calling me to pay $305.13 CAD for shipping international (which was half the amount of the lens I bought) when I thought that KEH would handle the shipping costs since they deducted the amount from my gear initially. But I finally got the camera on April 9th.
And at least the camera works. Almost had a heart attack when I charged the battery that came with it and it still wouldn't turn on. It was after I did some research on Reddit that I found out I had to charge the battery for a whole day to "revive" it.
KEH has a great catalogue of used camera gear, it's just a shame that shopping from outside the US makes the experience extremely frustrating.

Experience went well, longer than expected evaluation of trade-in lens and the Sony lens went up in price in the interim. I was planning to make the trade-in during the Sony event which was cancelled.
Sony lens is in excellent plus condition. I found it odd that an "excellent" rating would include moderate wear so I opted for the higher rated lens
Another excellent experience with KEH. The camera was delivered promptly and the camera is in excellent condition.
Still trying to locate an adapter for this purchase to fit my Olympus camera.
