Ordered twice now with KEH. One was a CF Card, which although was 4 days delayed by Fedex, went very well. My more recent order was a Nikon AF-I 500mm f4 lens. Although it was in Bargain condition, the lens is better than I could have imagined. The glass is near pristine, AF works wonderfully, and is in overall great condition. I paid for overnight shipping and it arrived on time. I will be ordering again from this great store!

I was looking for some used lenses and they offered quite a few. I found the one I was looking for. If you don't want to spend full price for a new lens, you may not use a lot, then this is a good option. This such a great company that offers a wide variety in very good condition.
My purchase came well packaged, although you don't get the original box there was plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe. I was lucky mine came with a lens hood, which I would've had to buy separately. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will use them again.

I paid for two-day FedEx, but received my items a week later. I checked the route locations, they weren't "affective by weather." Tracking indicated the package stuck at one location in GA for days without moving nor explanation, then the tracking was turned off, the "ticket competed." one confusion after another. Lastly. I got a email response from a staff saying it was delayed but (over phone calls)coming. Was the original items stolen or failed to ship in some way? I still don't know. I would have chosen from Ebay or different sellers with possible lower price for same items. Not a pleasant experience.

Placed an order 1/24/26 for my daughter's 1/27 birthday.
Paid extra for overnight delivery.
Order was received 2/2/26.
Fedex covers their A** by saying they do not refund charges due to weather.
Daily messages were recieved that the order would arrive either by 8:00 or by end of business.
Did not happen until 2/2/26.
Adding insult to injury FedEx closes locally on weekends.
NUTS!
KEH as usual provided excellent service.
The only problem was being locked in to only one shipping company.
