I received the lens and it was exactly as described and works perfectly. Keh sent the lens and it arrived at the alternate location quickly. While the FedEx tracking showed that the lens was still in the delivery vehicle, the item was actually delivered and received a the Walgreens location, but the tracking was not updated accurately. I picked up the lens at the Walgreens store, while the FedEx tracking status was still showing it was in a FedEx vehicle for two days.
I brought a used carbon fiber monopod. It was my first KEH purchase. I found the process to be seamless and was very pleased with their system of updating me on the progress of my order.
Warranties and free repairs are great, but packing your precious purchase in a way that it won't be damaged is even better! My camera came packed in large bubble paper in a substantial box that would have survived the old luggage Commerical with the gorilla. The camera arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience with KEH. The lens was shipped in a timely manner and well packaged. My only quibble is that the lens was represented to be in "excellent" condition when it had visible scratches. I am not a collector and this is a lens I intend to use in the field - so, I am personally not concerned with the cosmetic flaws, but, the lens should have been described more accurately as in "good" or "very good" condition.
The shopping and shipping experience was good, however, the product I purchased doesn't work. I've purchased from KEH before and generally enjoy it.
There is 3 good scratches on the front glass of the lens and I can notice it very well. It sounds nit picky but this lens was a lot of money.
Fast shipping on an 'Excellent +' RF85mm Canon lens. Received in two days. Excellent packaging. Arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend KEH for your photography needs.

I wanted to trade for a tilt shift lens. Two were in stock, and that's not a popular lens style, so I had every expectation of getting the lens I wanted. The trade in process took so long that the lens I wanted was no longer in stock. I had to settle for a different lens or take the lower sale cash value. I chose a lens, then used a coupon code at checkout. It was not honored for the "like new" lens grade I chose. Overall not a great experience, but the new-to-me lens is as advertised and will be making wonderful images.
Always had good results with KEH, I ordered a Nikon d50 from E bay but no lens or charger so I went back to you for the lens. I may order another lens from you in future depending on how this camera works out for me, maybe I can trade it later for a newer model. So cold here I haven't really had a chance to go out with it.
Delivery was good, package came with care and the product was exceptional.
Overall great, camera arrived in great condition, honestly better than expected considering it was bargain rated. It came with the battery charger but unfortunately the wrong usb cable to charge it. Cable is a usb c and looks like this camera uses one of the older usb types. Not a dealbreaker though!
The product arrived one day late, due to FedEx shipping issue. But the product is good and I am happy to use it.

A always my shopping experience was easy, found what I was looking for, and shipping was prompt. Best of all what merchandise received was better than expected.
