Experience went well, longer than expected evaluation of trade-in lens and the Sony lens went up in price in the interim. I was planning to make the trade-in during the Sony event which was cancelled.

Sony lens is in excellent plus condition. I found it odd that an "excellent" rating would include moderate wear so I opted for the higher rated lens

Website is easy to navigate. Description of items are always as described. I found many hard-to-get items in good condition and at a fair price. Items are packed well and a tracking number is given upon shipping with a confirmation E-mail. It's very easy to do business with KEH.

Shipping was very quick (I chose overnight and it arrived on time), it was packaged robustly and my item was very secure. Quality was as expected and I feel was a great deal, the zoom was slightly loose but does not affect shooting. Really happy with this purchase!
