I bought a used lens, it was rated Excellent+ and it is in mint condition. KEH provided a soft case--much appreciated and when I asked a question I had a response quickly. I'm a repeat customer.
When I ordered through their site, I couldn't even decide on which one to get because they have variety of stocks going on and prices are great and reasonable. Also, the descriptions of each item are well honest. It was all a smooth process, my package also came in fast in the mail with secured packaging and the items I get looks brand new as well. I'm also looking forward to get more items soon. I highly recommend KEH.

I have purchased a number of items from KEH over the years. Most recently, I went looking for accessories for an original Canonflex SLR (c 1959). Lo and behold, there was a working exposure meter and a 50mm 1.8 Super Canomatic R lens, both rated EX. The prices were unbeatable; the products arrived in perfect condition, and while they were over 60 years old, they were clean, working, and now I have a fully working Canonflex! Kudos to KEH!
Lens arrived quickly and as advertised. No buying much equipment these days but I know where to go if I do need something.

I received the camera in great condition and am currently shooting my first roll with it
I ordered my Fuji X-Pro1 in excellent+condition and when I opened it, I was very pleased with the condition. It looks like new to me not one sign of wear anywhere and everything functions perfectly.
I've heard wonders about KEH Camera from many sources, mostly from youtube.
But since I live in Asia (Singapore) I knew that shipping cost would be the only thing stopping me from ordering from your site.
One day I saw that you guys had two essential items that I needed to finish my current set-up, and I decided to order.
When the order finally arrived I was ecstatic at first, but slowly it turned to disappointment and later frustration.
First of all, the item wasn't as shown on the listing. I don't think you guys warn that it was just a stock photo placeholder. (small issue as long as the item still worked but didn't)
Second, despite the quality labeled Excellent, it was As it is at best, my item was damaged. (Leica Adapter that was chipped, not being able to read frame lines)
And last of all, the item was stuck to my lens, which I had to get professionally removed at great financial cost.
But I was pleased with the other item, which was how I initially thought it'll be.
If the entire order went smoothly I would have ordered again. But now I'm not so sure.
So far the customer service people have been somewhat helpful over email, but they do feel like pre-programmed responses and not actual people behind the keyboard, which feels quite frustrating.
To finish off this review, I love what you guys do and I wish my experience would have been better,
I hope my next purchase would be a much better experience.
