With KEH I have absolutely no complaints. I am completely satisfied with the guidance that has been provided me, the recommendations and the condition and quality of the products purchased. I have made either three or four purchases form KEH and will make more but thus far FEDEX has been less than reliable on two of these, including one where they flat out lied about attempting delivery. I've done repeat business with KEH and I'm quite satisfied. I had one minor problem with shipping that was handled quickly and to my benefit. So I will continue to use KEH for my photo equipment needs whenever possible.

Extremely fast shipping, even on the cheapest option. Perfect condition as described.

I received the lens in a flimsy smashed box unsecured in that the bubble wrap was just laying beside the lens. Fortunately the lense was in a soft KEH bag and it was not damaged. I am happy with the lens but a bit concerned about how it was packed.

I have never ordered from here but I heard good things. The lens I ordered was perfect! I was blown away by the condition of the lens. And then to top it off the shipping was insanely fast! It said almost 2 weeks when I ordered and it was here in 2 days!

The battery that was included with my D-5---Order #*******939----The EN-EL18B will not take a charge. I used 2 different chargers & neither one would charge it. In other words it a Dead Battery.
Can you ship me a new one ASAP so I can use my D-5 I just bought from KEH.

Overall the experience with KEH was pretty good and FedEx even managed to deliver it to the right address on the day promised

Both arrived in excellent shape. I have put two test rolls through and unfortunately the shutter on the lens seems to be sticking. I have "dummy" shot it a number of times without the film back on and it seems to be working now. Will put another test roll through today.
