I bought the Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens rated "Excellent". I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first lens purchased from KEH so I was a little nervous but the lens was impeccable, clean, responsive and delivery was fast! I will most definitely order with confidence from KEH again.

Once you decide to buy a used lens, you end up searching the Internet for the best price and nearby availability. I spent hours searching through eBay, Craigslist, and Facebook marketplace. Nothing was available nearby. If I found the lens, it would take days to get a response from the seller. I have bought and sold from KEH several times with great success. This time was no exception. I found the lens in "like new" condition. Submitted my payment and had my lens in about five days. Thanks KEH!

I am supper disappointed in the service I received. I purchased a Go Pro Camera for my GoPro, I supplied my correct address, which is a Business. Fedex then came by when I was not there and did not leave a ticket/note for attempted delivery for me to pick up later, which is what UPS and every other package delivery company does when delivering to our company. Instead, they came by and didn't try to leave a message, but went "next door" which is a totally different address and leave my package in an unsecured hallway on the floor, then sent me an email saying that the package was delivered. They stated that they left it at the address. I came back to the business later that day looking for my package, only to go next door to the other building and found a large tore open box with only the plastic filler and package slip in it.
I then contacted KEH who told me to make a police report, which I did, and I took pictures of the broken box how it was left in the next door hallway. I filed a police report and began sending all the correspondence I had with KEH, then I sent them all of the information they asked me for. Only to have them send me a letter saying that after looking into my case, they will not refund me, so my lender is still charging me for a package I never received worth 249.00. This is unfair, I even reported it to FEDex who never responded to me, This is the Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Used my same lender to purchase a Macbook Pro laptop and a Cell phone without any issue. My name John Arthur from Richmond Virginia. When the lens I ordered arrived, it had a front ring that kept coming off. I called KEH, and described the problem. I was given a return authorization and sent the lens back. Traveling now, but I expect my replacement lens to be there when I get home. Typical treatment at KEH. You have a problem? Contact them and you'll get a solution.
