When the lens I ordered arrived, it had a front ring that kept coming off. I called KEH, and described the problem. I was given a return authorization and sent the lens back. Traveling now, but I expect my replacement lens to be there when I get home. Typical treatment at KEH. You have a problem? Contact them and you'll get a solution. Thanks for another positive experience.
I ordered a used camera from this site recently, but 10 minutes later I decided to buy a better-quality version of it. I spent the next 20 minutes looking for some sort of order cancellation for this site and found out that I had to contact the sales department to do so. However, the issue starts here. They contacted me three hours later stating that my request has been seen but will not be able to cancel order, as by the time they have read my inquiry the order was processing. 30 minutes later I got an email that my package was on the way and have no way of stopping it. I have to now wait for all my packages to come in and return it to KEH. But, they do not provide a return label and instead I have to buy it myself. Note that I bought a $400 dollar camera and the return label back to their return address costs $100+. In the end I am spending $100+ for cameras I will not use, even though I have contacted them ASAP about my order cancellation.
Just know when ordering from this site, expect a good selection of items and fast shipping. But do not expect any professional customer service. Especially because when I made an inquiry to their service email, I was notified that my request for order cancellation was blocked instead of referring me to their sales email.
Excellent lens, arrived in great condition. Professional packaging to ensure no FedEx worker could destroy it (because they carelessly throw packages). Will shop at KEH again!

I was very please with how easy and quick it was to order and receive my products. I did order the wrong lens and that was my mistake, but they were great in helping me send it back in a quick and timely manner.
Lens is great. Looks and works like new! Glad I found it. Fedex on the other hand, not so much, postponed the delivery date twice and they opened the box. I would pay a couple extra dollars to have it shipped USPS.
I received a beautiful, well packaged used nikon for a competitive price. My only wish is that the processing for the gear I sent in for trade went quicker.
I had been checking KEH's site for a while as one of the only places I knew of where I could buy an IR converted Fujifilm camera. They had one a few months back that I missed but this time I got the one I wanted! The camera I bought is an excellent condition Fujifilm X-T1 with the IR Conversion!
The camera arrived quickly and was packed very well and well padded to keep it safe during transport and all the included items were in the box as described on the listing. I can highly recommend KEH for your used camera and lens gear and new as well as I have also bought new GFX lenses from them when no one else had them in stock.

Ordering is easy, I have purchased used cameras from KEH in the past and their products are correctly rated according to condition. I just needed a fairly vintage Canon lens cap for my FD50mm f/1.8 lens this time, and they had one in excellent condition. Packaged and delivered within 2 days! Thank you KEH!
