Generally good experiences with KEH, but was disappointed recently with an Excellent + lens that arrived without a front or rear cap to protect the glass. The listing was technically accurate by not stating the lens came with caps, but could have been clearer that none were attached. I found workable lens caps on their site to fill out the lens, and had to spend another $33 to complete the kit. The two small caps came in a large box overstuffed with bubble wrap.

The camera I purchased was in impeccable condition with the most recently updated firmware. I am very happy with my purchase- I was able to save a lot of money on essentially a brand new camera.

I also had some shipping issues that were no fault of KEH, but the customer service representative at KEH did whatever they could and followed up with me to make sure everything worked out.

I've purchased equipment from KEH in the past and I'm happy to see that their service and attention to detail remains the best in the business. I can't recommend KEH enough to family and friends.

Buy used gear with confidence at fair prices via KEH. Much better experience than ebay and comes with 180 warranty as standard, with extended warranty options.

Camera arrived in great condition and met / exceeded expectations based on KEH grading system. Only complaint was packaging where there was no padding between camera and battery charger, the battery charger was packed up against the rear screen just in a different plastic bag.

First time using KEH and I am familiar with other large big name camera stores.
I have been in the photography industry for 18+ years and I find it worthless to buy new gear when lightly used gear works exactly the same and quite honestly - sometimes works smoother than a brand new lens.
